Friendly atmosphere and they make sure you get exactly what you want . They readjusted my suit for the wedding and it took about 5 mins. I would definitely recommend considering im the best man in the wedding.

First time we went in, got fitted by a couple of ladies that were awesome and polite. Had a lot of laughs and just fun to be around.Fast forward to today (8/22/2020) and I actually got to work with the Owner of the store. She was awesome to talk too, helped me out as well as gave me confidence in the suit I was purchasing! This place is amazing for groomsman suits! My husband and his groomsmen loved everything about their suits and the staff is great at working with them to help figure it all out. Most of them ended up buying the suits after the wedding because they loved them so much. Highly recommend!

Jenn was absolutely amazing accommodating measurements online, helping us match colors with the bridesmaid dresses, and giving us a great price. I contacted Jenn in need of suits for my Son’s wedding that at the time was only about 7 days away. A friend of the family was supposed to take care of the suits for the groomsmen however due to COVID-19 he kept experiencing delays. That is when I reached out to Gerard Tuxedo. Jenn and her staff were fantastic! They got measurements from all the groomsmen and for the guys that were out of town they talked with with them over the phone and were able to get what they needed. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Like many weddings this year, my sons wedding was postponed. Jenn was very accomodating with the date changes, order changes and maintaining prices. Because of the good deal on suits, I chose to buy a suit and rent a tuxedo. The staff was very helpful in selecting color, style, accessories, etc. They were also very skilled in doing the fitting. Four of us went in for a final fitting and I was impressed with how organized and efficient the process was. They had our suits and a dressing room for each of us all set up upon arrival. Cassidy was very good at making sure we were all happy with every detail. Im glad my son found Gerard Tuxedo to handle our needs. I highly recommend this business.

I found out the day before I had to fly out of state for a wedding that I needed a tux. I called and was able to stop in on my way to the airport and got fitted and was able to get the tux altered in 20 minutes and I was out the door. Best service I have ever experienced and the quality of the tux was top notch.

Gerard’s Tuxedo is a small, friendly business in an easy to find location. They pulled off a small miracle by fitting a last minute addition to my son’s wedding party. With less than a week before the wedding, the Staff made it easy to get a perfectly fitted tux in just one day. Cassidy was polite and very good at her job. I used Gerard Tuxedo for my wedding in March and I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail from the owner and her staff. I had my wedding in Michigan but live in Florida and all my other guys were out of town as well and couldnt get in town until Friday, but her staff handled everything very professionally and everything looked amazing. The website has great features where you can see the look of your tuxedos and get a good idea of what you are looking for before you head in, that is awesome for out of town people. I will recommend Gerard Tuxedo to everyone I know that is getting married or need a tuxedo in Michigan. These girls are absolutely top notch! I went to a few other competitors, and felt mistreated. Saw the Gerard girls at a bridal show with my wife, and was intrigued by the styles I saw. Still feeling mistreated, I went into their shop, and they made me feel at home. Jenn, the owner, is by far one of the coolest people I have ever met, and she also has a great staff working with her. I will FOREVER refer everyone I can to the shop. During my engagement 2 of my friends, who were also engaged, were going to the other stores to get their tuxes, and I quickly swayed them to Gerard because of their outstanding service. Me and my boyfriend came here for a tux rental for a wedding we had in the summer, the experience we had was amazing, on the way out my boyfriend mentioned it was the best service he’s had renting a tux.

Jenn and her staff have always been incredible. The suits turned out incredible for our wedding and we got a ton of compliments. I could not of dreamed of a better look. The selection was great and she was able to piece together to perfect Beauty and the Beast inspired suit. She also has a very easy process for out of town groomsmen, they only have to show up once to try on the suit. They can submit their measurements online. Gerard Tuxedo will be my tux/suit shop for life.

Amazing store. The quality of their tuxes, the helpfulness of the staff and their prices are the best Ive found. Check them out, you wont be disappointed. We used them for wedding - 9 guys, and most were out-of-town. Very painless process.

Gerard was our least favorite experience of our whole wedding. Not one tux fit properly. They looked awful. The grooms shirt had a huge stain on it. None of the guys were comfortable because of how ill fitting they were. They were cheaply made with buttons coming off, seams coming undone. The staff present when the tuxes were picked up did not answer any of the questions. We were over charged each tux was supposed to be $119 with 2 free. They were $190 and only 1 free. They were the biggest headache of our wedding.

I rented my tuxedo as part of my brothers wedding party this summer and it was by far the best experience Ive ever had. Ive had to rent from Mens Wearhouse and Jos A Bank in the past, and in comparison, the level of customer service that Gerard Tuxedo provides is night and day. You can really tell that the owner and staff truly care about making everything perfect.On top of that, Gerard Tuxedos rental price was much less than I expected. I even inquired about purchasing a suit while I was there and ended up buying one for way less than Ive ever paid at other places. Plus, the owner was able to mix jacket and pants sizes (which they dont do at Mens Wearhouse) so I was able to get a better fit right off the bat without tailoring.I would highly recommend Gerard Tuxedo for any and all tuxedo or suit rentals or purchases. You wont find a better price around or a team that cares more.
