Paul is not a kind individual. I am naturally a very polite & kind person and I have always been respectful and chatty with him. I had an issue with my car and bought my OWN car parts (to save money) and he did not like that. His demeanor changed. Not only the problem was not fixed, I was charged for unrepaired issue $142. His answer was simply what do you want me to do? and thats a mechanic?. I had to prevent him from fixing the two other issues that I originally stated, since I did not want to pay more money for services not completed. A real mechanic will not return the car with the same issues, but will instead try his best to get all issues fixed (cost effective). The car is at Prospect Exxon/West Orange, and they will fix the issue he did not fix FREE of charge, and I will be charged for the two other issues. Paul should improve his way of dealing with customers, even if he has to fake it. This is what a good business practice is all about, good customer service. We are just drivers, so we cannot fix cars, we simply need good mechanics for guidance, but not to be pushed around and get more car issues dump on us. This is a case of flushing $142, unfortunately!.
