Pretty cool store! Very friendly customer service. Clean. Full of hardware. Supplies for the home, yard, farm. Very reasonable prices. Interesting yard ornament selection. Good variety of clothing. Great parking. Real go to store! Above the run of the mill.

Employees were very helpful and respectful. Asked if needed help with anything and offered to help bring out big item to vehicle. Would definitely go back

Needed a new LP Tank for my grill. They to9k care of quickly and fairly. A LP refill places rip you off with light fillups. Not Tractor Supply, if you have 50lb tank you get a 50lb fill.not 35.

They are a place that some of most anything. Always clean the employees are helpful will even go look in the back to see if they have stock back there that isnt on the shelf. My go to place for dogs cat birds and Guinea pig supplies. Knowledgeable courteous staff with tons instore items.

Fun place to go to when your starting to raise chickens. Clothing prices are reasonable for the heavy duty brands that they carry. In the spring, the seed prices are also competitive. There are monthly events for dog shots, cheaper than going to the vet for just a rabies shot.

The best place for a farm or agricultural-based homes. Their Associates are very attentive and make sure your needs are met and questions are answered. There is usually a decent display of equipment and go-karts or mini bikes. I definitely would like to see more displays in the future, but maybe I just caught it on an off season. Tractor Supply has a way better selection of utility trailers then Home Depot has to offer if that is what you are looking for.

It’s a pretty good store. My only complaint is it seems like they get 10 of every size and once it’s gone it’s gone. Other than that they have just about everything you need for casual work around the house or farm, hunting or anything outdoors.

Easy acces to everything we typically need for the dog and yard. Helpful staff if they see a blank look on your face. Quality products at a decent price.

Store manager charged me $6 for a bandana because my mask broke. He wouldnt help further than that. I spend a lot of money in the store on a monthly basis. Time to find a new place to shop. Lockport location.

Ive had poor service from the Lockport location in multiple different situations. Manager does not properly update inventory to reflect current stock. Ive gone there instead of Medina because they are closer and showed they had the items.They didnt and I decided to settle with something else and they couldnt help find the stuff in the side lot for an hour. The side lot was an absolute disaster, like grandpas junkyard bad. Then even more recently I purchased there online. The order cancelled after a a little while. Assumedly due to the item not being in stock. The Medina store is so much better run and thats who will get any further business. Only reason they get 2 stars is due to the occasional understanding employee (although unable to help). Go to Medina if given the choice.

I was told a week ago a item was coming in on truck today. Several visit and calls durning the day only to find out item not on truck so they said. I would have ordered it if I could have known ahead of time. Very rude and not customer friendly.

Great place, clean, and loved the clearance. Got winter jackets for my husband and I for $50 total! Jean/pant selection for my husband who is on the bigger side was non existent. They carry them just none were is stock.

Im loyal to tractor supply. Lockport now has a runnings, but the service isnt nearly as good and the people are hard to find. Tractor supply employees seem to like their jobs and are always willing to help.

Good store for farm supplies including animal feed and other items. Always buy my dogs food from here canned and dry. Would recommend this store.

Cant beat the club coupons I get in the email. I eye the clearance section for deals and use the 15% off coupon to get things dirt cheap. They always have pine bedding and chicken feed when I need it. Just got 6 more chicks from them, all growing up healthy.

Great products! Only thing I wasnt happy with is there policy on out of stock items. If another store has the item they will not hold or ship it to the closest store even if you pay for it upfront. Great store just dont like the shipping policy.

Good selection good prices. They host vaccine clinics for pets. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

Good place to shop for small farm equipment. Also supply some livestock feed when the mills are closed. Help is polite and willing to assist.

I really like this store. Friendly people. Always say hi when I walk in. This is a store for people that know what they want and go get it. Not a store for crybabies who need help finding bird seed.

This establishment is handy and customer oriented. Employees are very knowledgeable and there to help you find/order what you need. Very clean, neat and organized merchandise with some very unique items Im always surprised to see (great summer water inflatables and a 5ft metal rooster yard statue?!?!). While it is most definitely a hardware store, it should be labeled on Google as a farm supply store as we go for garden, fencing supplies and you can buy pet and farm animal supplies (horse tac and cow feed!). When the kids were young, wed make sure to go in spring when the chicks were in for sale. 🐣. The day we went, the mobile vet was there for pet inoculations. A lot of ppl were utilizing this service for their dogs.

It was a very good time. Salespeople were pleasant and very helpful. Cashier was polite and warm. Definitely I will be back.

Being raised in farm country I can appreciate anything involved in that endeavor. To find a store with Greta product and personnel is icing on the cake 👍

Absolutely terrible. Manager (believe her name was Ashley) was incredibly rude to my father. He is sure of hearing and asked her to tell repeat herself which is when she then gave both him and I a dirty look and thought it was best to scream at him. Unbelievable. The cashier was very rude as well. Complaining that she had to walk maybe 4 feet to go and scan a package of water. She stated “you’re making me run around the store” That’s your job, he has a bad back and is not able to pick things up. Also got another dirty look when he could not understand what she was saying. Instead of making dirty faces and screaming, speak more clearly and direct. Employees don’t know where half the things are in the store. And it was made to be an inconvenience for two of the male staff to help bring my fathers purchase out to his truck. They need to work on their customer service. All of this is a clear example of how NOT to treat people. Disappointed beyond belief. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely ridiculous. The employees dont know where anything is. Even when it shows it on hand in store. An they just dont care even when it comes to youre animal being sick an needing that supplement that day. Very unknowledgeable. Just go somewhere else pointless to go there. Totally unsatisfied with the way I was treated.

Cheapest Shavings and great prices. Be careful making a left hand turn into the parking lot. Dangerous area.

Have nice selection of certain products not available at Lowes and Depot but prices are not cheap.

This location is so organized, it was very easy to find everything I needed.

Kind of out of my price range for boots..but a good variety of hardware, clothing, animal and pet feed and gear and some hunting stuff too. If you cannot find it anywhere else, they just might surprise you.

Went to pick up an online order. It was ready on time, but the associate seemed bothered and wasnt very friendly. He did help load my cart but he appeared apathetic. This isnt the first time Ive had this kind of experience at this location. I will begin looking for another store for my chicken feed.

Tractor Supply is the place to go if you need anything for your farm or for your home Farm. I only have an acre and a half but I find myself at Tractor Supply very often getting stuff I need for the garden or tools or dog food. They just seem to have what I need try buying a metal garbage can nowadays, I bet that Walmart or Target doesnt have such a thing. But Tractor Supply has metal garbage cans with lids in several sizes. The same goes for buckets they have many different size metal buckets. I guess Im still old-fashioned and like the kind of stuff that we used when we were kids and not this cheap Chinese stuff that we have nowadays, that isnt cheap. Electric fence they got it. Knick knacks for your yard they got it. Salt licks to attract a deer, remember this is probably illegal, they got it. So go see Tractor Supply for your outdoor needs.

Prices are good but when it comes to helping customers is not so great. my mom and i asked for help with something and they called for help over the intercom and we wait about 10 to 20 mins for help and no one showed up
