The staff was super kind and helpful. A gentlemen helped me select the item I wanted and walked me through the process. My mother loved the finished product. Totally worth the trip to the store. I will be using them again in the future.

Horrible customer service. Ordered an item on 12/3 its 12/16. I live 2 hours away from the facility where they make it. I contacted post office and they said they have no history of receiving the item and to have the seller call the place they dropped it off at. Seller basically said we dont have it so we can help you. Seller wont call post office or offer a refund. I would give 0 stars if i could. I would really recommend getting custom gifts elsewhere as im currently out $57, $10 of which was in shipping. What a joke.

Order 4/24...asked when face mask would be shipped, answered promptly it would be shipped 4/27 priority mail. Never received confirmation regarding order or item via mail. I’m about 4 hours from this shop across the state. My credit card was charged immediately. Charge has been disputed
