Just would like to give a special shout out to Juan from the Logan store he has been so kind and thoughtful with my mom and I. Whenever something of a financial burden happens he tries to help us out. We really do appreciate him and his staff. Always super nice and respectful on the phone and in the store. Juan is so helpful and friendly! He makes the paperwork easy to get through and helps you to find the best savings on products you might not be able to afford otherwise. Ive been working with them on and off for 10 years and have been able to purchase many items for my home ranging from televisions and computers to living room sets and appliances.

Really bad customer service and harassing me for an account Im not on but knew. I was sick n was trying to rest and they called me more than once, woke me up and they had a bad attitude about me calling and saying dont harass me and keep calling me for something I have nothing to do with and when I called trying to get corporate number and I guess in charge at the time wouldnt give me a number and gave me attitude to. Very bad store to deal. Very bad customer service.

The guys at Rent a Center are so friendly and know my husband and I well enough to give us great deals on the things we need or want!

The staff are amazing, and they are aways willing to assist you any way they can. The store is always clean and well organized.

Good place to get things you may need like furniture, electronics, tvs, washer and dryers etc..especially if your on a budget and cant afford something outright! The manager and staff are friendly and helpful.

Employee I met with at this Rent a Center was quite condescending. I didnt catch his name (I think he had short curly hair), but I dont recommend this location. Needless to say I chose not to rent with them. Overpriced and a dodgy business model anyways.
