Recently, I had an awning replaced over the side door. It is the third awning I have had from Marygrove. The first two were installed at the correct height. This one was installed six inches higher rendering it fairly useless. I contacted Marygrove and was pleasantly surprised by the timely response. Pat and Ryan came out on a very rainy day and reinstalled the awning. It now sits at the correct height. Thank you to these two guys and all who facilitated the resolution of this matter!

Marygrove was great to work with. They have the best communication skills of any company we have worked with. We were scheduled for installation 3 months out. They send an email every two weeks just to keep in touch and that things were on schedule. The day of they called with approx. time and kept in touch until arrival. The awning is great the people installed it were friendly and right on task. All was a great experience, with a quality product and kept to their word.

I will (and have) highly recommend Marygrove again and again. From the initial contact with the salesperson to the installation the service and knowledge shared was exactly what you want in a purchase. The product itself is excellent but its always the people that make the experience gratifying. Our appointment with the salesperson happened during the first deluge back in June and that did not stop him from going out to measure and inspect our roof for the installation. He was personable but very knowledgeable and reassuring about what would happen. The Installation team came out and again, they were personable and very knowledgeable and experienced in the process, and then shared the operation information in a clear manner. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Now--onto enjoying our awning during the remaning beautiful autumn days.

I am so excited! My awning was installed yesterday and it is everything I imagined. Beautiful, functional and necessary to assist with blocking the sun from my living room. From the Sales Agent to the Office staff who kept me updated all through the process and the Installation Team, my experience was TOP NOTCH! My sales agent was so nice and explained the process including offering a wonderful financing program. I was scheduled for install within 3 weeks. The team arrived on time and ready to install my selected awning. Unfortunately, the COVID Pandemic started and I was unable to have the deck installed until late 2020. My Installation team leader advised me he would not be able to install the awning without the deck because of the potential for wind updraft pulling it off. Although I was sad for the delay, I was very happy I was not taken advantage of just to close the sale. Almost one year later, the 2nd Installation team was just as professional as the first team. They were ready with the schematics for the special instructions from the 1st installer.Thanks to the entire Marygrove team for a wonderful client experience! Well worth the cost!

Love my new awning! It was easy from beginning to end. Alex J. came out to give the estimate and he was very knowledgeable about the products. Our order was completed on the estimated date. The two employees (not contractors) who installed the awning were professional, on-time and had no problem with the install.The awning works as expected and is lovely to look at on our home. In addition to the shade of course, the awning provides a feeling of intimacy to our patio that we didnt have before. When the sunshade is down you almost feel like youre in a three season room.

20 years ago we had Marygrove Awnings add beautiful awnings to our building. After 20 years like anything else they faded and got ugly. We have a new font to our logo so it seemed like good timing to change the awnings and decided to stay with Marygrove. we had a few communication issues and therefore delays but all in all great experience. There were some finger print marks on the new awnings and they sent someone to clean them and make everything perfect before asking for the COD. I would recommend Marygrove at any time.

After 15 plus years our first Marygrove awning was starting to show its age, so we decided to replace it with another Marygrove awning. We were very happy with the first one, so there was no question that we would call Marygrove again. I LOVE my awning. There are some limitations as I live in a 4 story townhome and it gets pretty windy up top. The wind sensor is key for me as it automatically retracts when the wind picks up. The LED lights are fantastic and make the roof deck feel like a living room at night.

We really like the looks of our new awning. It was installed on Saturday but we only were able to open it and enjoy it for the first time on Monday. It was too windy. We look forward to using it on nice days when we can be in its cooling shade.

Bought an awning from Marygrove. After two years all the sewing started coming undone because it was sewn with cotton thread. Our awning cleaning company said they would not clean it because it would come apart. I contacted Marygorve with no return phone calls from them. I received absolutely no customer service. I replaced the awing with a different company.

I referred my brother and he purchased two large awnings he gave my information I never received my 50 dollars for the referral I purchased two awnings my son needs two awnings I told him I would not do business with a company that doesn’t honor their word between my brother and I we spent almost 15000 dollars I know this is nothing to your Company but your reputation should should mean something! I want everyone never refer anyone to do business with the aspect of getting 50 dollars

From the 1st call, we received good product information. They sell a Struxure louvered roof pergolas. Our at-home visit salesperson was punctual and gave us pricing that day. Then we visited the showroom to see and touch the actual products. No hard-pitch or pressure sales. Fyi-showroom visits are by appointment currently due to Covid.

I AM CHANGING THIS TO A 5 STAR REVIEW ... Jeff, my sales person, called me to apologize because he thought he had seen an outdoor plug. I explained I did not have one. He told me to have an outlet installed and Marygrove Awnings would refund to me the cost of the installation. You really cannot ask for BETTER service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Marygrove if you want an awning over your deck!!!!!!It was very easy and quick to get a salesperson to come to my home and give me an estimate. The men who came to install were professional, friendly and installed my awning in about an hour. They explained everything I needed to know about use and care of awning. I did call the office twice and both times received professional, friendly help with my questions. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because I wish the salesman would have explained that I needed an outlet on my deck to plug in my awning. ISSUE RESOLVED I would have had that done before the installation. I would post a picture but no power installed yet. Will post picture soon so you can see my BEAUTIFUL awning.

I am on a windy lake, the sun shines all day right in our windows and on the deck which requires the shades down all day long. I really wanted the permanent structure but it was out of my price range. The sales person was confident this awning could withstand the strong winds we get and the shade it would offer would be perfect. Its expensive but you get what you pay for. It retracts when the winds get to high, the lights in the bars are really a nice feature, we sat outside on the deck with the lights on and played cards. Its really dark at night, these lights were amazing. It does get hot under the awning, mostly because there isnt a way for the breeze to move through since there is a structure on one side of the deck. I put a mister fan in and problem solved. We can sit under it when its raining and stay dry. Ive had a few issues that needed attention, customer service was excellent. Its really a beautiful awning, I have people stopping all the time to compliment it and ask where I got it.

The install took less than 2 hours, the installers were very pleasurable to talk to, they kept us informed throughout the whole process. They gave us detailed instructions on how to operate the awning. Overall it was a great experience. The awning itself has been great, provides a nice shaded escape from the sun or rain and the free drop down sun shade makes it even better

I purchased a large (18w x 10d) awning with all the bells and whistles, most of which were included in the purchase price. The only add-on with a cost was a screen extension. The awning arrived and was installed as scheduled, without delay. The installers were running behind time-wise, but stayed in regular contact with me and when they arrived for my installation it was close to 5 pm . . . typical quitting time. But the installers went to work without hesitancy or complaint. They completed a prompt, thorough installation, and took time afterward to show me how the awning functioned and to discuss recommended seasonal maintenance. I couldnt be more pleased with the installation or with the awning. Its just as ordered and covers my deck very well. Its a pleasure to finally be able to enjoy my deck on sunny days. It even cools the inside of the house by shielding the windows and patio door from direct sunlight. I highly recommend Marygrove!
