Eric has been our partner for printing all of our locations needs for some time. We present a challenge for printing companies because we use a VERY hard to print color. Eric steps up to the challenges, works to create good quality and turns the jobs over quickly. Highly recommend.
This UPS store has radically changed since it came under new ownership 3 years ago. The staff is way more friendly and competent and the store opens on time nowadays.One thing that stood out to me is that the staff researched for me if it was cheaper for me to use them or the local post office.

Excellent Service!! I had to ship several Highly expensive fragile items. I do not live in Denver so i flew in loaded up what i needed to ship then looked for places near me to get the job done. FedEx was very unhelpful so i decided to drive down to the UPS store and see if they could help me out. From the moment i walked in Sandy was very friendly and helped me in every way she possibly could. I explained what i needed shipped via freight and she communicated with the owner Eric to take care of all the needs i had. Instead of having me take all the stuff back to the storage place they allowed me to leave it there so i wouldnt miss my plane the next day!!! I had several large items so it filled up a lot of the free space they had in the store just so i would be able to get out of Denver on time. They went above and beyond for me and my company. They also allowed me to call in with the address for the material to be delivered too because at the time i wasnt sure. They went out of their way when the didnt have to and i am highly appreciative of that. I have highly recommended them to my team whenever we have urgent needs shipping things out of Denver. A+++++ customer service and an A++++++ Owner of the establishment.
Eric and his wife are rude and prejudiced. I am a senior who has just started buying on line becauseof Covid. I had no idea how to do a return to Amazon. After a couple of returns, he said I take up too much of his time and he didn’t get paid for it.He was angry and he took others in front of me when I was first in line and made stand and wait when theStore was empty except for me. When I complained just as loudly as he was, he told me to not come back.All this time his wife, who’s supposed to be working there was herding around three noisy little kids. I won’t be back and I have a hard time believing that UPS would want such caustic owners ruining their reputation.
I moved out of state and had a delivery heading to my old address in Littleton. The sender could/would not update before mailing it out. Spoke to Eric and suggested to log in to “UPS MY CHOICE” to have it re-routed. Eric’s UPS Store was listed as one of my Access Point choices. He received the package without incident. Had the package sent back to the Sender. I am so thankful for Eric and for the UPS MY CHOICE Online. Very professional and easy to work with.

I had such an amazing experience at this UPS store on Broadway. The staff member was extremely helpful, positive, and kind. He made such a positive impression that later in the day when I needed to ship something again, I drove out of my way at least 20 minutes to return to this store--I highly recommend this UPS Store location! I had the best customer service that I have ever received from any UPS store ever. I go there for shipping, passport photos, copying, office supplies, stamps, etc. Veteran-owned, too. Occasionally there is a very short wait but the staff makes up for the short wait with friendly professionalism. A+ service.
Very respectful of COVID-19, they wore a mask, sanitized surfaces before and after customer, and gave me a cleansing wipe to wipe the door handle on my way out ✓ Good, fast service.
The service I receive here is stellar. They have a great staff and they open the door for me and treat me like I matter to the business and I highly recommend this UPS store for all your shipping needs. I never ever have to wait. Great service.
Since this store changed ownership last year its no longer a place I avoid. The new ownership has drastically improved the service and the ambiance. They were fast and friendly helping me ship my package and I would highly recommend giving them another try.

1 star but 3 given stars as the manager tried to fix it, but the fault still lies on the store for not shipping my items out when they were supposed to. While they covered shipping costs, Im still out for the product and time spent running around town for product. They might be fine if you dont need to ensure timely delivery in normal UPS windows as you just dont if the items will leave the store or not.
I have been in the customer service industry for more than 30 years and I can tell you Eric McKeeman (owner) has a very high standard he and his employees demonstrate. Recently I had an issue with UPS and Eric went out of his way to correct the matter. His communication throughout the process was terrific and saw the matter through to the end.I want to thank Eric for his effort and would recommend his business to anyone.
Great pricing and better service! Eric was extremely helpful and supportive to my project. Making marketing flyers is not something I have done 1,000 times, but he has and was willing to spend unlimited time to explain my options and make recommendations. He even helped me with formatting and design issues with my .psd file. Its nice having a print resource that knows Adobe products. Thanks again!
THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE UPS STORE FOR PRINTING AND SHIPPING!With the new owner, Eric, this store is now a primary example of what a UPS Store should be! The employees go above and beyond to help in every way they can. I needed a poster printed and they were able to get the large printing done in a day at a reasonable price! I also shipped a small package through them and was happy with that service. The store is also very clean and everything looks new. So glad to see this turn around!
Ive been to this The UPS Store several times, but when I needed to ship a laptop to my corporate office, didnt hesitate to trust the owner with getting it there. The charming, young man explained how the laptop would be packaged to guarantee that it would not be damaged and discussed options for shipping arrival. Within minutes after leaving, I received an email with the shipping and tracking information which put me at ease. I would trust this UPS store with any of my valuables; I will continue to use this store when Im in south Denver for sure.
Great new management. They took the time to get me the best deal possible and even went beyond the call of duty when their website failed to accept my template. Just emailed them my template and it was done later that day. Wonderful service!
In January 2017, a male employee helped me mail my unemployment papers using their envelope. After providing the address info, I paid. He printed and applied the shipping label onto the envelope. He said it would be picked up later that day. I checked the status online a week later to confirm delivery, only to find the shipping was paid - but the store was awaiting drop off. I called the 800 number for more details, but they didnt have any. I also opened an investigation to at least get a refund. With one day left to send my paperwork, I went to FedEx. No investigation outcome received. The store was in sad looking condition, as if they were shutting down. Also seemed the employees two friends were loitering. Glad to see new management.
I can assure you they have the best service, you’re stuff will get delivered here with no confusion or hassle and the printing service is top-tier. An overall easy and great experience. Wouldn’t choose anywhere.
Store hours said they would open at 830am. Waited until 9am, no one came. I left to do errands and came back. The man at the counter asked if I wanted the cheapest delivery method, i said yes. He quoted me almost $13.00 for standard mail service. The cost shocked me as the item was under $13.00 itself. So I said no.I came home did research and then took my item to another UPS store in the area. They said standard mail would be the MOST expensive, not the cheapest!!!! The cheapest was under $5.00.If you read the reviews for this location- DONT do business with these guys- find another location with ETHICS. These guys are pocketing our money by mailing cheap but charging us the most expensive.
Under new ownership, Eric is creating an atmosphere similar to the TV show Cheers. He welcomes and remembers me every time I enter. Few businesses are professional and friendly, this place stands out since he is doing things right.
The new owner, Eric, bought this store two weeks ago. He has 6 years of experience with UPS and wants to make this store a success. He was super helpful with our large and bulky framed treasure. He also offers notary public services and copying. Were glad hes in the neighborhood. Good luck, Eric!

Great experience with printing at this store!!! They turned my project around quicker than expected and did a fabulous, quality job.
These guys dont know how to run a business. We went to mail 2 letters since we were out of stamps. We paid for it and they said they would take care of it. Guess what? They didnt. We found out they never sent the letters and now we need to cancel checks through our banks. At best, these guys are incompetent and at worst, they are cheats. Either way you lose so go someplace else.
While they are usually friendly, Ive caught them in a few lies, I dont trust businesses that lie to their customers. Theyre prices are always above what their website says and PO prices, and their promised shipping time frames havent been accurate so my packages always arrived late. I dont go there anymore.
My precious antique arrived smashed to bits. The man shipping it was told how valuable my sculpture was & he told me not to worry about it. I wanted to help with the packaging and he told me it was his job. Now I can rarely get a call through to the store or get my claim resolved by this rude manager! Please use the littleton Blvd store instead. This guy is a creep!
Not sure what this store used to be like to get the bad reviews, but it’s been awesome every time I’ve gone in over the last year.The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always quick in, quick out. Waaaayy better then usps and fedex stores in all aspects.Also, can’t remember his name, but the USMC employee is amazing!
Drove to this location at 9:45 a.m. on a Saturday. It was closed even though posted hours were 9:00-3:00. Tried to call but voice mailbox was full. This business is the opposite of helpful.
I have never been somewhere where it takes SOOOO loooong to mail a package! Geez, I must have waited more than 10 minutes to just hand the woman two packages that were already labeled, and I just needed the receipt for them. I dont think Ill be going back!
Store says open at 8:30am. No one here and it is now 8:40am. Called the phone number listed and it says the voicemail is full. I am now going to have to waste time going to another location. Lost a customer... I can see from other reviews that this isnt the first time.
The staff at this store are superior always friendly and willing to help. I will go out of my way to take my packages here.

My overnight package that I was told would be picked up at 2pm and delivered overnight that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for didnt get picked up till 8pm missed the overnight cutoff and took three...count em...THREE days to get there due to Christmas holiday. I specifically stated when I came in the store can you guarantee me overnight delivery and they said yep....and your didnt. Ill be in tomorrow in person to attempt to get some of my money back. Until then...FAIL!Also when I talked to UPS customer service I was told this is not actually owned by UPS and it only a franchise so they couldnt help me with anything or even take my complaint about my package not actually being delivered overnight. Wow....would have figured something with UPS logo named THE UPS STORE would be more closely affiliated with UPS. Dont be tricked by this and find something really owned by UPS if you must deal with them...which I will never again do after my visit tomorrow.UPDATE: Store noted it truly was UPSs fault as they didnt show up for the 2:30 pickup and didnt arrive till 8:30pm...they are working with me on a refund process via UPS. Shame on UPS....also Ive updated this to 3 stars since they are working with me...Im still not pleased and probably will not be back due to the overall bad experience....again shame on UPS itself for making this the case.

Store says that they open at 8:30am. Ive been waiting over an hour and no one is here. Seems to be a trend. An embarrassment to the store but clearly a recurring theme. Time to boycott this business.
Paid $170 to overnight a business package - took a couple days too long, costing me my business reputation and losing a client. When I tried calling, the majority of the time no one answered and the recording said the mailbox was full, try again later. Needless to say I will not be using UPS again.
I was there at eight and the were already open. Clearly things have changed since the new owner took over!
This location doesnt follow their own posted hours...super annoying. The open late and close early all the time.

I dont think this place is open. Just like the previous 2 reviews, Im here an hour after they are supposed to be open on a Wednesday morning... lights off & no one is home? Save yourself, go somewhere else.
