Great customer service but the hours are a little frustrating

The women who work at the register are rude! They make up nonsense on how books can’t be returned when it’s not our fault the bookstore is closed half the time. They pick and choose on your reason of wanting to return the book.

All the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. You dont have to find what books and where they are located, you take your class schedule to the service desk and they will tell you whether you need a book for the class and locate the books for you. It really saves time. The store is always clean and the shelves are neat and organized.There are some cons; when you try to resell your books you get nothing back for them. Its usually only a couple dollars. And these books are so expensive. And a lot of the time they dont accept books back to sell because they have too many in stock, so your stuck with it. You are better off selling it yourself online. Also, as in any college bookstore the books are so expensive. You can find the books for so much cheaper on Amazon and other sites. Just get the URL for the book and enter it on Google.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Bookstore just completely unaffordable for me personally. $100 to rent a book that you can rent online for $27. Expensive.

The store is usually well stocked and tidy. Though most things are fairly expensive here all of it is high quality. They have the lowest prices on campus for snanks, like 50 cent granola bars. 😊

The staff is always really helpful and its nice to Schoolcraft gives you the option of either buying or renting your materials.

DONT BUY A BOOK HERE. The employees here are just nasty. When I ask if I could get help finding a book one lady just looked at me and said why cant you find it on your own. Then when I wanted to talk to the the manager about how rude shes being she said that we didnt have a manager and if I wanted help I should go somewhere else. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and all over me asking if someone one could help me find a book.

Prices for supplies arent crazy, rent your books from Amazon rentals if you can its way cheaper, and staff are amazing

Prices on some stuff can be high but service and returns are processed easily so long as you do it on time.

Modern, clean, and a huge selection of clothes, electronics, and of course books.

I like the people that work here. Only problem is I spent a lot of money buying water paints and no one there seem to know acrilic paints are water paints. I spent over 80 dollars on paints I didnt need when the set of acrilic paints were 20 dollars. Such a loss.
