Really love the cute little space!! Anna Laura was beyond patient with me with my indecisiveness. She answered all of my questions and in the end is I was happy with my decision to get a decaf iced Americano and the DELICIOUS Italian pain au chocolat. Very good full body decaf.…definitely not overlooked with these guys :-) keep up the great customer service!
Stumbled upon this place on a Saturday morning and happy I did! I had a white peach iced tea that was fantastic and my friend ordered a sparkling lemonade that was also delicious. The lemonade was just sweet enough and a little tart, which I thought was perfect, and tasted like it was made with fresh lemons. Customer service was fast and friendly. Cute interior too. I’ll be back!
Really nice cold brew from them, although on the day we visited they closed what felt like quite early so we almost missed them! They had a fantastic gluten free pumpkin bread, and the service was friendly and quick. Well be back again!
I am very conflicted with my review.I gave them 3 stars because of the GREAT CONSUMER SERVICE, COFFEE, AND FOOD! When I try a new coffee shop I like to get atleast 2 of their coffees. One of them was a lavender flavor coffee and the second a cappuccino. The sausage sandwiches were so good I bought one to eat there and ended up taking one to go.I specifically went to this coffee shop because I saw on their reviews that they had a study room which was exactly what I was looking for. Upon my arrival I searched for the room and I quickly realized it was gone!! It seems they changed it to a storage room. Ugh, I was devastated I drove from Oakland to Livermore just to study, drink coffee, and prep for my exam. Instead around 9AM the coffee shop was busy there were kids, 2 girls sitting next to me laughing at the top of their lungs, a lot of chaos. The table was small I felt cramped with my textbook, notebook, pens, coffee, and food.I would 100% recommend it to stop and grab a coffee or food. Hangout with friends and chat it up but I would not recommend it for Someone who wants to drink coffee and study.P.S. the bathroom was very cute and had a retro feeling to it. Their soap was powder not liquid Ive never seen that before which was cool.
Love this jewel in Livermore. The owner has amazing style and creates unique high quality beverages. My favorite is a latte Nico style - filled with spices, fresh orange rind and vanilla. They also make fresh quiche and pastries -- locals in Livermore visitors should definitely try this place.
Food and atmosphere are great. Try the espresso truffle coffee, so good I got a second one and it was worth the jitters. The honey lavender scone will melt in your mouth.
They even serve alcoholic coffees for your enjoyment. :)
I am so in love with the vibe of this space. It is a space that unfolds as one walks through this coffee shop. Clearly, the owner has put a lot of thought in doing the interiors one section at a time. From the lighting and the lamps to the stylish seating arrangements, the experience is fabulous. Oh and the lovely coffee! I have not found such legit coffee preparations anywhere close within many miles. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful shop for a great coffee experience.
Great little coffee shop in downtown Livermore. Has great selection of expresso of expresso drinks and dry teas.
Very friendly staff and the freshest breakfast / brunch pastries
Wonderful tasting coffee & espresso bar. Bright, airy, roomy, quaint. Try the House Special Macchiatto Truffles - flavored lattes. The Meesha is interesting. Lavender and white chocolate flavored with sprinkle dried lavender flowers on top. Delicious!Indoor and outdoor seating. Free WiFi. Espresso Rosetta sells their own roasted coffee and other items. Free library book selection to browse and all big glass windows so you can definitely look out and see downtown Livermore pass you by. Great place to work or meet and catch up with friends.Only one unisex restroom. Kid Friendly: Has a changing table and a kids menu. Street parking only.Friendly baristas. Food items are “okay.” You come here for the coffee.
Great service, great coffee. I enjoyed my latte with soy, but they have a lot of milk and non-milk options. I also tasted one of the cortado truffles - yum. The raspberry some was tasty too!
Just happened on to this place in Livermore. Its got the look and feel of a traditional Italian cafe and yet has an American flare to it. I had a cappuccino and my wife a macchiato both equally delicious, flavorful but not overpowering. The baristas are skilled and polite. Also had a slice of their apple pie... its a must get. Overall a great place to visit and just hangout. Weather its to hide in the little cubby room and work on your computer, sit by a window and read one if their many books, or just to chat with a friend. Its worth the visit.
Excellent tasting coffee, best in Livermore.
I try to hit up the shop every time Im in downtown Livermore. Such a delight, and the owner is also amazing. I got some of her fresh scones right out of the oven yesterday. Drinks are great always!
Worst coffee I’ve ever had. Tastes like hot spicy water. 0/10 recommend
I love getting coffee here, theyre friendly and even remember my girlfriend and I every time we go in. The coffee is excellent and the bakes goods are also tasty. Definitely recommended!
Dope coffee house in downtown Livermore. Lots of outdoor seating set up on the sidewalk. Super cordial staff with serious barista skills. Latte was on point complete with latte art. Had the blueberry scone and it was all good. A perfect pandemic place for sipping some bean.
Im new to the area and tried this coffee shop out immediately after hearing so many good things. Im a coffee lover and will go out of my way for a good cup. My first latte experience here was just okay. I think perhaps I got a new employee making it because from just the photos on their site, this latte didnt make any sense. I could barely taste the coffee, the milk was not steamed correctly for a latte, and overall I was just sort of let down. Im still giving it four stars because I loved knowing the beans were roasted on site- and I love to support local coffee. Ill be giving the other shops in the area a try in the next week, and plan on circling back around to this one once Ive tried them all. Fingers crossed for a real latte on my second try!
My favorite coffee shop in town. They are the only place that I know of to make an unsweetened mocha - which is absolutely delicious. Pastries are super yummy as well!
Unsweetened mocha was great. Only gripe is that I asked for extra hot and it was still a bit on the cool side (I know their standard is low temp). Apple pie was great - very cinnamon forward. I ate it room temp and it paired excellently with the mocha. People were friendly and space is cool. Love the used book selection.
Love the coffee great location
Awesome coffee! I got a large Dry cappuccino and it was perfect! The flavor & richness of the espresso with chocolatey notes smooth and just yummy. I bought a bag to take home & it makes great espresso .
Love this place! Their coffee and espresso are delicious, and they have the best treats too. I like that their flavored lattes are not too sweet.
Great coffee but priced very expensively
Quick service. Good variety of baked goods and beverages. Lots of seating at tables. Popular, quiet hang out.
Consistently flavorful, rich coffee. Friendly customer service. Highly recommend.
First time going was for a job interview. Very friendly staff. Made great recommendation after listening to my preference. Miss having a local coffee shop that still offers a ceramic mug when you order here. Been back a few times since.Teas are even served in ceramic tea pots with a timer so you wait the right amount of time for it to fully steep. I recommend the bourbon vanilla. No sweetener needed.
Good place for coffee or small snack. Superb place for a small chat or a private conversation. They have real China for coffee and not the plastic cups ( which they do have of course) which makes the whole coffee experience so special. Also an intimate private room inside. Outdoor seating as well.
Fast friendly and professional with a hint of modern industrial vintage charm. The espresso is smooth, rich and Devine. Superb treats sure to tantalize the taste buds. Grab a ceramic tumbler and save on your cup next visit while also being environmentally conscious. Grab a cup for a stroll around farmers market or the movies. Cant go wrong at Espresso Rosetta.
I LOVE this place. Tasty pastries and delicious drinks. Im a huge fan of anything Nico style. The best thing is that their drinks are consistently served at the right drinking temperature so you dont have to cool down before enjoying your beverage. The interior setting is cute and charming. My favorite of the local coffee cafes in Livermore.
My new favorite cappuccino spot. Very fair prices especially considering the quality. The aesthetics of the inside are great as well. The visible seismic structure is neat and visually appealing.A great study spot, they dont jam the music super loud like some places. There also tends to be open seating and not as crowded as other nearby coffee spots.
Clearly the best coffee shop in Livermore, beans are impeccably fresh and balanced, not ridiculously dark or light. Excellent tea as well. Pastries are hit and miss, dont care for the croissants but the yeast-based ones are outstanding. Friendly service, plenty of books to read, interesting art and greeting cards for sale.
Lovely Coffee Shop! Great atmosphere wonderful service and the best coffee ever! ♥
Driving down the freeway and wanted a good latte. Almost passed this place up because it was a bit off the freeway. Had a very pleasant experience. Very friendly and you don’t have to worry about what you’ll get if you order a latte. Will make this pit stop again!
Great coffee love it😍
I loved this coffee shop. Awesome location, rustic decor, and great coffee. Im looking forward to returning soon!
Best coffee in town- hands down! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have great tea options as well and old fashioned sodas for the kids. The actual shop has a great atmosphere, some outdoor seating and plenty of seating options inside for various group sizes. A+++!
This place just keeps finding more ways to kick out their customers. Changed closing times from 8pm to 4pm on weekdays. Took out seating so you have to stand while waiting for your coffee. Changed out rectangle tables for circle tables so you have less room for laptop/binders/books if you wanted to sit down and get work done. Seats seem to be purposefully uncomfortable. And now they put a 60min limit on wifi that you can only get with a receipt code. If I stay there longer than an hour, I feel pressure to leave.Such a shame because this used to be my favorite coffee shop. I’ve probably given them $200+ worth of my business yet I feel unwelcome due to all of these changes that they think regulars won’t mind/notice. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
This coffee shop has a cool inviting vibe. The coffee is amazing and the baristas are top notch. The raspberry white mocha is a great start if you like flavored latte. But my favorite is just a plain latte. No sugar needed the coffee is smooth and sweet enough on its own. They also have a few used books in the front window you can borrow, which is something youll never find at a chain.Go check it out
This cozy spot offers excellent espresso drinks and even few creations of their own!Every drink Ive had was prepared with care and exceeded my expectations. The vibe is mellow here, Ive plopped down with my laptop to fire a few emails away. Just a heads up, WiFi is available only during certain parts of the day, and there isnt any power available for electronics.
Espresso Rosetta is a pretty fantastic coffee and tea shop for those who appreciate well balanced flavored lattes, a relaxing atmosphere, and an open feel.It has fairly high ceilings which is nice and it has a separate room that is a pretty good solo study area for students. The only downsides are there are few electrical outlets in the main room, the tables are a bit small if there are two people who each need a laptop, and parking during busy downtown times can be difficult, i.e. youll have to park a block or two away. All in all though EspRo found a good fit in Livermore even with Panama near by. The different more quiet atmosphere will be attractive to those who prefer more silent places to drink their brews.
Great place for a very good coffee, I recommand the Lavender Coffee !This place is very peaceful with a very cozy room
Except for the lack of an explanation of what a Rosetta is, the place is beautiful and my wife loves the coffee. But only if its a double. Otherwise, it just tastes like steamed milk. On the whole, if you like subtlety, the place is just that! Thank you!
Nice quaint and roomy cafe. The service was great and the ambiance was very comfortable. However I had hot tea not a specialty coffee drink. The coffees looked delicious though! I will return to try one next time Im downtown Livermore.
I believe one person took the wrong drink because they make them out of order and then it all snowballed and they started missing drinks. The staff dont communicate with each effectively about what is coming down the pipe. Also they sound like they are whispering when saying what is ready. One of the other customers was more concerned over it than they were.
Bought a $5 coffee to find out that they turn their internet off in the mornings to alleviate seats. Even though, occupancy was minimal, maybe 8 people max in the store. Ive been coming here since they open, but this policy is absolutely ridiculous and will no longer receive my money until management fixes their stupidity.
The best coffee hands down in pretty much the tri-valley, (I consider myself a little bit of a coffee snob, as I dont care for most). Best Lattes and Cappuccinos. Smooth and creamy, no bitterness, low acid). Whatever they are doing, definitely keep it up.
Simple, unassuming and straight forward service. The prices were a little steep but the pastries seemed fresh and tasted great. Service was quick. Well be back.
Literally the BEST flat white Ive had while visiting the Bay Area, and this includes all your big San Fran joints like Sightglass, Blue Bottle, etc. Its not on the menu but just ask them to make you one. Add just a touch of lavender or rose simple syrups to really make it special (a half pump, no more!).
Their espresso tastes better than any other that Ive had. The staff is nice. Except for peak times, the line is short and moves quickly.
Great service, great drinks, great atmosphere, great location
Its a great coffee shop with well thought out special drinks. It is worth the visit if youre in the area!
Cool place. Great coffee. They have interesting seasonal lattes. Had a raspberry one once. Plenty of space to hang out.
Nice place to go not to crowded or noisy, also coffee is super.
Best coffee in Livermore and always a great service. Kind people and a nice view. A little library is an extra:)
I come here frequently to meet friends. They have several areas within the coffee house to sit, relax and talk with friends. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful and the beverages are always good!!!
Great place. Friendly staff, good location, clean on the inside, and my latte is amazing. I recommend the amaretto latte (they told me it was an almond liqueur).
I like this place. Nice large space with many seating options. The coffee is great and the lattes come out with a beautiful design. I also like that if you are not getting it to go they give you a glass cup, not plastic.
I very much enjoyed visit on the way back from Carnegie SVRA. Just wish I could have charged my motorcycle nearby. (I revisit locations with easy high quality electric vehicle charging.)
My favorite local coffee shop. Love the coffee soda and wife loves anything Nico style
Nice tea selection and good coffee. Really like the vintage vibe. They have gluten free pastries too.
Customer service was absolutely terrible. I walked directly up to the register just to have the rude man standing at it tell me to order over there and point where to go then the next woman took my order then told me to pay over there and pointed then the next woman told me to the cream is over there now that I got the coffee it was completely crap. This place is low grade at best and should be avoided at all cost unless you like gas station coffee with plenty of sugar this is the place for you.
I feel cool just entering this coffee shop. Tasty coffee. Service was great, they were kind and prompt.
If you like smooth, aromatic coffee with one hell of a caffeine kick, this is easily the best coffee in Livermore. At least for me, this is one of my favorite coffee spots in the Bay Area.
Espresso Rosetta is well known for their lattes with the artistic foam topping....which of course you only get if you dine in rather than take out. When you dine in go to the back room, which gives you the feeling of being enclosed from the rest of the store i.e. you have some privacy.
I had a nice tea there. I would come back. I wish they had better pastry and more flavorful teas though.
In Livermore, this is my wifes favorite coffee place. They easily have the most unique Coffee drinks, offer their own roasted beans and is a real place for coffee and not the overly sweet stuff at the big brand shops.
Wonderful coffee and fabulous atmosphere. The staff is warm and friendly. A must visit!
I had the best cup of coffee I have ever had here! The macchiato truffle mercy was so good I was sad I got it to go because I would have gotten another. I will definitely be back again!
Fabulous servers, the owners LOVE coffee. The espresso has lovely honey notes. Imaginative drinks.
Great service, great coffee. No Wi-Fi in the am until 11 am. Not a problem for me, but I figure its good to have a heads up. 😊 Nice atmosphere, lots of books to read.
This place is legit. If you want a cozy place that serves classy espresso drinks, with the shape of a leaf, flower, hearts, whatever. Wait for it... Remember the carmelita bar from Starbucks? This place has them, all the time. Its my new favorite coffee shop in Livermore.
Love the coffee and teas and the staff are great!
Great loose leaf tea! Not a big selection; but what they do have, is good quality.
Good decaf and good regular coffee too. Lots of seating. Cozy
Cute place in downtown Livermore. Seating could be more comfy.
Staff was very friendly and the cappuccino meet my high coffee snob standards. Great place. Recommend it.
Nice local coffee shop.
Its a great, old fashioned coffee shop where you can sit down, sip your coffee and read your newspaper, without being surrounded by all kinds of merchandise on sale.
Lovely hometown feel cafe in Livermore CA. A worthy hangout place to meetup, talk, or even work. We love the place.
Coffee was ok. There are only espresso based drinks. Drink had no prominent flavors and was typical fair. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for *good* coffeeBakery treats are decent, but pricey.Wifi is limited to 60 minutes and you can only access with usage of a code given on the receiptOk, so its not good for coffee-based reasons and its not good for studying for the wifi limited reasons. Thus, we can say that it is only really good for short interactions or when you just want to relax if its in a convenient location.I would not go out of my way to go here. Given the Wifi situation, I will actively avoid this location
Great cappuccino and excellent, friendly service.
I just love it there. The coffee is wonderful and so is the grilled cheese....you should try it.
Good latte and honey lavender gelato. Tastefully furnished with antique type pieces with personal touch. Friendly staff.
Great coffee and great service Everytime
Nice, comfy, not over the top, like some places.
