Recently purchased a refrigerator, range and dishwasher. Damon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products as well as scheduling delivery and installation. He always had time for us wether in the store or on the phone. Good experience all the way around.

I stop by to view what appliances they had and the employee who greeted me was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I told him I was there to look for a washing machine for an elderly individual, one that would be less complicated to operate for her. He proceeded to show me what was available. Nice experience. I love shopping here, great deals.

I visited ABC WAREHOUSE intend to buy The BISSELL AeroSwift lightweight vacuum that was $69. I found the display of vacuums; all had sign with prices, but the one I wanted to buy, plus I wasnt sure if I had to ask for saleperson to get the one I wanted UNTIL I saw the vacuums in the middle of race track area. I had to bring the vacuum up to checkout to make sure it was $69 and was the right one. If a salesperson would of ask if they could be of help, I would give them 4 3/4 stars but I give them a 3 3/4 stars.

The saleman was good and a straight shooter. So no wasted sales stuff right to the point with my question. Ordered and got my new fridge quickly with no hassles.

Went to the Livonia store and bought a refrigerator because I needed one ASAP mine was leaking and detroying my floor. It was to be delivered today. I received two emails this past week regarding scheduling. I get a third email the morning of delivery that oops its on backorder with no ETA on delivery. Manager at the store was supposed to call me back with info, never bothered to call. What kind of a way is that to do business? The email gives a phone number to call for orders placed and it just disconnects the call. How do you have a product being delivered and figure out the day its being delivered that it doesnt exist? Cancelling my account with ABC. No excuse for such poor service to a long time customer like me.

August 6th I went in looking for a washer dryer combination the sales person who I dont remember his name was more interested in talking to another sales rep about a wedding he was attending. Then service was bad. I went to the Livonia location because I thought it would be a better experience than the ABC thats on Greenfield and Michigan nope ABC Warehouse sales people are the worst.

Obnoxious sales guy in a mobility scooter drove us away from a purchase. He was not very knowledgeable of the product. Asked if we could read has he pointed to a computer monitor for online product details. Went to Lowes instead and purchased the exact same item at the same price.

I went to ABC Warehouse in Livonia to purchase a TV and and was so pleased with the help I received from Damon Watson. Damon asked questions about my viewing habits and recommended the TV he thought would be best for me. The Samsung TV I purchased is great. Damon was so professional and helpful. Extra kudos to Damon for personally delivering my TV to ensure I had it in time for my birthday!

Between Nakita ( sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Moe, all of my expectations were exceeded. Moe worked an EXCELLENT deal on a TV that was $2k alone and Nakita got me the financing I needed to make it all happen. I walked out spending $1300 bucks with not only that TV, but three 12 foot hdmi cables, a full motion mount and a power strip/ surge protector. Thats the epitome of great customer service and savings all in one. Thanks guys, and thanks ABC for such knowledgeable and helpful sales people.

Really enjoy patronizing this location.Im really upset with this location I placed my order on January 9, 2021 and was told that the delivery would be delayed, waited 2 months 10 days for delivery. I had to call the store multiple times and was told that someone would call me back to confirm delivery. Never received a call back so one day while on my way to work I receive a call from the delivery driver stating they would be at my home within the hour ask if it could be reschedule for later in the day was told no it would be rescheduled for the next day. Took the next day off waited and waited called the store 4 times that day and was told someone would call me back, never called. Finally, on call 5 was told that my items will be delivered the next week. Im definitely calling corporate cause this is not the way you treat customers especially returning customers!UPDATE: I was able to finally get my items delivered and the delivery men were very professional, quick setup, and knew exactly what to do. I appreciate the good customer service I received from the delivery crew!

We had an issue with our GE washing machine that was just a couple of years old. Our ABC Warehouse sales rep, Alec, started the process of trying to get it taken care of either through repair or replacement. The regional manager, Al, also contacted me to help with the process. Finally, after GE finally agreed to replace the product, Moe really helped me out by navigating the various options and helping me to decide which was best for my family. I had been looking for living room furniture for a while. I entered the Livonia store and Damon Watson approached me right away. I had many questions about ordering the set. I wanted some changes. Damon explained to me fully what would take place as far as the changes, and delivery because of covid . I did not make my purchase that day. I waited. I returned to the store and placed my order with a salesperson, who was also very nice and explained things well. Damon contacted me the next day explaining that I may be able to get the order sooner than thought and made sure I Didnt move my old furniture until we knew for sure that it would be on the truck. He is very professional, very up front, and very nice. He took care of my order and called me several times to be sure I understood all that he explained. He is a great asset to the company. It is my understanding that he also works out of Ann arbor, so, if you shop at ABC, ask for Damon Watson. You will not be disappointed! Great salesperson, nice friendly knowledgeable man. Im a single mom of three kids I moved into my home Ive had repeated issues with my refrigerators and getting used ones off of Facebook and I didnt want to move the old one out by myself and put the new one in and risk having damages so I went through this company to finance a fridge paid for a warranty so that I would be covered with any issues the men while I was at work I had a friend at the house delivered the fridge in my living room didnt take the doors off to put it through the kitchen theres dents on the door of the new fridge which I paid $2,000 for and left the old fridge in my kitchen they did absolutely nothing I myself a woman took the doors off took the old fridge out put it in the garage and put the new one in and put it together so that my one year old would have milk needless to say I will know longer be going through this company this was my first time purchasing something with this company and I can say it will be my last once this is paid off I will look elsewhere Im completely baffled by the service and delivery service and the fact that I paid that much for a refrigerator that already has dents in the door... completely disappointed if I had another fridge that worked I would honestly return it just because it was that awful

Customer service here is excellent. Normally Im not a fan of having sales people bother me while Im looking around, but the guy here was really helpful. The sales guy managed to all me into spending more than I had planned by offering me an absurdly good deal and discount on a TV. I had planned on spending $700, but he offered a $1600 TV that was on sale for $1300 for $900. At first I said no, then I went across the street to Walmart, and the same TV was $1600 there. It was so much better than the $700 ones I was looking at I decided I couldnt turn it down. So, I went back to ABC and purchased the $1600 TV for $900. I couldnt be happier, the TVs I had been looking at dont even compare to this one and I only paid $200 more.That was a while ago, and Ive since gone back multiple times because I was so happy with their service. Ive bought a dryer, a fridge, and a window AC unit. They definitely made a return customer out of me.

Came in to buy a particular model TV (Sony X900H) that no other retailers had a delivery option for in my area. It turns out it was backordered at ABC, but the salesmen I worked with offered a great alternative. They had another model (LG CX 77 OLED, which was the model Id originally wanted when I began researching TVs but which was a bit rich for my blood), and they gave me a price on it that was MUCH lower than any other retailer...so low that it was too good to pass up. Definitely happy with my purchase and with the service/delivery.

Bought a washer and dryer for a fair price and told it would be delivered and installed on Tuesday they dropped my washer off with no word of my dryer then said it wasnt in-stock and dropped off a different dryer days later supposeable upgrade didnt install either nor even dropped the dryer off by the wall where the exhaust ran just left it in the middle of the walk way and didnt even provide the lines to hook it up. I tried and house instantly smelled like gas. Thanks alot guys way to take my money and cost me more money.

After purchasing and receiving 3 appliances, 1 of them was broken. I was told several times that it was okay. Come to find out I was finally told the truth that I was given a floor model. They wanted me to believe that the 1 of 3 items that wasnt boxed and didnt have a manual was a brand new item. 5 weeks later, it finally got picked up and my money returned. I have a huge problem with a place that trains it salesmen to lie and not be honest to the customers. I understand that with the pandemic that production of appliances slowed down, but just tell me that. Dont rmake excuse after excuse and expect me to believe you. The truth goes a long way. If you want to be lied to and talked to by the regional manager in a demeaning tone, shop here. If you want to be told the truth and be respected, so somewhere else.

Ron Smith helped my wife and I buy a new mattress and refrigerator, with removal of the old, he also got us a new smart TV for free. We took delivery yesterday. We connected with the delivery driver and his assistant very well. The driver had asked us if he could store the old mattress, refrigerator, and packing material because we where the second delivery, and he didnt have the room in his truck. He said he would call when he was on his way back. Next day the mattress, refrigerator, and packing material are still here. Had no call back. I will have no problem putting it to the curb myself, but that wasnt the agreement.

Clean and great customer service

The sales person was rude, unwilling to help me find what I wanted and didnt want to help me find something in a price range I wanted. Blamed it on an appliance shortage. Being the only customer in the building I figured Id get a little more customer service. I guess chatting with co-workers pays better than helpomg customers.

Purchased a GE Gas range from the Livonia store and everything was fine as far as purchasing the range especially with free delivery and haul away of the old range except not getting the free griddle (was told its the one that comes with the stove, but was supposed to have been another separate griddle)., its the delivery that earned the 2 stars. on delivery day they called and said the stove had been damaged so I would have to wait until the next day for them to deliver another one. the next day it was delivered but they didnt haul away the old range and they said it could be rodents inside, but I had just taken the old range outside 1 hour before they arrived for space in the kitchen and they wouldnt take the old one. I called the store and was told I should have left the old stove in the house instead which is crazy if youre bringing in a new stove. horrible delivery drivers

I highly recommend Bill 110%! When we first went to an ABC warehouse we quickly ran out at how people were trying to have us break the bank... when we met Bill he was just outstanding and is such a model of what every worker should be like. Respectable, let’s us know his knowledge on the products but does not force you to buy those, and will do absolutely anything to make a customer happy. I am telling you that Bill is one of the main reasons that store is doing so well! Such a phenomenal person and worker overall, we were highly impressed and due to Bill we will definitely be coming back to purchase more for our new home!

Purchased a upright freezer on Black Friday 2019. Delivery following Tuesday. Sales people & delivery people very professional. Got a good deal also. A friendly place to shop!!!

The initial customer service with purchasing was great! But the the delivery was terrible. The delivery guys were rude, short tempered and unprofessional. They told me the fridge that I bought was bigger than my last one and it would not fit. These guys never tried to bring it in! We paid for removal of the old fridge but they left in such a rush when I told them to leave my new fridge I will get someone to bring it in. These guys make the company look bad as a whole. Not to mention this was the third delivery “attempt”, it took them 3 weeks to get it here. They lied the first two attempts and said no one was home. I will never order anything else from ABC Warehouse. Until they find a new company or deliver theirselves. I will be shopping elsewhere for future purchases. STOP OUT SOURCING for delivery! These guys kill your returning customer rate.

I got a decent deal but the store was very empty.

They don’t even deserve 1 star! The sales associates lie and will tell you anything to get the sale! I was told that scissors would cut a portable air conditioning panel to make it fit into any window. I bought a $400 unit just to find out that the panel can’t be cut!!!! When I tried to return it they wouldn’t let me because it was opened! I will never again do business with these liars! I recommend to take your business elsewhere!

My experience with the ABC Warehouse of Livonia was great. Their in store financing is a great option. In addition, the store salesman are very knowledgeable of the departments in which they work in and very passionate about what they do. So when I think of shopping for appliances, TVs etc. ABC Warehouse is the place I choose first.

Not what it used to be.

We bought a new washing machine and could not have had a more positive experience. Elek was patient, helpful, and took care of everything from purchase to delivery. We got our new machine within a week, installation was provided, and we are very happy with our new appliance! A positive experience overall, for sure!

Door scratched by delivery crew.Still waiting on replacement freezer door, waiting on Moe to make it right. Delivery crew scratched up stainless door in 3 spots now 1mth later working on ABC to make it right! Was told yesterday a replacement door couldnt be ordered. How convenient. Highly dissatisfied.

Bought a GE washer, loved it so much I bought my son the same washer and dryer for a house warming gift. A month later my dryer went, so back to ABC and bought the matching dryer. The funny thing, I sold the same washer and dryer to a couple who where also looking. Didnt get my commission. Lol. Back today for a refrigerator.
