Worked with Tom and anybody that has a chance to work with Tom should consider themselves lucky. Such a nice man and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed and had it delivered in time with very little lead time for Tom to respond.

Louis was very rude and yelled at me all because i live 1 hour 45 minutes away my kid had emergency surgery in Detroit and I could/ would not drive to exchange wheelchairs out for my young son...i had to go purchase one from a medical supply near me ... Sheldon medical supply in saginaw was very helpful!

They are very unprofessional! They lied saying they order a part in November weve been calling they kept saying its not in i got the insurance company involved and they where nasty with them. A complaint was filed and they called last week and say they never ordered the part! Long story short they came today and replaced the part, my client hasnt been out the house since November!! Its January 17th! They are terrible the owner and the service tech.

US Medical is awesome I had major problems with another service and if werent for US Medical coming thru on many medical needs for my father I really dont know what we would have done. Thank you

Terrible service. My mom was promised her much needed equipment twice and they failed to deliver. I would never do business with them.

I had been going to Binsons, but they kept giving me the wrong filter for my CPAP. I called US Medical and they got me the right filter, and even got me on a better mask!I always get quick service, and unlike Binsons, I see the same people who always go above and beyond my expectations.US Medical: 10/10 - never snore again!
