I needed a good mattress the same day for my mother in law coming to visit our new home for the weekend. I called and spoke with James at the Lockport store. He was awesome! Even though the in stock inventory was limited, he walked me through my options, gave me a great deal, and even stayed open late to make sure I had the bed late on a Friday night. He was knowledgeable and friendly and helped us select a comfortable mattress that we could afford. And we could get it delivered in 2 days! On-line websites were estimating delivery in 3-4 weeks. Very disappointed. Never again.This mattress has about a 2 inch impression.I followed all mattress firms instructions taking dozens of photos and submitting everything via email. Yet they did nothing about it just offering me 20% off a mattress that was less than a year old. I would keep shopping they were very difficult to deal with and to be honest with you I forgot about the claim and have a mattress just keeps getting worse and worse. Supposed to have a 5 year warranty and the first year it fell apart.If This is how they treat for veterans I would recommend to just keep shopping.

One day I sent my daughter up to play on the mattresses and see which one she may want. Soon after I went up with her to find out which one it is. Vince took care of us and in the meantime he told me of my daughters experience there with her friend. He was real timid with her and didn’t ask to many questions knowing she wouldn’t be able to answer them. That I thought was so kind and thoughtful, even knowing he wasn’t going to make a sale that day he didn’t treat her bad he gave her his time and was there if she had questions. He was so understanding with us that day. He showed us all the ones my daughter already asked him about earlier, that was sweet. I went into the store yesterday without a clue as to what kind of mattress I would need. I’ve had back problems for 30 years and didn’t know if any type of mattress would help.
