I ordered the Knoll Generation Desk Chair from David, who was very responsive and helpful. I needed the chair ASAP in Manhattan and they were able to deliver it within a few days of my order. The chair is in near perfect condition and could not be more comfortable. I highly recommend this company. They also carry some really nice standing desks. My friend has one and loves it.

I came from a few hours away and he was flexible in both his store hours and the trial period he offers on the chairs. I even called ahead to see if he had a model available, which he expedited from his warehouse so I could trial it in the showroom. His prices are much better than other stores I was looking at and comparable to what you might find scavenging local second-hand listings. Since he has numerous models, there is plenty of opportunity to trial chairs and see what suits you best. This was a great place to score deals on top-quality office furniture.

I found OHR Home Office Solutions through an online posting and was incredibly pleased with the entire experience. I met David to purchase 3 refurbished Herman Miller Aeron chairs. After seeing the care he took in restoring them and even steam cleaning them prior to pick-up for maximum cleanliness, I ended up purchasing two more on the spot. Ive heard really disappointing stories about so many office chair refurb shops, and I would highly recommend OHR based on the care and honesty with which they seem to operate. A two year warranty is even included. Ill be coming back for any future needs.

Great response time (even via email), delivered on quick notice and with very reasonable pricing. If you want to buy a brand new Aeron from HM right now theres a 6 week+ wait and four digit cost. I got the chair I wanted (color was the only limitation), about half the price, and only waited a couple days. Just be patient on delivery day, their driver Dan (very nice guy) had a TON of driving to do the day he got me mine so anticipate some possible delays day-of. Overall: no problems, no stress, positive energy, good selection, great upfront pricing, no hidden agendas 👍

Super happy I found this place. The ergonomic chairs are top quality. You can hardly tell theyre refurbished and/or used (depending on the chair). I ended up with an Aeron after seriously considering the Steelcase Leap v2. The 2 year warranty is definitely helpful, but I doubt Ill need to use it, these things are built to last. Will come back for a chair for my girlfriend. They custom make sit to stand desks with live edge wood slabs, so Im thinking of getting one in maple with an acrylic river once I scrape enough pennies together.

I was looking online for a good quality ergonomic office chair for my home office. It is difficult to choose a chair without trying it first. So when a friend mentioned a store that just opened in Livingston specializing in used and refurbished office furniture I went there. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the selection in the store. David the owner took his time to explain the features of various chairs. I was in between Herman Miller Aeron and Steelcase Leap V2. I finally chose the Leap. The chair was clean, and in great condition.

He told us, for example, that the pronounced S shape of the Steelcase Gestures might take a few days to get used to; but, after a little adjusting, we would be sitting correctly (and healthily) for a long, long time. I considered going with one of those shady online sellers (Madison Seating, Seating Mind, etc), but after reading their BBB reviews I decided to go local instead. Im glad I did! David sold me a top quality refurbished Aeron with all the bells and whistles--not a single scratch on it, working beautifully, and with a comprehensive warranty to boot. I rather go with the local guy who has a real warranty and return policy, as opposed to the internet sellers who advertisers 12 year warranties (just meant to confuse consumers with OEM Herman Miller 12 year warranty) and Guaranteed Free return policies that are actually full of fees and BS. Really happy I went to OHR.
