I took my daughter to MAC and the young lady was so rude that my daughter almost started crying. She said they were fully booked and no one can work on my daughter. We went to Estée Lauder booth and they worked on my daughter. I sat in the mall for over an hour and no one came to the MAC booth. I have such a high dislike for this brand now and I will surely spread the word

Horrible customer service. At 6:50 on March 11, 2018 in Livingston’s Mac. The Mac Rep started yelling that they were closed as soon as I started approaching the register. - Grace

Part of what I love about Mac is the exceptional customer service. I was so extremely disappointed with my experience today. (9/18/17) The lady working was not warm/friendly at all. She was also NOT helpful. I walked in ready to revamp my makeup bag knowing that I would be spending a big chunk of change. I walked out only with the essentials for now because I didnt feel like begging that rude woman to work with me. Such a shame.

Called to ask a question, some GHETTO Lakiesha something ... answers, took her 2 tries to say her own name (CLUE #1) ... I state, Hi, I am trying to find a foundation that matches, do you do tutorials? GHETTO, Tutorial, whats that? Like a color match?... Me: I dont do make up Im not sure what you call it, but it could be the same thing.. GHETTO, Wait what you trying to do again.. ME: NEVERMIND, HAVE A NICE DAY! - Only game one star because I couldnt give 0............. Calling SHORTHILLS!!!!!!!!
