Worst car buying experience ever, Bought a used truck from a very un honest salesman called Darin, Truck was new to them, Talend with him on the phone, He sent me a couple pictures of the truck, Exactly what I was looking for, Tells me there 137,000 miles on it with a 12, month 12,000 mile warranty, Didnt get a chance to test drive it cause it was in the inspection area gettnew breaks, Tells me new shocks, recently, new tires inspection come back clean, I go though with the process of buying it, Contingent on test drive, I go though the process of switching over insurance getting a cashiers check, everything I needed to do to make it a quick process. Day of pick up the following day, pick up time was at 6:30, I get a call around 5:45 that the car was never preped, Sanatized or touched after brakes were done.I take for a test drive and it pulls to the right, I return to dealer and tell him it needs a alignment, Missed that in the inspection process, Darin tells me did you take on the freeway? I said no, He said cause u hear this alot, Because the garbage trucks in the area the road is warped, I said come on guy, He said lets take for a ride, 2 seconds he says yeah it does, I said ok take 150 off and ill go get it, His reply is how about 50 I can get it done for 39, We settled one 100. So we go back in to sign the papers, We get till the very end and there is a paper that said AS-IS. I DARIN you said it had a 12 month warranty, He turned white, He said yea that was the super cab, I SAID NO WE NERVER TALKED ABOUT A SUPER CAB, I was only interested in crew cab, He said man Im sorry I was wrong on the mileage. It has 142 and ford wont put a warranty over 139,000. well dam it, I just did i just did that now what do I do? I take the truck to a friend of mine who is a Mechanic, We looked it over he said your shocks and sturts need replaced but other than that looks solid, So that was missed in inspection as well, I wasnt to concerned on that repair as I can do. So I bought the truck cause 1 I sold my car to buy this truck, 2 transferred insurance I pretty much had no choice unless I went without a car. now week and a half later the water pump is shot. Never trust them, they got me dont let them get you.

Completely unprofessional. Picked out a used car with a loan through my credit union and half cash. Nothing was financed with them at all! He wanted me to purchase a 3 year warranty which was more but at the end I didn’t have enough. So he added on extra money thinking I wouldn’t notice. And he hung up on me twice!! I thought this was a good place but I will never go here again!! Thanks for wasting half my day!!! Going home with no car!!!

Dont look here for help and after my experience with bill brown Ford my next truck will be a dodge, nothing like having panel painted from a accident with 12 months warranty to have them say they wont fix it! Its ok cuz Ill never do business again with any bill brown ford.
