Worked at this Starbucks location for almost 4 years, dont know how I stayed there for so long, especially with how things were run (*hint management lame). Dont work for this company.

Service is very very veryyyyyy slow here...won’t be worth coming to this store anymore. I ordered a grande latte and waited almost 25 min, so only come if you’re looking to spend your entire evening here 😍

Always friendly and fast service. For example today I forgot to change the type of milk while making my mobile order. I called them and the girl that answer was super nice. She saved me from a bad stomachache.

For some reason at this Starbucks in Livermore I get the best coffee and great friendly service. The coffee they make always has a better taste than the rest. Thanks guys love your coffee #frappuccinos

I just ordered from this Starbucks. I ordered at 12:02 i just got my drink at 12:16pm. I watched them make 6 people drinks before mine and four of those customers ordered after me. After they made the drinks they called your name and said have a great day. When my drink was finally made, i watched the barista put my drink on the counter and walk away. She never called my name. Luckily i was watching from my seat or i would have never known my drink was ready. I walked up to the counter and asked is this the strawberry frappuccino. She said yeah. And turned around. Ill never come back.

Great food and drinks. Passion and lemonade tea sweetened is my favorite. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff too

Very slow cashier. Line built up while I was waiting to order because it took a long time for each person. And, Im always surprised by name spelling.....

Quick and friendly.It could be cleaner inside, tables are floor by two visits very sticky. It is a coffee shop with the opportunity to order/ eat food on tables, clean tables.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Bay Area. Seriously, Ive worked in Livermore since August of 97 and have made this my second home. I work the night shift, so usually hit it about 45 minutes before they close. Over the years Ive seen many Baristas come and go. The folks here are awesome, friendly, and engaging. I always go into the store, (never mobile order) because I enjoy the people who work there. Some of whom Ive gotten to know fairly well over the last few years. This is truly a place where everyone knows your name, and I know them as well. Great drinks, great conversations, and very friendly staff.

The staff was very nice ans suggestive, but the store was out of the sandwich that I tried to order. This was my second attempt to order the Grilled Cheese this day; disappointing. Besides that, my drink was made properly. Thank you.

This one has a pretty fast drive thru that makes it very convenient. My latte was perfect!

They accidentally charged me for more than what I ordered but once the situation was brought to their attention they immediately refunded me. Friendly people and excellent service

STAFF WAS FINE. CLIENTEL HOGGED THE INTERIOR SEATING. ONE PERSON SAT AT A 4 SEAT TABLE ALONE WIYH HER LAPTOP. TWO OTHERS SAT AT A 8 SEAT TABLE W THEIR LAP TOPS HOGGING IT ALSO.

This location was slow maybe because short staff. But at least they were nice

Love going to Starbucks at First Street and Las Positas - staff friendly, they get the orders right. ONLY drawback for me is its always too cold (summer and fall) and music is concert volume. If you tell the staff they usually rectify the matter.

I came in for a vanila latte and there werent anyone waiting in line so I went straight to the cashier and waited for the cashier. the cashier came out and didnt say anything but standing there looking at the screen. I thought I should say something so I asked to order the coffee. She didnt seem like she in the mood for talking to anyone but forced to take my order without a smile. I didnt feel welcome but I just wanted a coffee and go but it was even worse than what I expected, my coffee came out without coffee in it but a cup of warm milk. I didnt notice until we were in the car heading home. Totally disappointed with the service at this store. Starbucks manager please pay more attention to training their employees. If they having a bad day and dont feel like working then they should stay home. Shouldnt come to work and ruin others day aswell.

Slow, Slow, Slow, Wrong, Wrong, Wrong is how this place runs like. Every time I go here its always something. Only reason I went here is because my usual spot was closed for some reason. If I could give 0 Star I would this place doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Not happy with baristas allowing other customers to take other peoples coffees. Pay attention to your customers no matter if they are construction workers or office workers. Money is money isnt it?

Mobile order said 4-8 minutes, it took 18.All they had to do was pour it out of a container.

This location is almost always way backed up and slow to get orders out when i am here. It generally takes 10-15 minutes to get what you order

Starbucks is just fine, a star deduction concerns cleanliness on tables and toilets. Is not much effort to drive with a damp cloth over the table. Make a plan with signatures if the toilet has been checked and cleaned.

The attention is friendly and fast, sometimes the place has many customers and the line is a complication, but it offers the common of a coffee chain.
