I just wanted to take a second and let everyone know that CVG has some pretty awesome employees. They were very professional, did a nice job, they were very kind and cleaned up after they had completed their work. I’m very impressed with them and just wanted to say thank you.

Rob is the bomb.com💣 he was beyond helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty! He came out to fix my sliding door and also fixed the screen door on top of it. He made my sliding glass door work better then it ever has!! It feels brand new! If I ever need help with anything like this again, Rob will be on the top of my list!!

Cache Valley Glass has a really horrible scheduling system. They are run by very kind people, but their organization as a company leaves customers falling through the cracks. Ive used them for 5 different window jobs. The installers are very friendly and kind. The person who answers the phone tells you Ill make a note and then nothing happens. The most recent job I hired them for, they came out and took measurements. After not hearing any updates from them, I called and asked for an update. I was told the part had been ordered and they had it. They said theyd make a note for installation. After POLITELY calling once a week, for the past 6 weeks, for an update and to remind THEM to put me on the schedule, and being told that theyd make a note to get me on the schedule I finally actually demanded a specific date and time to be on the calendar. I was told I should find someone else for the job. Ill happily remove this post if the company reaches out to me to actually get me on their schedule. This was my 100% honest and true interaction with them.

They helped me get just what I needed in just a day (2 glass shelves for my sister) and the price was the best I could find! Great to work with!!

I ordered some tempered glass. When I returned to pick it up, they had no record of the order. He said it would take another two weeks to get it in. Which put was beyond my deadline, but I went ahead and ordered it again. A short time later, I found someone else in town who could do it in three days, so I called back to cancel the order. He was very unprofessional with me and told me never to use him again.

Fast, quality work and a good price, would use him again anytime.

Took these guys 5 months to replace a window.
