Great place, got my mower fixed right when other places failed. Quick turnaround. Will be back.

Tom is knowledgeable, courteous and follows through. We appreciate that he is thorough and takes the time to work with his customers. For customers who arent necessarily as familiar with this level of equipment, he makes sure to put them at ease, and thats a good thing when it comes to this sort of machinery.

Do not take equipment here for repair, unless you have months and months and months of time to spare.Dont waste your time with this place. No wonder they could not afford/stay afloat in Plymouth anymore...

Told me lawnmower wouldn’t be done within a week. Then after two weeks said we’re still waiting fir part. Quoted one price and at check out it increased significantly. Said they confirmed the price with me but not how it was explained. Felt like I was ripped off. Wont shop there again.

Excellent operation. I used their service dept. to work on my 1996 Woods 6210 zero turn with about 850 hours on it. All work done was done reasonably quickly at a reasonable price. They offer pickup and delivery services.

A nice assortment of yard care equipment for the homeowner or professional. They were helpful and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had some model railroad items for sale in the front of the store.

My visits to saxtons over the last couple years have been top notch, guys there provide great service amd are always willing to share their knowledge to help me out.

Went into this store to look and purchase a zero turn mower. There was 1 sells person 1guy on the phones and 1 customer ahead of me so i waited patiently. Was in the store for about 7 to 8 minutes waiting my turn. A 3rd customer walks in. Now everyone in the store is white/caucasian but me. Still waiting my turn and the Salesman finally gets done with his custom. Well i must cant count cause I thought 2 comes before 3, so he helps the guy that came in last. So i just stood there looking the guy on the phones sees this and tried to make it better but he was not a sells person and could answer any of my questions. Not mad at him he did try. So i told him just give me a book, and left. Then while outside i went back in and gave the book back. The salesman just looked at me, didnt say a word. The funny thing is the guy he took ahead of me wanted to fix a 10 year old blower. I was going to spend at lease $5000.00. Your loss cause he did not buy anything.
