11-16-19 Saturday .....Laurel Park Place (and all of its stores) opens at 10am. Made a trip there specifically to go to this store and it was closed at 11am on a busy Saturday. No sign on the door. Nothing on their website. Tried calling - it just rang and rang - no voicemail.Memo to the owners: The internet is destroying traditional brick and mortar retail. Youre not helping your self with this kind of total unprofessional ism.Question: Does anyone know if they are still in business? And - does anyone know what days and hours they actually choose to open their doors for business?

I love this store and hope it survives. The Irish goods are authentic, unique, and beautiful, especially the spectacular woolens. They do need to act like they care about the actual human customer walking around, and step up service (its almost non-existent). Prices are high, but I wonder if they couldnt get more volume and thus lower prices by advertising more and not being so aloof.

Beautiful products, poor customer service though, and also some of the products are over-priced $$$, thats like 50% of the stores products, which you order exactly same thing online for less than what they are selling it for. Here they have a beautiful xl stain glass up for show and sale not included sales tax is $80.00. However I can get it online from the same manufacturer + same thing for $68.00 thats with tax and shipping....you tell me which is the better deal. The shop is genuinely all Irish and theres so much to offer, but again the prices for many things, lets just say after purchasing with how costly it is you go broke. The service attitude towards customers has to change and understandably they wont price match, however if the see competition for same stuff online they might want to re-evaluate the costs for some of their stuff in the store.....just a thought, and one more thing get off the phone help customers, or loose a customer its that simple had same thing happen to me when there.

Went in to return an item last night that broke the first time it was used. The clerk could barely look up from her cell phone, never gave me an apology and absolutely no satisfaction. When I called to talk about it the next day, she hung up on me. Very rude customer service (or none at all!). My family will not shop there again.

Great place to shop. I was in ireand and saw the same merchandise and didn,t have to carry it back
