First time here. Found 4 books, 3 used and 1 new. Great place!

A great store to get new and used books great friendly staff always helpful.

While it wasn’t a terrible experience, I doubt I’ll ever come back, and I’d even go out of my way to adviseothers not to shop here. The store itself and the staff seem nice enough, but the selection is extremely poor. The overwhelming majority of the store is taken up by romance, mystery, and children’s books with very little in the way of anything else. Major genres and mediums such as true crime, books on music, or graphic novels are basically non-existent; the latter has a section, but that section is filled entirely with random books. Not a single graphic novel present. Finally, while I was expecting signs of use, as this is a used book store, the majority of books were of such poor quality that I struggled to find one worth buying - even at cheap prices.

Always a great find to be had. This time around I found wonderful books for my granddaughter.

So many used books. They will order new ones for you too. Very nice, knowledgeable people.

Good selection. Lots of romance but plenty of other genres. Lots of kids books. A great section of books all related to Michigan. The staff was really helpful, professional and kind. Very nice to us and we will definitely be back.

The books selection is scarce. Half of the store is dedicated to small paperback romance novels. The African American section is almost nonexistent. 3 stars for the childrens books and wonderful staff. Do not recommend if you are looking for something special/rare.

The proprietor was rude and ignorant, yet still haughtily attempted to correct me about something she actually knows nothing about; cosmology=/=cosmetology. I do not recommend going here, books at the library are more worthwhile than spending any money here.

They have a huge selection on paperback novels. And the trade-in deal is great if you go through a lot of books.They have their own computer system for customer accounts, which I thought was impressive. The prices are based on size of the used books and theres a discount on new books. The staff is super friendly in person and over the phone. I will go back.

I didnt catch the ladies named, but she was super helpful and got our crazy order all figured out for us. This was our first time visiting & we will definitely be back. So many great services - book ordering, book pick up, sell/ trade your books, and lots of kids books. We ended up walking out with 16+ books for not as much as I would spend at a bigger bookstore. Definitely worth a visit.

Love books and they have all kinds here. Second hand books in great condition at good prices.

This is a great little book store with a lot of used books. If paperbacks and romance are your thing, you need to be here.They will happily order and find books for you, establish pull lists and take trade-ins.I believe that they are offering curbside pickup and delivery (if you order a pizza next door at Valentinos) too.Kathleen (the owner) is clearly a book lover and will take care of you.

Happy used book store. Proprietor is a humorous lady, fair prices. As always with smaller stores, the selection will vary each time. (In my latest trip there were the 2,3,4 in a book series, leaving me to find the first book elsewhere!)

This was my first time in this book store. They had a variety of different books. All sectioned off accordingly. The store overall appearance was neat & clean. I recommend that you try this book store out for yourself. Keep up the good work!

This store is amazing. The women are amazing and remember what books Im collecting. They call me when they get titles I might like. The prices are great and I just love the atmosphere. I feel incredibly lucky to have a locally owned and operated independent bookstore.

If you tell them the type of book you are looking for they will help you find it as well as others like it. They also take trade in for store credit and will special order items for you. I have been going to this store for about 30 years now. Love the workers, very helpful and friendly. You get credit for turning in books which earns you discounts on purchases. If they dont need some of your trade-ins, they will often take them off your hands anyway to donate to a worthy cause. Win for everyone!

I love to read. The staff there are always helpful in finding books and doing online searches for books. They accept new and used books. And even sell new and used books. From the most popular authors to the most obscure authors. Check out this lovely little bookstore.

Really narrow scope of books. If youre into paperback fiction and/or romance, this is your place. If you are seeking non-fiction, there are very few books available. Staff was exceedingly nice and I appreciated that.

Join the book club. They will tell you when your favorite authors have published new books and they keep track of purchases made in the store so that you dont purchase multiple copies of the same book. Great prices with an extrodinary staff who are there to assist you. Excellent company partner who support numerous community projects. Last but not least I loved meeting one of my favorite authors there. I simply love this store.

Went to buy and trade in a few books. They refused most of my trade-ins and charged me five bucks per USED book; looks like its cheaper to shop online! Most of the books they carry are penny books on Amazon, anyway.

My boyfriend and I recently stopped in to check out the selection at their new location and were disappointed - not only with the genres of books offered in store, but the treatment we received from one of the staff members. We had been to Books Connection before the building swap and loved it, from the wide variety of books and genres offered to the warm and friendly guest service. However, this last time, while we were checking out with the woman running the register I was extremely off put by a snarky answer to a question I had asked, and also by the unwillingness of the employee to check on a book my boyfriend had been looking for. I understand people have bad days, but because of that experience I am hesitant to return.
