Accurate Collision did a great job Steve was very helpful and kept me informed the entire time of my jeep repairs. Steve also went above and beyond by fixing another small issue not discussed in the quote. Took a little more time then was expected due wrong part being delivered. Took care of a loaner for me. Was supposed to detail the interior for free but did not. Repairs excellant.

They dont fix what they say they are going to. I was told in the beginning it would be only a few days. After calling and leaving a message for about a week, I thought I should be getting a call back or at least an update on how much longer it would take. When I finally had to go in person to the shop, they hadnt even fixed anything on the car. I ended up taking my car to Service King to have it fixed correctly.

I brought my auto into this shop to paint side, remove dents, and re-skin the rear driver’s side door. I picked this business as it’s close to my office and it has good reviews, I hadn’t used them previously. I had to bring my vehicle in several times to try to complete repairs, each time bringing it in they had forgot to do something or they broke something. The first time I went to pick it up it had a thin layer of white dust throughout the car that had been poorly cleaned, leaving water marks and white dust everywhere. The driver’s side door handle had gouges in it from where they removed the piece during repairs. The manager Steve G. agreed to replace the handle. The car started to have a whistling noise when I would drive it, which only started after I brought to their shop for repairs. I brought to Steve’s attention and he said they would test drive. After my second time picking up vehicle, once they replace the damaged door latch, the car was still making the whistling noise. They further noticed that there was a gap in the backdoor handle, which they didn’t install properly. After my last visit to the shop and speaking to Steve he told me that it was the companies interest to make me happy, however, this wasn’t adhered to in trying to resolve the issues I was having with the door noises.I ended up taking car to another body shop and they diagnosed the whistling car noise immediately as Accurate not re-installing the insulation in the door correctly. The foam panels inside the door weren’t seated correctly, thus, having wind pass through the door which in turn was creating this super-annoying noise. In addition, the body shop brought it to my attention that Accurate didn’t re-install the plastic edge tape on the doors as was on before they painted.Overall I would recommend avoiding this body shop. They quality control is non-existent and they don’t seem to have the capabilities of even completing the simplest of tasks.

I have taken my car here many times over the last few years to get any issues or repairs done on my car. They were always great! They fixed everything on time and was very pleased with the work. They were honest with what needed to be fixed and took care of it. I was very pleased and would recommend to anyone!!!! I loved the fact that the manager steve took care of everything for me including my rental. Thank you accurate collision! I will be a life long customer!!!!

They did a good job repairing my car after another driver backed into it. It took them a few days longer then expected because they found more suspension parts that had to be replaced in the middle of working on it, but Id rather them so it right and wait a bit more for my car. The rental car they provided was a nice added benefit!

I have nothing but great things to say about Accurate Collision. Its become our go-to for all repairs and they are always honest, friendly and fair. Steve is a pleasure to work with, whether it be for body repair or anything else that may be wrong with our cars. Best auto repair center Ive ever dealt with.

Absolutely rude. Employee named Steve said he had no time to listen to a schpeel and proceeded to hang up without any courteous sense of awareness. An awful customer service experience is what youll leave Accurate Collision with, and thats provided you can even get a word in with their workers.
