These tech guys are the BEST!! I honestly trust these guys over any other phone repair because their attention to details is the best I’ve seen! I’d drive from the bay to Livermore just to have them fix my phone! And their response time is very quick and prompt which I absolutely appreciate!

First off hats off to this kisok they’re very professional and affordable. I tried to make an appointment with the Apple store which they said I had to come in the next day and they’re price was almost double what Livermore charged me !!! I’ll recommend all my friend and family to the geek guys phone repair at the Livermore outlets. I was able to visit couple stores and come back to my refurbished phone with a new screen that literally took no time to fix instead of me waiting for over 24hrs. Thank you geek guys repair !!!!!!I also got a good deal on there nice phone cases and was able to get a free phone protector screen !!!

They fixed my iPhone 12 perfectly!!! My screen had been cracked for a while, and I was hesitant to fix it. But, they were able to bring it back to life and did it quick! First off, its a kiosk not an actual store, so I had a hard time finding it because its not even on the directory of the Outlet. I had to call to find out exactly where theyre located, the name of the business isnt even on the kiosk. Online it says they service tablets, but they do not. The info available online needs to be updated and there should be a better description as to their exact location. The whole experience was just a complete waste of my time and I wouldnt bother giving them my business for anything in the future.Under Services it literally says Tablet Repair. Why would I have to ask for that over the phone?Bottom line is that you need to update what it says online.If there was a way to attach a screen shot, I would upload that to this review. Im not making things up.

This place is the epitome of a professional cell phone tech company. I have been to a bunch of phone shops who hassle you to buy their things, but when I met these guys, I felt like I was at home and picked out what I needed. Very welcoming to say the least, I can appreciate a man with skill and proper work ethic. They were playing some nice Xmas music in the background while they got my iPhone 8 plus cracked screen fixed in about 15 minutes. I had an iPhone X that was badly damaged. Screen was cracked and the LCD was also broken. I called a couple of places in town and phone repair plus offered me the cheapest price and fixed my phone in less than 20 minutes!!!! Very very impressed and their warranty made me happy! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing service!At the time of the visit, they helped and solved specifically was data transferring from old phone to newly upgraded phone. They stayed after closing hours until the data transfer was completely finished.Overall, I was very pleased with the customer experience and would, again, swing by when an issue arise.

I was debating whether to get a new phone or have the battery placed on my IPhone. Overall, I was complaining lately that my phone wasn’t keeping a charge. Trust me when I say that you should avoid any other repair shop in the outlets. One place told me I needed a new charging port and that it would cost me $65. I came to this kiosk to get a price comparison and she cleaned my existing port for free in under 30 seconds. That is honesty
