Went to the car wash today, and I didnt know that it didnt take cash. I didnt have enough money on my debit card. I couldnt get out of line as there were a line of cars behind me. I had no idea what to do, so I called inside and explained and asked the gentleman to please open the doors so I could get out and instead of coming out there with an attitude, he bought my car wash for me, told me to have a nice day and asked me to pay it forward. If that is not customer service, then I have no idea what is. If more people were as kind as him, this world would be such a nicer place to be! Im sorry that I did not catch his name, but thank you soo much, for the great customer service, sir!!

Slowest car wash ever. It’s also super expensive. Don’t go here. I’m only writing this because I am trapped in a car wash line that won’t move. The suburbs are weird.

Gas tends to be more expensive here than other stations located around Lockport, so keep driving a bit further down for a better price. Otherwise, clean facilities and good customer service.

Slow and expensive car wash. Cant even get under carriage wash unless you pay $15. Pulled in with 3 cars ahead and have been in line for 20 minutes. I would leave but Im trapped in line.
