I feel very comfortable renting storage space from Stor-n-Lock self storage. Judy was super helpful and got us set up quickly with the right space unit. The units were clean and the site was very secure.The process was easy, quick and efficient. I highly recommend stor n lock storage.

Kim is quite possibly one of the nicest humans Ive ever met. I highly recommend working with her for your storage needs. She helped us choose a unit that fit our needs and budget, went over all the details and answered any questions we had. She even offered to reserve one for us while we finished the remainder of our lease elsewhere. With our previous storage facility, they increased prices 3 fold almost over the last YEAR. It also wasnt the safest. With Store-N-Lock, you get plenty of security and the peace of mind that this place just does business differently. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

You wont find a better place to store your valuables.I have been looking for a few days to find a storage unit. I stopped by to see what STOR-N-LOCK has to offer and I was immediately impressed by the facility and the people who manage it. It has a couple things going for it:1: Facility: Extra wide pathways. Whether you have a U-Haul or a small car, the way the facility is mapped out makes it very easy to maneuver in and out, so that in almost every case while accessing your unit you wont have blind corners to worry about. Not only that but the management takes impeccable care of the units: it is extremely clean, freshly painted, and well maintained.2: Security. This is probably the safest part of the Denver Metropolitan Area. On top of that there are two or three layers of physical security and help if you need it any time of day.3: Price. These prices are more affordable than all of the other storage locations I have looked at. Not to mention the admin fee is also half as much as the competition. Its just a great deal.4. People: Despite being better maintained, more secure, and more affordable than all of their competition, STOR-N-LOCK Self Storage is able to hire the best people. I have a particular need to move my family in the coming month and a number of factors involved with what I will be storing. Kim at the front desk personally drove me around to take a gander at the units and found me exactly what I needed, and then worked with me to find a great deal.I rarely leave reviews but after such exceptional customer service I want this small company to be as successful as possible.What are you waiting for, go get a unit here!

My experience with Stor-N-Lock was very disappointing. As a result, within 3 days, I removed my boxes back out of Stor-N-Lock. I then located a very satisfactory storage company to work with. And I moved my boxes into one of their units.In my initial conversation with the Stor-N-Lock manager, Kim Davis, she told me that two different units were available to me. I chose the less expensive one. And Kim assured me that we could set everything up the next morning at Stor-N-Lock, for that unit that I had chosen.When I arrived at the Stor-N-Lock office, there was no discussion about the specifics of the Unit that I was planning to rent since that discussion had already been agreed upon earlier via telephone. At the Stor-N-Lock office, Kim Davis asked me questions as she filled out the Rental Agreement document on-line. When completed, rather than showing me the entire document to review, she only showed me a view of a small section for me to sign, and other small sections for me to initial. Unknown to me, Kim had set me up for the more expensive unit,As it turns out, all of the employees at Stor-N-Lock know which units are not available just by looking at a printed list of available, and not-available units. The unit that Kim was saving for me was shown, on the list, to NOT be available even before the time of our telephone conversation. The money that I was charged for the initial setup and the rental fee charges were not refunded to me even though the error was the responsibility of the manager who set this problem up.

My dealings with the STOR-N-LOCK on Ken Caryland Kipling, Littleton, CO. were great. You cannotbeat the managers, Karen and Greg, very friendly andeasy to talk to, very helpful and informative. Theykeep the facility very clean, organized, and secure.Absolutely no complaints at all. The price is righttoo.

They are friendly and good customer service. I saw this location being built and did not know much about it for the past several years. I have recently gone there several times with one of my friends because he has two units at this location. He told me by word-of-mouth that he was very satisfied with his experiences and interactions with dislocation in the and its hers and employees and staff on duty. I have witnessed twice while I have gone with him to his unit how professional this location is and neatness and also with the house on location. I use the restroom which was absolutely clean and I have also witnessed and experienced the staff just checking around the location at the units making sure everything was taken care of and clean and orderly and functioning properly. They have even gone out of their way when it was hot on certain days to stop by several times and check on us to see if we needed water. They had golf carts and they went back picked up water swarm my friend myself and somebody else with us the first time. The second time they did the same thing but it was just for my friend and I they didnt want to stay over heat and they actually went out of their way to provide water for us it was refreshing to have this kind of experience because in this day and age you dont see that too often anymore and that is a shame. I would like to recommend this place and if I ever need storage this location is in the area that is convenient for me to get to and I would definitely consider this place. I do not know about pricing at this location so I cannot speak to that but in terms of the customer service the cleanliness orderliness and neatness of the facility and the convenience of getting in and out to the units I would have this place at the top of my list because of those characteristics

I wish I could put more stars for Karen and Greg. I am recently divorced, and starting from the beginning again. My list of necessary things to have done seems to be never ending right now. I’ve never rented a storage unit before, and didn’t even know where to start, or what I would truly need. Karen and Greg took the time to explain what I would need and why. They showed me each unit, and even the non-climate controlled ones are super clean! They helped me mentally go over my larger belongings list, and even how things will fit. I will be referring Stor-N-Lock to any of my friends in need. Thank you Karen and Greg!

Easy to access, very clean, very reasonably priced and very friendly and accommodating service for the initial process. I’ve used various storage units before and had to extract info and then learned about contract details later so I was out of luck when it was too late making my situation worse. I have stored household items here for the larger part of ten years. This place is always clean and well organized. The prices seem reasonable and access from 7AM to 7PM has always worked for me. With the shelves I have, I was able to stack stuff ten feet high which give you a ton of storage space. If you have the money, go for the temperature controlled units. They are wonderful!!!
