Good prices, I often order online to pick up in store to save time and is quick and easy! Also, an easy return or refund process. Target is my go-to store.

Friendly greeters, sales associates and great sale prices. The store appeared to be cleaner and better organized than other stores I have recently visited. Kudos to your employees!

Forgot to mention the sale person name was Cory and she was amazing and so much help. Positive attitude. This was at the Haggerty store in Northville, Michigan. Super great young lady.

I went into this location today, went into the self checkout line since i only had a few items. The lady working there had to come to my register since I had a coupon attached to one of the products. She saw me put a sample they had out in the store in one of the bags. It was too small to be mistaken as an item. She then proceeded to ask what is that, implying we were trying to steal something in front of her and asked for me to take it out the bag to show her. When she realized it was a sample after informing her, she tried to act all sweet knowing she was in the wrong and indirectly accusing us of stealing something. I won’t be returning to this establishment, train your employees better and stop racially profiling your customers.

While it was a good and clean store, on the other hand, it didnt have the one item I made the trip out to pick up.Check out was great, clean, several open aisles, the self-checkout was attentively staffed.

The customer service staff was helpful & able to handle an online return with easy & self check out was a breeze, but otherwise I dont frequent the store. Other places seem to have a better selection of products that Im looking for.

Very clean and organized store one stop shop

Verifying stock online ahead of time, I visited this Target location for a specific item that they had. I also picked up a reversible belt.

The offers are very deceiving.. 20$ off on 100$ .. we made an online purchase and shipt delivery of almost 300$. Nowhere did it mention that offer cannot be doubled .. Target should understand that it was still a sale worth of 300$ and the consumer should be eligible for 60$ off on the total purchase.. if not it should be clearly mentioned that it cannot be doubled in a single transaction ..must be business tactic but very disappointing!!

We are having a GREAT experience at the Plymouth Silvera Karate Jutsu Dojo! Sensi Oscar was gracious enough to offer my 13 year old daughter a private free class. She instantly fell in love with the program and was eager to come back. I signed my 11 year old son up as well, they are approaching their yellow belt and have learned so much . They are learning Karate and self defense, they use props for weapons and equipment to spare in safety. They are being taught street smarts as well as your traditional training. How to handle being attacked suddenly, so far we have noticed our kids self esteem and confidence rise. We can’t thank Sensi Oscar enough and are so happy to have found this place! It’s definitely worth a try.. (adults train there as well!)

I cannot believe how hot it is at this location during the summer, i was sweating and was in tank top and shorts i can’t imagine how your poor employees feel.

Not a bad store but the bathroom was gross

The cashier that I rung me up today was Great! He was professional and very welcoming. He was a breath of fresh air during what is a stressful time for many people.

I was pleasantly surprised by my pick up order at Target. I needed a gift for a child and I needed it quickly. I went online and ordered some items and was told I could pick them up right away. I picked them up two days later when it was convenient for me. They were very quick to give me my order. My order was exactly what I ordered and they picked nice items. My order also included a bag of free samples of other products. I was very happy with my shopping experience and will definitely do it again.

The girls at guest service were so nice and made pick up a breeze as I had a few questions and concerns. Also met manager Josh who was very pleasant and helpful. Kudos to all.

Third time in this store, and same result. Needed a hand finding an item that was showing in their inventory.Never greeted, never addressed, never even so much as looked at, and multiple employees all over the store just doing their thing, including 4 stockers in the department that I was in.I won’t be back here again. Third strike. Place is spotless though.

The staff are very nice. However, you may want to remind your employees, including curb side, that they are required to wear a mask when interacting with the public. Unfortunately a lot of customers who order curbside do not wear a mask. Employees should definitely wear one to protect themselves and others.

Convenience, price, selection and service are all of equal importance to me.

The first is the diversity of products. At the target, you can find most of the products I need in my life. The second point is after-sales service. When there is any problem with my product, I can get help in time. The third point is membership points. There are no requirements for registered members, as long as you spend at the target, you can get points.The dissatisfaction point is that many high-end camera electronic products are difficult to find on the target. This is the best buy is better than you.

The man at the self check out had a lot of patience with a really rude guest. I applaud him! Wonderful guest service in my book!

Two failures to enforce mask policy. I saw a man walking around without a mask, past several employees and no one said anything. I also saw a couple with their mask hanging off at the self checkout and an employee came over to help them with something and he said nothing to them about putting their masks back on.

This is a great location. Easy to navigate aisles. Clean store. Friendly staff who are eager to help. Wonderful selection of toys, electronics. Adequate amount of groceries available. My main issue with Target is that it does not have clothes for plus size customers above XL. I place an order online for a baby registry and it was available for pick up in a short amount of time, and I was able to get a gift receipt.

I am from grand rapids mi and compared to our target, this target is amazing. I thought our target was great before but now I am amazed with this target. So much more up to date. More to choose from. Everything was better. I was impressed

I literally just call to ask were they allowing people to come inside (due to the pandemic) because I have never shopped at target before, literally would be my first time there ever and some stores are only doing curbside pickup only and I wanted to come in and look at my purchase....I called first because I dont live close to this location and its the only location that have the product I was looking for, I got the rudest, most nastiest person in the guest service department to answer the phone. She literally question why wouldnt they be letting people in and theyve been letting people in as if I know that!! Im so hurt and angry with this lady and told her I only wanted to make sure and I didnt know. I really hope you listen to your phone calls because i will never shop at target ever. My very first time attempting and I was greeted rudely. I havent been out since this pandemic and just wanted to know...Im actually hurt at how she was speaking to me.

Incredible flooring installation! Their flooring contractor must be 1 of the best around. Excellent tile patching and invisible carpet seams! Ive been installing commercial floors 4 30yrs and u dont see this kind of quality installation very often. Good job Target.

It is unfortunate when I feel the need to write a negative review. However, this Target has demonstrated an ability that overtly disregards a persons dignity. My fiance, her sister, and their teenage niece visited the store to purchase undergarments for teenage as a bonding experience and rite of passage for her niece. What was to be a happen moment of shared womanhood, became a souring experience of being overtly followed, radioed, and checked for stealing. Maybe they wear not dress the part of shoppers? I dont know what made them seem like shoplifters and required cameras to follow them in and out of the restroom and dressing rooms, but they must have met the unwritten rules. They returned sadden and upset. Moreover, after hearing their story, their mother said that it is a common happenstance at that location.I was looking to invest funds into Target stocks, yet this episode has caused me to think that. I dont like judging entire organizations based on a few misguided stores and a small number of employees; howbeit, I will no longer invest my money with nor purchase goods from Target. In this current digital and media age, where a person purchases good and what he/she invest in is thought of as a reflection of character.

The staff was so helpful in guiding me to find things I was looking for and the cashier was so careful with my breakable items so I didnt have to worry about getting them home safely.

I always enjoy shopping here. They had what I was looking for... and more. As usual.

Target has sort of become a one-stop-shop. I can usually go get all the things I need at 1 location. The store is well arranged and has a great selection.

I had a cell phone issue and while hit with three needy customers at the same time, a tech in that dept. named Gabby multitasked everyone to satisfaction with a smile on her face. Who knew such a knowledgable, helpful, and likable technician was right here at my local Target. I hope store management reads these reviews. They should give her a raise.

Employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. The shelves are kept stocked and the store is well maintained. I have lived in 6 different states and this is by far the best Target I have ever been to.

Target store itself is great, but the Target Tech in the back is absolutely worthless. Being an IT Professional for 10+ years, Im absolutely shocked at the employees they hire. Not at all Tech savvy.... Id really like to be involved in a Target Tech interview and see what types of skills/experience questions are involved. Trying to get a Verizon phone ordered and activated onto an account took 3 hours. I dont know their systems at all, but I can assure you Id be able to figure it out before they would. Could be poorly trained? who knows. Stay away and save your time somewhere else. The gift card promotions are nice, but not worth 3 hours of my time..

Fast service

I love the fact that they clean each shopping cart when people are done using it. They have an entire section with clean carts. I like stores that are now sanitizing the carts. The staff was nice and helpful and the store was very clean. The store wasn’t too crowed when I went and seems like a nice place to shop

Had a pick-up order for this Target on Haggarty. Have done pick up orders at walmart in the past, and Target was the best experience. Employees were not only nice and pleasant, but got my order without a problem. Also didnt have to wait forever for someone to show up at counter. Target will be my pick up store from now on.

I only popped in to use the bathroom while my friend grabbed a few things (which were all in stock). Bathroom serviceable but needed to be freshened up. I gave the checkout lady a heads up. If I get to shop at this Target again Ill update my review.

Good Service. We get everything from groceries to clothing based on the need. Collection is not so great, but by using offers/discounts, this is a good place to visit once in a while.

Good Target location. It is a high volume store and had high foot traffic, but they also have all the newest fixtures and set ups Target has to offer.

The optical center is the best around and one of only 3 target optics in michigan!

The inventory at this Target has consistently been bad. They are always out of stock on basic items. I recently went here to pick up some windshield washer fluid. Turns out there are zero in the store. When I looked online it appears they don’t even sell washer fluid at this location. Other than the disappointing inventory situation, it’s not unshoppable.

Can always find what Im looking for, and I always pick up about $50 of extra stuff that I wasnt looking for but I really like. Classy stuff for the house, good food selections, love their giant makeup aisles.

Electric carts and merchandise selection and quality

This Target is closest to my house. So, its convenient. Its usually pretty busy and people drive crazy through that parking lot. Be careful. Since its so busy, they sell out of a lot of the clothing in my size pretty quickly. When I have a question, sometimes its hard to find an employee. Check out clerks are hit or miss. But usually when Im overly nice, they act nice back. P.s. their Pizza Hut inside had the best bread sticks.

Great store and love Target but Alex the SECURITY guard (blonde hair with the worst highlight job I’ve seen in a while) is by far one of the rudest women I’ve ever met. Also, didn’t know that security guards’ jobs were to be rude to customers and do the jobs of cashiers/managers....

Great store to shop at

Its okay. Hard to find anyone to help. The cashiers are always nice. Though I get sick I being asked to open a card. I know they are doing their job.

I came up to this cashier named Shaade or something like that and she was super rude to me! She gave me an attitude when I asked her to check the price of an item I wanted to buy. She kept rolling her eyes and sighing at me. Imvery disappointed with the customer service.
