I came into Mavis looking to get new tires. The guys up front Jason and Josh were very helpful and their service was great! The guy in the back put my tires on in a timely manner. They were all very professional and extremely friendly and were able to answer all my questions I had. The prices they have are great finally found someplace that helps the customers but dont charge you an arm and a leg for it!!

As a female taking my car for an oil change can be nerve racking. At Mavis Lockport they made it very seamless. I went in with out an appointment, the guys in the front where very helpful and knowledgeable explaining the process, took my car in with no delay. Great Service.

Came in late on a Friday afternoon in need of tires and an alignment. I was told that it was highly unlikely that it would be finish before 10AM Saturday. I explained I needed to be in Pennsylvania by noon on Saturday. Jason told me they would try their best to accommodate me. I received a call just before they closed at 6PM. I went in after ordering Conti extreme contact online on Mavis. Spoke with their front desk person Josh over phone as well as met him at the desk. This guy is a good example of just great customer service, I have to admit! Polite, upbeat and helpful and handing me back the keys right in time that he committed! Also small things that makes a big impact. My car has tan leather and they put in a plastic cover to make sure it does not get dirty; at par with other top notch dealer services. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Mavis Tire! I had an issue with a tire driving on the interstate and was lucky to locate this business. They checked and repaired my tire immediately so I could get back on the road quickly. All associates were very helpful!

I stopped in this afternoon because my tire pressure light came on. Jason was very kind and not only put air in the low tire but even checked the pressure in the other three. I made a comment that I probably need new tires and he actually told me I can wait a little while since they didnt look too bad just yet. Hows that for honesty?! I really appreciate this kind of service and will be taking my car to Mavis when the time comes for those tires, or brakes.

Id like to go with no stars. Avoid the Lockport location... at best they are inept... more likely theyre scam artists.I went on line and carefully selected some tires for my car. This was a process to compare the choices, price points, availability, and satisfaction reviews. I put a lot of miles on my car… tires are something that are very important to me, as I drive a lot of open country roads in many different conditions. So the rating and reviews were key to my actual selection.I finally decided on an Arroyo tire, and made a reservation for the car to be serviced the next day. When I took the car to the location, I asked for the wheel alignment to be done as well, as this was the reason I needed to replace the tires in the first place.I got a call some time later saying that the tires were ready, but the alignment could not be done because they were unable to get some nut on the tie rod ends loose.I explained that I didn’t really need the tires if they alignment could not be done, and it makes no sense to just ruin the new tired with the alignment so far out.I asked what I owed on the tires and was told a fee of $535.When I made the reservation, the Arroyo tires were quoted at $435 + tax. I informed the service writer of this, and said there was no way there was $100 in taxes. After a brief silence, the phone disconnected. Now I’m not saying that the tech hung up on me... but I am certain that I did not hang up on him.After a minute or so, I was called back and was given a revised total of $425. I asked what the charges would be to get the tie rods taken care of, as again, the new tires would only be ruined without the alignment being done. He quoted me a price of over $650. over $650!Im not a fool. I mean a complete set of tire rod ends, retail, only costs about $50 - $70.When he said $650 dollars, I knew this was some sort of scam going down here. We can’t do your alignment because we can loosen a couple nuts… but for a mere $650 we can fix that. Thanks but no thanks.Yeah, I’ll be getting that taken care of somewhere else. So, I went and paid for the tires, and picked up the car.Now, heres the kicker...When I got home I took a look at the front end, only to notice that the tires on the car were not the ones I had reserved. I asked for an Arroyo brand name… the ones on the car are some no brand “Vee Rubber”. They aren’t even offered on the on line inventory on their website..Moreover, even with the revised price, he still overcharged my from the no name pricing on line.Total a rip off.As I mentioned, I put a lot of miles on my tires. Now, I have no idea what these tires are, or if I should have any confidence in their performance.I could not be more disappointed.Rest assured, I will never be using the Lockport Mavis center again, as it clearly is run by rip off artists.Moreover, I will make a mission to tell any ear that will listen to beware of that store as they don’t run an honest operation.

Great customer service. Brought a vehicle in this weekend for some repairs and an alignment. The alignment specialist was not in so I was asked to bring the car back today for the alignment to be checked to ensure it didn’t need to be adjusted any further. Deonis ( alignment specialist) and Kyle were wonderful! Thank you Deonis for ensuring my daughter’s car was aligned properly and she is driving safely.

They took care of her as if she was part of their family. I couldn’t be more impressed with the job they did and I’d recommend them to anyone. As a father, it’s refreshing to know there are good, honest shops still out there.

I came to Google to write a review, and realized I had already reviewed them at 3 stars... Well I have to update, with 5 stars, because of the personnel and their great communication while your car is being serviced. I had to have my breaks done. I was quoted at $99, but after a whole lotta hoopla, the price of course was over $400 for front breaks... Its unfortunate to have to worry about the feeling taken advantage of feeling when dealing with auto stuff/dealerships ripping you off... These guys (I feel) try to work with you... 10 months ago, I did buy 4 brand new tires, that have less 2000 miles on them. I DID purchase valve stems with the new tires, thinking they would last me the lifetime of the tires. I put some cute hand grenades (3rd set of grenades no prior issues), and they HAVE SEIZED UP the new valve stems.... I am extremely disheartened by the cost to replace the brand new valve stems, considering I have the receipt saying they were originally $15.99 for all 4 of them on the new tires and am now being quoted SUBSTANTIALLY more (about 10X as much each) to get them changed because of after market covers that I have never had an issue with... Gonna have to go without food for a while to get the valve stems... BUT, my daughter does need new tires, and this place is slowly earning my trust. We will have to see about the valve stems, God forbid, my new tires need air. I do know that I had to have a repair already on the new tires, there wasnt mention of the stem issue then. Satisfied-ish :)

Everyone was so nice and most important, true to their word. Was told to come in at 8:00, my tire was checked and replaced all within an hour. I was not charged for the replacement. Can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you are in a time crunch.
