Went to Murphys to buy a new washing machine, and was very please with the Ma and Pop feel to the store. When my wife and I entered the store we were greeted by a nice young lady that was very knowledgeable of her product line. After our purchase, our washer was deliver by two great guys, that were extremely friendly and helpful. We found the prices at Murphys competitive, if I can help it, I will not buy any appliances from a chain re-tailer again! Murphys has my business from here on!

New owner is awesome. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Took the time to help me diagnose a dryer problem. Parts were in stock and she brought them to our vehicle as we are under quarantine protocol. Service is above and beyond.

Very friendly staff, they acted like they knew you and your family. I took my trager grill to be fixed, two days later it was fixed. I think that they are closing by will be opening up again at a different location, Ill be there as a satisfied customer

I wish I had found this company years ago. They were so helpful in this strange time we are in. When my refrigerator died after 16 years I thought I would just go buy one. Not that easy at this time. It was going to take a month or longer to get one in because some of the factories had to close because of the virus. I had no refrigeration and they were able to get me a loaner and deliver it to my house. It finally came in, later than we thought but it all worked out. I thank them for being there for their customers.

I love buying appliances from Murphys. They are fair, knowledgeable, and treat you like you are their neighbor. I have bought several appliances from them and their customer service is excellent.

Be careful if you are getting parts from them. I just needed a simple part which was around $12 and through them it cost over $20 which by the way is their minimum deposit for ordering parts.

Every time I needed a part or to replace an appliance Bill and Jeff have gone beyond the call of duty. They knew parts description and gave me a fair price. Very professional and a pleasent experiance.
