BUYER BEWARE!!My wife and I purchased a full size mattress at the Lockport location and upon setting it up discovered that it was not in fact full size. A quick Google search will say that a full size mattress is 54 inches wide. This mattress that was sold to us was 52 inches wide and did not fit our platform bed. I have never in my life not had a mattress fit the appropriate bed frame. There was a significant gap on both sides when centered! Who wants to sleep on a mattress that doesnt fit the bed! When the salesman called us later on about the issue he said that it was industry standards. He then went on to say, should I memorize the dimensions of all the mattresses in the store.....well yes, you should know the ins and outs of the products you are selling and that includes the dimensions of a STANDARD full size mattress. Perhaps you shouldve disclosed that industry standards state that some, in this case, full size mattresses may not be sized appropriately. Plus, the tag on the bed states it is 54 x 75. We didnt ask to return the product, we asked if we could exchange the mattress for a different one. The salesman said that because we didnt purchase the ($100) mattress protector that we were ineligible for the 30 Day Comfort Trial Program. This wasnt an issue of comfort (when we tested the mattress in the store it was quite comfortable), this was an issue of false advertising and transparency. The mattress was never slept on, but they refuse to accept it back because it was out of the plastic. So apparently, always test your mattress out first while still wrapped in plastic and make sure it fits your bed before the delivery people leave...

Metro Mattress made buying my son his first big boy mattress an extremely easy and stress free experience. The gentleman that helped me was so knowledgeable and even had some tips and tricks for getting my son into his new bed comfortably and safely. Not once did I feel pressured into buying something or upgrading my purchase and I will 100% be going back when I need a new mattress.

This store & rep was one the most kind and spent the most time with us out of all the stores in the area. We went to that store on TV - The one who is sooo cheap I was so surprised at the smell and dirtiness I didnt want to lie on the mattresses. Yes, they were cheaper but sometimes saving a little money isnt worth it- Just Yuck!.Metro mattress, had covers for the demo pillow and was so educated We were just really impressed after spending several days and going to several stores we came back and bought a mattress, and the decided to get an adjustable bed too. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress and were kind of dreading the whole experience, until we walked through the door. John was great. He had us laughing from his opening remarks and we didnt stop smiling until long after we left. What an unexpectedly amazing education about mattresses from Rose. My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and walked into metro mattress and were overwhelmed with the task. Rose took a great deal of time explaining about comfort levels, what we were looking for and Rose proceeded to do a comfort test. We tried different mattresses from firm to soft until we found one that was perfect!She took the time to understand what we were looking for, and then let us find what we were looking for. There was no pressure, she was there for questions, but gave us our space, a delicate balance. We both were totally impressed with the service we received and highly recommend stopping in and seeing Rose.

I called Merto Mattress to find out about store hours and the special VA package for Veterans Day . On that call I immediately knew that Rose, the sales woman was the one I wanted to deal with. She was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, informative and determined that I would go home with exactly a mattress that would be perfect for my needs. Having bought two mattress with in one year, I was so frustrated to have spent so much money, sleepless nights with increasing my back and shoulders pain to be much worse. After getting home we realized we overpaid a lot!!! The special deal that was such a big deal turned out to be 400.00 over what they listened on the website. Was frustrated to find out we weren’t allowed to actually pick the delivery time but luckily they were two hours early and gave us almost 5 minutes warning. The delivery guys were great though. They made sure not to track mud onto the new carpet. Sooo overall I’d recommend checking the website while In the store.

Picking the mattress out was pretty easy. There were many choices. I liked the salesperson. Delivery was on time and quick. I liked watching the live map to see when the delivery guys would arrive. They were courteous and friendly. I really love the mattress.

We went mattress shopping on a Sunday, had the whole place to ourselves, and had the undivided attention of the sales people who were pleasant and extremely helpful. We ordered our mattress and it is being delivered tomorrow! We cant wait to sleep in our new bed, since our current mattress is way past its prime. Not terrible but I was not a fan. Sellers were pushy, but informative and initially very welcoming. If they werent so pushy about buying their products, I probably would have purchased from here instead of another location.
