Went in needing a riding jacket after finding none that fit me properly at other stores. Being a new rider, I didnt really understand what to look for. The woman at the register was very welcoming. She guided me through the different materials and layering, and showed me how the padding and various jackets worked. It was a very informative experience, and I got to see some other cool accessories and toys in the store that I hadnt noticed. Happily walked out with a jacket that feels great while riding.

Great dealership, great sales team, great bikes.So, most people, me included, hate to go through the typical car buying experience, and bikes are no different. You get the pushy sales person trying to up sell you or convince you that pink is the new red. Then the deal desk game of back and forth, we just cant do that price, but I sure will try, silliness. Then all the paperwork. Its a half day of nuisance at a minimum.This dealership was completely different. Great sales person, friendly and helpful, while not being pushy or annoying. Good selection of new and used bikes. They honored the price advertised without up sell or trying to redirect. They tossed in a nice promotion that was coming up, but not yet officially advertised. Sign the papers and done.Would recommend to anyone interested in a no hassle experience.

Brought my 2019 Fat Bob 114 and Wifes Iron 883 in for 1k service. (and a new key FOB since I lost mine on a ride). Natasha and team were great! Service was faster than expected and of course, it was perfect. Love the whole team at Livermore Harley!!

Kenny at Livermore Harley just helped me with purchasing my first bike! Hes been dealing with my indecisive b.s. for the past year. He has been patient, informing, and very attentive to my needs in a bike. He would literally call me weekly with updates on inventory and pictures of what I might like. Then came the Softail Slim that showed up.. I had to get it! Kenny had me test ride it and wrapped everything up in less than an hour! GO SEE HIM!!!

This is my new favorite place! I recently purchased a 2020 Low Rider S from Livermore HD and could not be happier with the entire experience. Its a family like atmosphere where everyone is super welcoming and seem to be genuinely interested in making sure you are taken care of.Tony, who was my sales person was kind, patient and made me feel at home both before the sale and every time I now visit...like I said, my new favorite place :)

Just bought a new Road Glide special from LHD and it was a great experience. Mike, Kenny and Scott all took great care of my wife and I during the process. Pricing was fair and they worked with me on the final price. Mike went above and beyond on putting together the quote for extras to make sure it had the correct part numbers and color matching. Natasha in service worked closely with us to make sure that part went smooth and efficient. Great Team!

My father was teaching me how to ride a Harley when I accidentally killed the battery! We were close to the Harley dealership and Kenny came over and helped us push it. No easy feat, since it was an Ultra Limited and my father is a disabled vet. Eventually he guided me to some training courses. I got my license, came back and purchased my first Harley from him. Great experience!

Horrible customer service. My husband and I walked in and had the wonderful opportunity of never being greeted although the couple that walked in at the site time was greeted with a warm welcome. The only time we were greeted was when I commented that obviously my darker skin tone was not suitable for that stores obvious white motif. As Harley Davidson bike owners this location is definitely not a welcome location unless youre not on the right color spectrum and clearly we werent.

Wish i could give no stars. Im a Combat Veteran, and was lied to by this dealership. They did not honor what there website promised and the sales guy Scott told me to reapply with the dealership after i told him i had an approval with another dealer. He told me that it would not draw another hard inquiry. To find out the bike that he was working on was already sold. If you are a veteran or stand for what is right do not go here. Harley Davidson will probaly apologize to this with some generic response, but at this time i dont want to hear it.

I purchased a 2019 FXDR from Mike and Jackie, I wanted A color that was not in stock Mike found the color I wanted and had the bike shipped over Very Quickly. I was riding from LA to Santa Rosa. Hit something in the road and gave me a flat. I was towed in in the afternoon with a rear flat tire on my 2017 Ultra Limited. I had called when it happened. They had all the parts and were able to squeeze me in and got me back on the road to make my gig in Santa Rosa. Big shout out to John and the Service team there for professional, courteous, and overall excellent service!! Thanks everyone!!

Good place to buy

My water pump went out on my 2016 road glide cvo. I talked with sammy, and he got me right in and got me back on two wheels and I was able to ride my Harley home with a quick turnaround! Not only was the service fast, his whole crew was respectful and had an answer to all my questions! I will definitely be going back. Thank you Sammy and Livermore Harley.

Help was good, only reason not 5 stars is the empty shelves on the walls. Minimum inventory was sor of depressing. I miss the good old days when that was a vibrant place to visit.

I got a great deal on a used 2015 Electra Glide and a decent trade in on mine. Of course we all think our bike is worth more. I did how ever have a issue with the heated grips,passing lights, Navi, USB connection on my new bike. I wanted to say a shout out to them in regards to fixing it in a timely fashion at no additional cost to me. Thank you Livermore Harley.

Came in this morning around 10:30 a.m. with my daughter was hoping to buy a helmet and a couple other accessories for my motorcycle. Was never acknowledged never asked if I needed help and I got tired of waiting so I left I was hoping to patronize this business but with this quality of customer service I wont be spending my money here anytime soon.

These guys and gals are a class act. They have always treated me with respect and are always willing to help me with my bikes. All their departments are fun and willing to help.

Kenny was great. Everything he said about my new road king special was totally on point. The finance guy was exceptional in explaining everything. Got a sissy bar installed while i singed the papers by the Mechanic and away I went.

Nice show room, no pressure to look over bikes. Saturday stop over with no BBQ?? Other Harley shops that Ive been to have always had some kind of customer BBQ, music, and fun things to do there. Nothing going on there really even though I heard it was a poker stop. Did not feel obligated to stay and buy anything. Just went to our next stop. Nice staff, and there were some good deals to be had on bikes. I must have been hungry I guess.

I have visited lots and I mean lots of Harley dealerships looking for a new bike in the past few months. No experience came close to what I got in Livermore. Ryan did an awesome job. Fit me in last minute on the weekend and went well above. Showed me things to look for on my bike, had a lot of good information, and very knowledgeable. Christina also did an awesome job taking the time to show me the different helmets and provided her input. She was very knowledgeable and I found the helmet I liked and had the best fit. All around, best experience Ive had at any HD dealership.

I met a superb group of employees here last June 2019. However, this is not the place to Ever Sell your Harley,...or any Harley dealership in all honesty. Livermore Harley female sales manager here transformed herself before my eyes into a vicious salivating serpent with delusions of grandeur to capitalize via a gross underbid of my 2015 Tri-Glide FLH. Thankfully, I finally own my Tri-glide.End of story.

Very helpful making sure I get the right parts for my bike and a helpful couple tips. Everyone at the store is consistently open and really wants the customer to enjoy their Harley Davidson experience. I really like every visit I have to Livermore HD!

I came in asking for the part I wanted (the adapter from the battery harness to the (heated gloves) connector). The guys at the parts counter were kind of (?) and brought me over to Julie who knew exactly what I wanted and went and found it. $10.00 + tax later and I was riding with (WARM) hands! Great service!!!

The reason I gave them a Five Star is, I called at about 3 pm on a Saturday and asked if I could have my Progressive cartridges install if I brought in my forks. Service Writer Natasha checked first and without hesitation, said to bring them in.When I got there, I asked Tech Jason to showed me how he was going to install them. He explain to me that he has done quite a few of them and told me what he was going to do which I appreciated it.Not only friendly, courteous and professional, Jason completed them in a timely matter so I was able to completely finish my motorcycle that evening.Thank you Natasha and Jason, I will defiantly contact Livermore Harley Davidson on job if I am not able take on myself.Richard N.Fremont

When I first walked in no one acknowledged me, I had to get someones attention after 10 minutes of standing around. Despite the terrible first impression I decided to purchase a used bike from them, a good deals a good deal. So here i am sitting here after waiting 30 minutes for my salesman to finish up paperwork. However Im currently looking at him talking to some guy that just walked in further delaying the sales process. It seems like these people dont care about you unless your buying a brand new Harley.

I am Harley owner from germany, collecting dealer caps and shirts from all over the world. They only had two dealer caps(!), one for male, one for female. Nobody noticed me for almost 15 minuten, so i left... I have 3 bikes (1200 Sportster Custom, Fast Boy S, Slim S), but they thought i dont have enough money to buy some clothes...

Sooo, in September I moved my family out of state and left the Harley at Livermore Harley for some work, mini-apes, legend front suspension, backrest etc. They did an excellent job, everything was perfect when I picked the bike up.I then left to return to Texas, while on the road, I received calls from Natasha (Service Writer) to see if I was happy, to see if everything was performing well and to make sure I was was okay. I mean who does that??I was happy then and I am still happy with the work that was done.I highly recommend Livermore HD!

I have a local Harley dealer who did not make an attempt to help me with questions I had on a used bike. They wanted me to just come in and look at a new bike. Well my budget was in the used market and they didnt seem like they were interested after that. I found a bike online at Livermore and I called to see if it was still there. They were ore than accommodating over the phone which led me to make the drive to see it in person. Honestly the bike chose me so it was an easy sale. Nick was very friendly throughout the process and even after. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with some gear. Everyone I encountered from finance to service were top notch!!! I had the best experience meeting everyone and listening their advice and input. Livermore HD is my store now. Its worth the ride.

I was there this last saturday to ride home with a friend who just bought his first Harley and to renew my warranty on my 2016 Road Glide. The road glide was my third Harley bought from Livermore HD. I had been having some weird problems with starting my bike, and decided to take the battery down to buy a replacement, thinking it might be related to it. I was helped by Jeff, who is apparently a newer employee there, and his assistance and professionalism were EXCELLENT! Instead of just selling me a new battery, Jeff readily agreed to help me when I happened to ask if the shop had a way to load-test the battery first! He advised me that the shop now had a sophisticated battery tester, but that it would take about 1-1/2 hours to run a complete test. Jeff promised me he would call me with the results when it was completed, and he did so as promised. Turned out that my weird starting problem was due to a lack of available CCAs, even though the voltage reading seemed OK. I then in fact purchased a new battery, and their diagnosis was spot-on, as my bike (which before refused to even turn-over) fired-up within a second of hitting the starter button! Long story short, Jeffs much-appreciated help, and his follow-up, helped me solve a problem with unusual symptoms, for which I was about to have my bike towed down to the shop for (at much greater expense), since the symptoms gave the impression of a possible bad starter or starter-drive. Instead of wasting time and money, I was able to resolve what turned-out to be a very minor problem, all with the help of Jeff and their comprehensive battery testing unit. Thanks, Jeff, for your great service yesterday... its much appreciated!

I was quoted $311.00 for a 5000 mile service on my 2014 Ultra Guide. They also said it would take three hours. An hour and a half later it was done, and I got charged $378.00. Go figure. I purchased my bike brand new with exhaust upgrades. They would not honor any adjustments . They said I need to take it back where I purchased it, in Alabama. So much for the warranty. Ill never go there again. Big ripoff!

Stay away from the parts department. They did some shady stuff. Parts where ordered under my name. When the parts came in they sold them to someone else. I ordered them and a few weeks went by so I stopped back in they looked me up and said they still are not in, so it was under my name. I called a few weeks later and the parts department said I had not ordered anything and they sold the parts that came in. Poor business management. Have to say buying my first Harley with them wasn’t bad but definitely wont ever go back for anything. Looks like another dealer gets my business.
