We received absolutely stellar service at the Livermore, CA Verizon story two Mondays ago. Shay was the person who assisted us. It was a complicated process of acquiring a new phone for my sister-in-law, adding her to our account and transferring her data from an old phone with another carrier. Plus we were just traveling through on our way back home. Shay was both patient and efficient. She knew what needed to be done and stuck with us through everything that had to be done. It was above and beyond! Cant compliment her enough on the great service.

When I walk in to bring my two numbers from TMobile they were very happy and explain how my 5G phone would work on their network. My wife didnt have a 5G so she got a brand new Apple 12pro.I had to wait until two days later to unlock my and I drove back to the store and they finished the deal by adding my new sim card.What they didnt disclose was that my phone will never work with their 5G because its not native of Verizon.So now I have a good 4GLTE plan and I pay for 5G.They really want to sell you a new phone when you walk in there. Dont be full. I have 30 days to tell them to place their network where the sun dont shine. This is what people call a Monopoly. Stay way...

Went to fund out why my bill was so high...Couldnt help in the store but gave me a phone number to call for help. After a small holding time.The service was quick resolved and adjusted was made to my bill and credited due to history showing the difference.This call was a Win Win.Thanks Verizon!!! 😁

Went in to buy new phone; the Google Pixel 3a XL. Store didnt carry it, but offered to order it and have it in in approximately 2 days. Decided to buy phone at Target, who had phone readily available. However, after buying phone, we went back to Verizon to get info transferred and set-up. Sophia was SO helpful! She was bubbly, energetic and very knowledgeable. Thanks again Sophia!

I waited close to 2hr to get my number ported and walked out. This store is just a cal center where they still have to call customer support to provide account related services to customers in store. I suggest to call the Verizon support /helpline instead of driving to this store for any services except to pick up an order.

I feel the same way as others very hit and miss. I went in to get a new phone and the rep got me what I wanted and gave me instructions on how to switch over items from my old unit. Not everyone is tech savy..I only had it less than a week and I was out of data.When busy there needs to be someone dedicated to keeping track of who is next. When I went in all the reps were busy and didnt seem to care much.Im thinking about going somewhere else instead of Verizon

This location is very hit and miss. Sometimes service is great and others it is not. The last time they very much screwed us over on our plan by not looking at all details and our monthly price is now about $20 more than they had said it would be. And corporate cannot fix it bc we signed on, unfortunately felt we were lied to...

The riding apparel is so highly priced. And unecessarily so. Not a big fan of jacked up prices when youre advertising their logo. Actually they should pay the customers for advertisement to wear their name. H. D. Plan on spending $100 + when one goes in there. And thats for the smallest items. Now made outside the Country. No longer USA made Kind of a rip off. Renegade is the place to go to for apparel. Much cheaper for the same quality.

I must say I absolutely had the best time in Verizon wireless lol the associates they’re are amazing between Linda helping me with customer service online and over the phone 💃🏽, to Richard helping me pick out the perfect iphone 🤳🏽 and mannnnn Kyoji is a master with his hands 🙌🏽 he laid and slayed my screen protector you can’t even see it! This is a great team I must say lol hell I even got my son a phone for $4 a month this was totally unexpected. I scored big with the best deal at a low cost!👏🏽

We came here to get our zagg replacement screen protector put on that came from verizon originally but was protected under zagg. When we were approached by the lady she immediately said they are really hard to put on and she was no expert and neither was anyone else there..um really so if you sold one you have no one to put it on? She said if they messed it up she didnt have $50 to give us that we would want...hmmm ok. I told her that we have come here for this before with no issue but she still refused to help us. Thankfully the Dublin store came through and put it on. They arent experts either but certainly project Customer Service! Sad we Live in Livermore but and had to drive to Dublin for assistance. I hope the lady in Livermore wasnt management shameful.

RIPOFF ALERT Geez I rarely feel so ripped off. I bought a new phone here and was talked into purchasing a screen protector ( glass type) for an outrageous $40. I know these can be purchased on Amazon 3 for $7. The sales guy told me this one has a lifetime warranty and led to believe that I could walk in and get it changed if needed. Well, a month has gone and my protector is shattered. The lady told me I had to register the screen with the manufacturer and work with them to get the replacement.... so why is this worth 12x the cost of the Amazon screen if I dont get the service they promised?

No customer service They probably know more about a cheese burger then there phones. The prices are also ridiculously expensive for a phone that will break in a week or two. Ended up buying a used phone some place else. Got way better service and alot better price. Robots will soon replace the people at this store!

Manager is extremely rude. Was more concerned about selling me the most expensive product they have rather than what I wanted. He got very defensive when I decided to go with my original decision and started laughing and stormed off. Totally professional.Went to upgrade my other phone on another day and they wasted my time, and made promises they couldnt keep. Store is full of hustlers. Be very careful. Advise other locations or online. You wont regret it

5* because we had Kayla as our rep last time. Before we saw her we were dealing with a grumpy employee who obviously had a long day. Then Kayla showed up, probably the only reason I walked out with a new phone that day. If you can get her as your rep while youre there itll be a pleasant experience.

Its a Verizon store, much like the rest. I was happy that the person who helped me setup my new work line could tell I knew what I needed and didnt waste time trying to unnecessarily upsell me on a bunch of features I didnt want.Location is a bit hidden, but conveniently close to the Freeway.

Because of the general manager i will never shop at this location again. He was very combative and contradicting. I bought insurance with my phone in case the screen cracked, the general manger snarled at me because i was under the impression the insurance would take care of my broken screen. I refuse to shop at a location where upper management has no respect for customers.

Bought 3 new phones from this place, including a $1100 note 8 with accesories, the $50 car charger stops working, I was told it has a 1 year warranty on the phone, I show up and 2 different people are arguing with each other 1 says its a 14 day return other says 3 months, had an attitude and chose to do nothing, stay away from this store very unprofessional
