Came to pick up some vape liquid, but decided against this since 5 patrons were angrily standing outside the store smoking and in the driveway, to where I had to swerve to avoid them. Do better with your storefront policies

Place very nice and inviting. The lady who helped me was very informative about cigars and knew exactly what I was looking for (I am not a cigar smoker lol!!) she was very helpful.

When I first entered, I received a warm greeting from the cashier, whose name was Kay. She was very nice invited me to take a look at their large humidor in also show me the smoking pounds Eric. She made a few cigar suggestions but I already knew what I was looking for. I really appreciate Kay for the service I received. Kay also told me that they have a points program at this location signed me up for that and also advised me of their specials. I will definitely be a return customer!

Townhouse Cigar & Vapors is really a Cut Above of the other neighborhood Cigar shoppes. The price point of their cigars are just what im looking for for my smoking enjoyment. The humidor is always fully stocked with fresh product. The staff is definitely always friendly and helpful to introduce customers to new products theyre carrying. Customer service is always noticed as soon as you walk through the door. Townhouse is my kinda cigar shop.👍
