This store has nothing that the other stores have. No floor paper. No trey liners. Nothing. The employees there have now idea about any paint or accessories. Didnt know what the color snap gadget was. Really yall??? Get with it.

The manager there was very rude not helpful at all and just kept talking with a bad attitude. I understand we all have problems but when i go to work i leave mine at home. I left from there didnt even want my paint anymore

Very disappointed with THIS STORE Livonia commericalDont even bother asking for any help if your not there home store!! Ridiculous!!! Sherwin williams is sherwin Williams regardless if they are not my main store!!! We spend so much money at Sherwin-Williams ever year and I cant believe that they would tell me they cant help me and to call my main store!!Filling a complaint with corporate.Succurros Painting, Inc.

I tried to switch to SW from Home Depot. What a mistake. I had to run to several SW to get the tools and supplies I need or wait a day or two for items to arrive instock. Seems like SW is very unorganized and when it comes down to it corpate is just about the $$. Home Depot has always been there for me and the paint matching has always been dead on. SW will always try to sell you the most expensive product even when its not needed and on several occasions they accidentally mix the high end product when I requested the standard paint then expect you to pay for it anyways. This has not been an issue just a Livonia but every SW branch I visited. People I talked with at corporate will say whatever you need to hear but never follow thru as they promise. Maybe it has something to do with all the debt SW is drowning in.lol
