I have bought a guitar and a cello from them. Great company, Great prices, they also actually care about you and your instrument.My cello arrived damaged and they wouldnt sell it to me like that, they got right on the return process and I got my new and inspected cello days later. I would highly recommend for any musical needs, repairs, orders, lessons, etc.... Dan is awesome and actually cares about customers.

Dan is the man! I dont even generally write reviews for places but Music Plus is an exception. Their prices are great and they go above and beyond with their service. They have a good sized selection of quality instruments at very reasonable prices. Dan got my Fender sounding better than it did the day I got it. This is my go to store for anything music and hats. This is the place to go for set ups and repairs. I would recommend Music Plus to anyone.

After Camerons Music lost our business we tried Music Plus. We have 4 kids and theyre all going through Livonias music program so we need somewhere to take all their instruments. Weve been there three times already, the first time the older gentleman behind the counter immediately stopped what he was doing to look at my daughters flute, made a few adjustments to the key that was having a problem with his screwdriver/tool, said that should do it, that was it! What blew me away was he even said No Charge. What? This great service could have been a fluke right? Nope! Brought a violin in this evening, SAME service, again he dropped what he was doing to diagnose the problem, put a new string on to fix the broken one, tried to tune it, found the tuning knobs were sticky, lubed them and put it back together... 10 bucks after all that work! Unbelievable. It makes me feel good inside finding a place like this out there amongst all the others whove lost their way in the customer service industry. With reviews gaining in popularity, hopefully the industry will auto correct itself. In the meantime, theres Music Plus on 7 Mile...

Great service from this guy. Cleaned our trombone and case that we bought somewhere else. I wish we would have checked here before we bought the trombone. They have used instruments at really good prices. Forget about those contracts and rentals they are soooo not worth it. You can resell the instument or trade it in for another kind if your child wants to change instruments. The big companies just want money from the schools.You wont be dissapointed here.

Great local music store and lesson center. Mr. Adrian is a great teacher, and our daughter loves going to see him every week.

They have good instruments, mostly guitars. My child took piano lessons there and they did a good job. They are willing to work with your schedule.

Used to be located at 6 & Middlebelt years and years ago, went to them then and still go to them now. As mentioned by others it is mainly for lessons, beginner equipment, but they have plenty of strings and whatnot. Great guitar set ups fast and cheap! Great place.

Its a good place to buy a quick set of strings or a take lessons, however, the gear they have in stock is more suited for the younger or beginning musician....Im always happy to give them my business instead of GC.What they lack in inventory is made up by great customer service and affordable lessons offered by qualified instructors. Ive personally taken lessons from Adrian and can say that he is a great Guitar teacher for any level of player.They also have in house instrument repair: Ive had a few of my higher end guitars either set-up or repaired there with excellent results, ask for Adam.MJ-
