I love In-N-Out Burgers! My husband and children got to try them for the first time. The young lady at the counter gave my son one of the paper hats they wear and some stickers. Great food that I have missed! Really would LOVE for In-N-Out Burgers to come to Missouri!! I promise it will be worth the venture. Anyone here that knows about the burgers and fries love them. Its just WAY to far to drive for a burger.

Great food, great prices. Dobt be intimidated by any lines no matter how long because this company handles it well & seamlessly. They have an employee outside placing orders from cars that are waiting in line & they are FAST! Food & cost is great. Cheaper & better than Carls which is outrageously expensive.

Consistently serving cheap and fresh tasting hamburgers. Some of my favorite french fries, which can be made even better by adding melted cheese or having them made Animal Style. A wonderful selection of soft drinks and classic tasting milkshakes, In-N-Out makes shame of the old fashioned rule that things cant be quick, cheap, and good tasting all at the same time. For Californians and people who have frequented the West Coast, this should feel nostalgic. For anyone who hasnt had the chance to taste it, In-N-Out will undoubtedly remain the one of the highlights of their trip to the Bay Area.

Consistency with their food. 1 negative is the fake cheese product they use. Yuck. I would live an option for actual cheese. American (cheese) is not real and bad for you.

Inflation causes kids to get managers jobs. I ordered over $90 worth of food. Manager said he couldn’t take a $100 bill. Are you kidding me? I understand not wanting to ruin a register’s change for a small order. I believe my change was $5.64. The lack of common sense was comical (if it didn’t happen to me). He said sir we can’t take over a $20 bill.

No restaurant in the US has the amazing quality to price ratio and such consistency in customer service and amazing flavor like in n out. There are many delicious burgers out there but they are all at least double the price. In n out for life.

Like most In-N-Outs, the burgers were great, and incredibly affordable. I know theres a lot of cliche around In-N-Out in California, but its generally deserved. They have good, fast, food, at affordable prices.

Great place to stop at midnight on a cross country drive. We felt invited since indoor dining was allowed. Thanks for being open and the food was great. Easy on/off freeway with loaded uhaul truck and trailer. Gas station nearby too. Thanks.

In n out is one of my fave fast food burgers, however, I always go to the one in Pleasanton. It was only until yesterday I went to this one and I sadly experienced not one, but two strands of long hair in my burger! I was really hungry last night and I wasn’t able to enjoy my dinner because of this. So please be careful in the back. The fries weren’t that bad tho.

We asked to pack food in separate bags since we ordered for 7 people but still we had all mixed up bags and two items were missed for which we had to go back to notify and collect. Quality of food was very good.

Some of the best service Ive ever seen. The way they work and treat customers is superior to other places. Food is very good as well; love the burgers!. Simple, yet tasty. But the 5 stars was mainly for the people! As they were amazing!

Burgers are always good I just wish the meat patties were a little thicker.The double burger is very tasty and the fries are always fresh and delicious.

I had to place a big order and they were very helpful and clarified with me multiple times to make sure my order was correct. Conner was very helpful and I appreciated them helping me carry everything to my car as well. Food is delicious and their customer service went above and beyond for me.

How can they have such good burgers and such terrible fries? This makes for sad pandas.

Fast service, bit of wait during rush hour, burgers looked and tasted great. Friendly employees. Everything was overall a great experience that I have come to expect when visiting any In n Out. Drive thru only at the moment only because of social distancing but the wait wasnt too bad.

This is definitely one of the better in-n-out out there!! Compared to other locations I’ve been to, the burgers here are all fresh and supppper delicious! The fries were not too dry and the burgers were pretty juicy. Everything about this location was fantastic! I bet you’ll also enjoy eating here as well.They’re also hiring right now. Even when the drive thru lines are past the parking lot, it still goes by fast.Ive never received a wrong order since I have been coming here since 2014

Service is always wonderful. We always seem to come at the peak times when the drive thru line wraps around the corner and we still leave with our food in hand in less than 20 minutes. Delicious! Highly, HIGHLY recommend to try their Animal Fries with chopped chilies!

Fries were not great, burgers were small. But tasted great. And the people were real nice.

We waited over 20 minutes for our order, even though the line at the cashier wasnt long before us, just one or two customers.When we got our food, it was already cool and not hot at all.They didnt offer ketchup and were very slow to refill our drinks.Food itself was normal, hence the 3 stars.Overall a subpar In-N-Out experience. Well try to avoid it next time were in the area.

This location is really convenient for a quick place to eat. East access to 580 west or East. ALWAYS FAST AND CURTIOUS.

Normally I am pretty happy with In-N-Out Burger. But this time, at the Livermore store, the hamburger was overcooked. The employees are normally great. This time, the drive-through cashier was not of their caliber.

The drive through line at this location is run in an orderly fashion with plenty of room - I have a 22 ft long truck and this is important

The fries here are different and delicious. The employees were friendly, cheerful, and looked like they enjoy working here. I ordered a hamburger with nothing on it except extra pickles and they put just the right amount of pickles. The place was very busy with an almost full parking lot and a long drive thru line but we did not have to wait long for our food. Even in such a busy time, the restaurant was clean.

Whats there not to love about in and out? Oh yeah no Bacon and Green Chile lol. Regardless the nicest staff you will ever get in the fast food industry, be prepared to stay parked for a while, but well worth it.

In and out best burger place for a burger not a big fan of their frys buy will always get a double double.
