The girl that did our order was so sweet!!

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday and it was just perfect. Wonderfully decorated and tasted great! Excellent customer service as well.

Excellent and friendly service. Delicious ice cream. Dairy free option. When I said gluten free, she even sanitized the scooper.

Many B/R have the same great flavors but this location has the best staff. The staff is happy to help, works together, and smiles. Nice place!

It is April 27th and we still dont have a handle on this state of emergency from covid19 there was only 2 girls working and neither had gloves on or masks also there was over ten people in the little store and everyone was standing next to each other within 1-2 feet at most also I was the only one person besides my girl friend wearing gloves and masks I asked the girl politely for Managers name and number and she refused to divulge the information so I took pictures for proof but both ran away into the back of store and hid I hope you read this review and take this review seriously you can contact me at [email protected] if you want to see pictures of the proof also had to give them it least one star for for review but wish I could have gave them 0.

Two high school girls worked here, they did a great job. Yummy ice creams and shakes

Very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, they are so worried about eliminating waste that now they dont fill their drinks. Previous owner never left a full inch open at the top of a shake.

I usually order strawberry cheesecake ice cream as my barometer when judging. Good ice cream, good customer service .

Three young individuals working and all of them had horrible customer service. We came in and waited ten minutes to be served while two stood behind the counter and did nothing and the guy was outside smoking what I know was marajuna bc he smelled of it and acted very off as he took my order. Im asking questions about products and he cant give straight answers and laughing. Whats funny? This is ridiculous. I place My order them asked about donuts he says there are no more WHAT?!?!? IM LOOKING AT THEM I didnt even entertain the conversation anymore. This was unbelievable I am livid. Management needs to look Into this and retarin all three of them immediately.

I don’t know who owns this store, but we had a terrible interaction today with Lorraine. She is a bully with absolutely zero customer service skills. She was the manager on duty who basically intimidated three kids age 11& 15 into taking $18.00 worth of drinks that they didn’t want. When I took them back to the store to get something else she came around the counter and confronted my 15 yr old grandson for “tattling to his Mommy”. She proceeded to give them all a dressing down in front of the employees and customers in the store. The 11 year old was on the verge of tears when she got back in the car. What happened to the customer being right. Needless to say we will not be back to this store, nor will any family or friends. I also intend to notify Corporate offices of the blemish this store is putting on the Baskin Robbins brand.

Their ice cream is wonderful, their cakes are delicious!!So all I can really say is they’re EXCELLENT!!!

Dont believe store hours, it closes when they want. Today I drove all the way there believing that the store closes at 10pm only to find the store closed, not closing, but closed at 8:50 pm. Makes no sense. Very disappointing.
