Great selection of work clothes and boots. Not cheap but name brand apparel for pretty much whatever you are looking for. Everything from socks to ski jackets.

Great customer service. I was directed to a couple brands of boot based on my needs and at checkout the clerk gave us an extra $10 off for buying a winter coat before winter.

One of the best clothing and shoe stores Ive ever been in! Note they do carry a large selection of Wolverine work boots and apparel. Extensive working gear inventory. Work shoes, socks, hiking supplies. Large womens area. Tons of jackets, hoodies, shirts, socks. In store sales! Fairly large facility. Big parking lot. Impressive knowledgeable friendly staff. I really enjoyed shopping at Lockport Outdoor!

I needed hiking boots and this was the place to go. I received help and suggestions. I also found a beautiful Aran sweater. Prices were definitely reasonable.

I would give this place only a 3 star rating, only because they didnt have what I needed. I needed a pair of kids size boots, and they didnt have more than one pair in stock. If you are trying to get your kids a pair of boots, do not come here. They dont have them. Im sorry Lockport Outdoor Store, but you only got a 3 this time. It was a nice and clean store though, so that is a plus.

I have been going here for years now for my boots!This time was nice because my father in law always buys my boots for me, and this time was my oldest sons first time getting a pair of legit work boots!The store was very clean, all were wearing masks, and the staff was great!We both decided on 2 different pairs of Carolinas . And we just finished oiling them up! Cant wait to start breaking them in...If you want the best I suggest you try the lockport outdoor store!

This is the only store that my husband will get his work boots at.He has not be able to find any other store he is happy withSo going to this store he saves money and they always have his size. They also have a large variety of work boots work clothes for outside, work clothes for outside all are safety clothes.Theyre prices for these items are very reasonable and the sales staff is extremely helpful.You should try the store out you would be very happy with the service.

The guy working there was very helpful without being overbearing. He found me a triple X Carhardt zipper hoodi while I searched for a tripleX Columbia winter coat. Was very happy with my purchases, the coat was 25% off an already marked down price. I saved over $90.00 dollars on the coat.The whole experience was wonderful. Will be going back this week as I thought of something else I want.

First time. Arriving 9:15 a m yesterday. Tolg clerk nMy son would be right in, he is looking for work boots/work shoes but while we are waiting my I see some winter slip on boots, ankle high. Clerk asked the size, told him I believe 11, he presented me with 10 and a half and said try these on. My son select a pair of composite toe sneakers.The clerk never measured either of us. The reaL thing that was the cherry on the top was the clerk gave my son the wrong work sneakers which we discovered when we got home (Kenmore.)We drove back, my son spoke with another clerk who said he gave you last years model. He corrected the wrong.I also need to say that the first clerk kept disappearing on us and seemed more interested in finding other customers to wait on before completing our sale.Very disappointing.

We live this store so much we drive from Darien to shop there. My husband and I both got great quality winter boots at a decent price. They gave tons of choices in outer wear, jackets, fleece, boots, etc... Helpful friendly employees. 👍👍👍

Came in with my client a couple months ago for boots for both of us. I was able to find a great pair of bear paw winter boots (not the pretty pretty princess kind) on clearance for $70. He was able to get himself an extra wide pair of boots for a great price, as well. They have a huge selection! I will definitely be going back when I need new hunting boots, too.

The Lockport Outdoor Store is the place to go for hiking or winter boots. This place sells all sorts of outdoor equipment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They have a great selection of mens and womens boots and shoes. I am a return customer of theirs. I have bought my last 3 pairs of boots from them. Went in to browse at their items and found a nice knife I wanted to look at. Only 2 employees in the store, and the one up front couldnt be bothered to help me out. Found the same knife on Amazon for $7 less with free shipping. Pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service here.

I went in to buy a new pair of work boots. I took them home and wore them at home, around my house and into my garage. I didnt like these boots at all. When I went to return them THE SAME DAY... they wouldnt give me money back because they were worn. I wore a pair of boots for a week from Redwing and didnt like them and they took them back no questions asked. Needless to say I will not do business here ever again.

Went there yesterday to check for winter boots, fall/winter shoes, and maybe a winter coat. Got in around 4pm and there were quite a few people checking out in line as well as in the gigantic shoe area in the rear of the store. They were staffed well to handle the crowds, however, and was helped right away. Brian waited on me and was very patient and knowledgeable about all the footwear and their features. Wound up leaving with a pair of shoes, a pair of winter boots, and a nice Columbia winter coat. I thought prices were very good, with many things marked on sale. Strongly suggest you go there at least one time to just check it out. You will most likely leave with some kind of purchase.

Wow. This place certainly has outdoor goods for the outdoor enthusiast. However be aware! I had a serious case of sticker shock as well as my husband. One pair of white socks for $12.00??? Sorry, the best I can do is 3 stars.

Terrible attitude all employees. Refuse to refund 100.00 deposit on item they don’t make. All chiefs and no Indians. Disrespectful and rude at best! Way way overpriced. You would fare better and feel better than this Ripp off place. Have to engage Police to get my Money Back. Sadly they weren’t always that way. No security with cards either. The worst or the worst.

Great workboot selection, i need size 15 composite toe slip resistant boots, i come here every year. Great helpful staff. They also have ton of winter gear hats for workers for cold weather elements.
