I am in a weird situation looking for furniture fast. Ive had to speak with multiple places in the furniture business today, but the best by far was April from Rent-A-Center. She went above and beyond trying to accommodate my needs! She was helpful, patient, and thorough. Thank you for everything, April!!!

I love this store from the store Manager Matt to every staff member there. Even with this crisis they are very understanding and working with me and my payments. I have rented at other locations but this Lockport store is my favorite. Kudos to them for working with everything going and having a smile on their face

Going to Rent a Center is always a good experience even if you dont buy anything. The staff is friendly and sometimes try and find you the best deal on a product you really want. It seems as if everyone gets accepted to rent or buy thing with no credit check but the payments are a little high sometimes so not the best when you have other bills. Other than that one of the best places to get things you need when you cant finance other places.

Theres a man named Andy whose been at this store twice that I know of. Apparently hes replacing the wonderful manager named Matt because hes om sick leave. Id preferred no stars for this buisness not because of anyone else but Andy. Andy it rude. I provided the common courtesy of calling the store for them to pick up there merchindice because im.moving. Rent a center please be smart and remove him hes horrible yo me the 2 times I called the store. Seems renta center lost a bunch of great workers already

I love this place, they are fantastic to me and more accommodating than any other place! Highly recommend!

Great place if your in need of house wares and electronics. Great part is that if anything goes wrong with your rental its replaced or repaired at their expense.

After a fire, Rent a Center, helped furnish our home. They are truly a great company and I would fully recommend them to anyone, especially the Lockport, New York store. The staff is kind, friendly, helpful, fun and awesome! The furniture and appliances we rented are top of the line quality. Bless their hearts for understanding my situation, (going out of work with brain surgery) and working with me throughout my rental. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
