Love this place. Ive been here several times over the last 30+ years. They did all my shower doors and mirrors for my three bathrooms when I built my house. I was very satisfied with their products. I was there recently to have glass replaced in a piece of artwork that would have cost a lot more money at another business that quoted a higher price. Ive never had any issues. There always professional, honest and accommodating.

I do not remember your employees name on December 28th, but he helped me within 10 minutes for my request for a pane of glass replacement for a bathroom cupboard. Great custom glass. Great prices. Great turn around. Cust service asks all the right questions to ensure Im getting what I need. Service is not fast or neccessarily the most polished, but its a small local store and at least for custom glass Im very happy overall.

Ive been patronizing this business for many years and theyve always done right by me.

I called to make have someone come out and look at my shower door and panel window that this company installed approximately 4 years ago. It seemed to have held up just fine over the last four years, but it looks like the panel or the shower door shifted recently.I made the initial call on a thursday and was told that someone would be in contact with me either that same day or the following day to schedule an appointment to come by and fix the issue. I had no issues with the trip charge or the approximate estimate he gave me over the phone.When I followed up this morning (5th day after initial call) to see when someone would be out, I was told my the manager That we have not schduled it due to no service jobs in the area. I asked that if he was going to charge me a trip charge what is the need of bundling these service calls? His response rudely was none of our trucks come from this location, I HATE WHEN PEOPLE SAY THAT! I quickly explained that as a consumer how would I know where they are coming from, his company name is Livonia Glass and he quickly answered with an attitude that all trucks come from our Brighton Location. I am in business my self and would NEVER talk down to or express my frustration with a customer. That is why I felt the need to write this explanation. Out of prinicipal I will NOT do business with this company ever again.

Stay away! Terrible customer service!! Eric is so unorganized and unprofessional. Dont waste your time here.
