I am a new customer I went on Thursday June 17 2021. So I do not know names of the staff. But the young man which whom resembled Aqua man, was so kind and understanding to this elderly woman. I am pretty sure that she was a regular customer. But still he was so kind and pleasant and didn’t mind, her moving slower then the rest of us, he also took the time to chat with her. Even though there was a line, I did not mind waiting at all. Always be kind ! Thank all of you !

This review has been a long time coming but is much deserved. Alex and Mike go over and beyond to assist you with all your prescriptions and other needs. I don’t know all the pharmacists names (met Chad today) but they are all awesome. And I can’t forget all the girls at the counter. You can really tell that they love their jobs. Not like the other main chain pharmacies. They might be happy but have forgotten to tell their face!

Excellent service and kind people

I have been using Framington Drugs and Medical Supplies for 8 years. I have never left a review for a business before, but I feel I must in this case. This pharmacy is amazing! Their customer service ALWAYS goes above and beyond, without exception. No matter how busy they are, they provide personalized service. What stands out the most is that they really care about their patients. There is a feeling of care and concern every time I walk in the door. Every memeber of the team sees each customer as a person and recognized that they are fulfilling a real need for that patient. They even offer free delivery and when they are out of a medication, they get it in the next day, instead of the two day wait at large chain pharmacies. One time I was desperate for a medication and Chris waited for me, even thought I was running late. Another time, an employee drove to a different pharmacy to fill a prescription so I would not have to wait until the next day. I literally can not say enough good things about this pharmacy. If I moved across town, I would drive to them because they are that amazing.

I have stopped in to this location a few times, first for a walker for my MIL, then PPE and most recently an Rx need. Each time the staff has been over the top helpful, kind, considerate & knowledgably. Kudos to Ownership, Management and Staff!!

Walked in on a whim, and found a great new little spot. Mike was a quick to help. Life has sucked lately, cashiers are grumpy and stores are under stocked. Its nice to step in somewhere and be able to have even a quick and genuine transaction with another human being. Will consider and recommend for any future needs. Thank you Mr. Mike :)

The best Pharmacy ever! First, they will always find the best price available through coupons, insurance, etc. Secondly, they have enough pharmacists working that you are in and out very quickly (they also have Free delivery!) Lastly, they know their customers, seem to care about them and are just great to work with.I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!

I walked into Farmington Drugs to fill a prescription and was greeted by “Hello’s” by nearly every staff member! The pharmacist was very educated and helpful with telling me everything he needed to know about my medications. You’ll feel right at home.

The whole staff is great. Mike and Alex really know the pharmacy stuff and have helped me numerous times with everything from a simple question to complex insurance problems. Top notch service every time.

I drive 40 minutes one way to go to Farmington Drugs, and I would drive even farther if I had to. You simply will not find a more caring, helpful pharmacy staff anywhere. They truly do care about their patients, and do everything within their power to make sure you get your medication. If a medication is not covered by your insurance, they will get you an amazing price. If an unexpected issue arises, they will help you figure it out. This place is amazing, staff is very friendly and shows compassion for your medical needs. If they don’t have the medication on hand, they get the medication in! I have been taking medication most of my life and have had to deal with pharmacy. This pharmacy is the best. They really care about their costumers. I have watched a few older people who are confused about which meds they need to pick up and the employees are always so kind and take the time to explain everything to them. I can not recommend them enough.

I would never go anywhere else because this pharmacy really cares about its customers. They will do what ever it takes to save the customers money with out anyone asking. I will say they are fast but will take the time out if anyone needed advice or help.

This great Pharmacy is built from a great staff. Outstanding communication with their clients. If there is a problem with a prescription, if the cost is high, in the past, they have contacted my doctor to ask if there is a generic at a lower cost. Highly recommended.

Transferred my scripts based on a friends recommendation when my Rite Aid closed, and Im so happy I had to change! I am happy to be supporting a small, family-owned business, and the service Ive had there has been beyond exceptional. I use a wheelchair, so their free delivery is such a nice discovery and has quickly become essential for me. My first time here and was referred by my doctor to get good prices on a med not covered by my insurance. They were aewsome, helpful and friendly. Said hi as soon as I came in, I was helped, greeted and taken care of. They even gave me a free med sample and a discount on items I bought for being a first time customer. Highly recommended coming here for great service.

My husband and I have been dealing with CVS, we transferred all our medications over and have not had a problem. The staff is very friendly and they are very helpful when it comes to getting a specific script. I love small family owned pharmacies and this one reminds me of the one i used to practice at. Hands down the best overall personal professionalism within any and all pharmaceutical/medical companies especially there attention to patients personal satisfaction with the very best RPHS and the pharmacy technicians treating customers like actual people and going above and beyond for you! That frankly doesnt exist from any drug store in this day and age. These people care unlike other big box pharmacies.

They are always fast and helpful and friendly. They remember me every month and ask how I am. They help get insurance situated when they are being a pain, and they even offer to deliver my prescriptions if they are not going to be ready right away.

This is by far the fastest pharmacy I have ever encountered. By the time I drop my script off, then grab some things for my daughter (5 min max), theyre already waiting at the pickup counter with my script! All the employees are very welcoming and helpful. I inquired about a type of vitamin which they didnt have in stock and before i could even ask if they were able to order it, they made the offer to have it within a week. They also keep the most effective brand in stock for my generic medication, where its nearly impossible to find a chain pharmacy ( like cvs or meijer) that would even be willing to order it due to binding, penny pinching contracts.

Would recommend this drug store to anyone. Even if you dont live nearby, they can deliver!

What can I say, they are a god send. They attempt to do the their very best for you without your having to ask ! Home delivery is a great option if you are sick or are unable to get to the store. If there is something they dont carry, they will get it for you. All the sale associates are very polite. They are truly customer oriented,and it shows. They like their jobs and it shows !Loyal customer for 3 years and beyond !!!

Hands down the best pharmacy in the metro Detroit area. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and Alex and Chris and all the other employees there are not only friendly, but caring. Competitive prices and still has the mom and pop shop feel to it which is very nice and refreshing in todays day in age.

The OLD FASHION way of doing business. People to People. Quite refreshing

So after I’ve transferred all my medications from Walmart to this Pharmacy, it has been terrible! I receive pain meds monthly to manage my pain. The brand of pain meds this Pharmacy provides is cheap and harmful in every way! After two months of me complaining to the owner Chris about the cheap brands that’s making me SICK, they’re still selling them. So at this point, I’m stuck another month with cheap generic pain meds that’s not managing my pain and making me sick!!! Terrible Pharmacy, and because the Federal Government has a policy that you can only receive Narcotics from one ☝🏿 Pharmacy, I cant even go to another Pharmacy!!! So I have a bottle full of meds that’s making me sick, and Farmington Drugs doesn’t give a DAMN!!!!! NO STARS‼️ (Camber and Rhodes Pharmaceutical Drugs)... Read the reviews of these meds before you accept them from Farmington Drugs‼️ I contact the Pharmacy and I was told, there’s nothing they do about this. What’s strange to me is,... Last month I had the same issue and I was given three different brands, and they all me sick. I google those brands, and the Pharmaceutical Companies has terrible and scary reviews. Even while I’m writing this review, I’m SICK! But your pharmacy keeps despensing the awful drugs to customers... I’m sick and can’t take these meds, and also, my pain isn’t managed! I will contact my insurance company about this... Y’all Pharmacy is terrible... IM PISSED!!

I highly, highly recommend this pharmacy.Frequent shortages of ADD meds force me to shop around many pharmacies just to find a place capable of filling my scripts regardless of price. A friend recommend this independent pharmacy as a well run and less expensive than others. I became a loyal customer after my first visit. Their stock is more reliable than any other pharmacy Ive called, and their prices are about 60% of the least expensive big-box chain stores, i.e. Costco, Meijer, Kmart, or Kroger. And the friendly, competent staff work fast. By far, this is best pharmacy I know of in all of metro Detroit.

What Excellent Service. Just Outstanding

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 1 year and I’m finally done with this horrible pharmacy the first issue was Alex being completely rude and cussing at me, I was then promised an apology from mike and it never happened and so today after I’ve been filling the same script for over a year all of the sudden they can’t fill it because they said my doctor shouldn’t give me as much of the medication she gives me when they have been filling more than the quantity I now get.

Forgot CVS, Walgreens and any other chain Pharmacy and go to these guys. Not only are they friendly, they have the cheapest price on meds in the metro Detroit area. I dont go any where else now
