I have to say I absolutely love this place. They did an amazing job on our car. I got into a fender bender. They made it look brand new. They also cleaned out the car and vacuumed. They did an amazing job. Jon kept me up to date on the status of the car. The staff was amazing. Super friendly and great help. They answered all the questions I had with confidence. They know what they are doing. They treat your car as if it were their own. I am very very satisfied.

Worst experience of my life. I was told replacing my windshield would take no longer than 2.5 hours. At the time of making my appointment, I made it clear I needed my car back the same day and would be waiting for the job to be done. After being there for 4 hours I asked if there was a problem and one of the high school kids that was detailing another car told me the guy that usually does windshields did not show up so Shari was working on it. WHAT?!?! I asked Shari if she normally helps and she said it was a team effort. I asked what the problem was and she said that she had a problem taking off one of the bolts that was holding one of my windshield wipers on and that she had to cut it. She then said it would only be another 30 min and she would be done. After 30 minutes more passed she came and asked me to look at something. She was pointing out small amounts of rust on my roof. 4 hours and you are working on rust spots on my roof????? At this point my windshield is still off of my car. After calling in another employee...he put my new windshield on in a matter of minutes and cracked it in the process. 5 hours later I’m on my way home and I can hear the windshield rattling. When I got home I got a better look at the job and the windshield was crooked. I called my insurance company in tears and they determined it wasn’t safe for me to drive with a windshield so poorly placed and hooked me up with Safelite that gave me a flawless job. DO NOT USE AATOPIA!!! Super unprofessional to have the receptionist trying to do a technicians job and not let me know in the process what was going on. BEWARE!!!!!

Aatopia did an amazing job detailing my VW Atlas. It is only a year and a half old, but was very dirty from several camping trips. It now looks brand new again! I’m happy to support this local business.

They were more than willing to work with my schedule to get my car from me and then back to me again after repairing it. They towed it from my parking space for free, and then offered to have an employee stay after hours so I could pick my car up after I got off work.I went with them because they gave me the best quote, and then they went above and beyond to get me the best parts for as little money as possible, cutting the price to almost half the original quote. My car was beautifully washed and detailed upon return.The entire staff is super friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate your every need. I was blown away at how immaculate my car was. I didn’t know it was possible to make such a difference. We have a Husky and there was hair everywhere and the car now looks and smells brand new. Wow! What a great company. First of all they write off the $100 deductible and then they make it so easy to drop off and pick up your car. We had a little mix up on insurance and the owner personally called me and we got everything perfect and it wasnt a penny out of my pocket. I was so impressed at the personal service and caring they had. They also back up their windshields and do free rock chip repairs, yup, weve had them do that too. I 100% recommend using Aatopia Auto Care.

I went into Aatopia today for an estimate and was grateful to receive much more than that. I had received an estimate from another auto body shop a month prior and they had given me little to no detail about what was included on the estimate. I had the pleasure of working with John, who did a phenomenal job. He reviewed the estimate that I had received and took the time to explain what was written and physically showed me the parts on my car.We have also had many troubles with the paint job from the shop we bought the car from. John was kind enough to point out what was wrong and explained what would need to be done to fix it. I asked him if he would write a note about of all the things that the previous mechanics had done wrong. He quickly agreed and stopped everything he was doing to help me. He took pictures and wrote a detailed note of everything that would need to be fixed to make it right. He was so willing to help! He was an honest and personable man and I found that to be the true with the other workers I met. I would highly recommend this auto body repair shop to anyone!

I took my car in the day after an accident, and they handled everything with the insurance company of the person at fault, ensuring that I got a rental and that the insurance would cover EVERYTHING. I didnt have to worry about fighting the insurance company, and I didnt have to pay anything. My car looks good as new, you cant tell that any work was done on it. Highly recommend!

Shari and her staff at AATOPIA cleaned our three department vehicles so well! One of them had nasty, baked on food everywhere and it is so clean now, I dont have to keep my cell phone in my lap so it doesnt pick up germs. I will definitely take our vehicles there again. Very professional work. I have had my car detailed and a windshield replaced here. There was a little extra work required during the windshield install that cost more than the original quote, but was required to do the job properly. I was walked through the entire process and was even able to watch the work taking place (the job done was well worth the extra expense). These guys are very straight forward and perform quality work for a good price. Will be back for future work!

I found Aatopia on a google search for auto body shops in Logan. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was rear ended and they walked me through the process of how to work with insurance and gave me really good advice on how to work with the guy who rear ended me. It ended up that the rear-ended worked with Aatopia directly and I didn’t have to be an intermediary which was ideal.I also had some auto body work (dented tail gate, cracked brake light). I got quotes from a few other places for those issues and Aatopia had competitive pricing. They took the time to clearly show me what they were going to do. We looked at other dents and they quoted me a price, but told me that they if it was their car they probably wouldn’t make those expensive and unnecessary repairs.They also found a crack in my windshield and worked with my insurance so that I only had to pay $50 to replace it!THE BEST PART: I live in Logan but was going out of town so I dropped my car off at the Ogden location and they drove me to the front runner station! Then while I was gone they shuttled it back to Logan for me (for free)! When I got back to Logan they picked me up. I am thrilled with this level of customer care. I will be back!! Replaced my 05 Pilot windshield for free because I had a Comprehensive auto insurance deductible < $100. They also offer free lifetime rock-chip repair as part of the replacement. They got me in next day, and had the windshield done within a couple of hours. Couldnt ask for a better experience!

I went to this shop just to get a quote and decided to do the service right way. The receptionist (John) is a very nice person. Before going to the shop to start the service, I looked my car with the key inside. He came to my house and opened it without any extra charge and happy to do so. So, they have great customer service and the work is fantastic! I strongly recommended it.

I took my little 97 Toyota Corolla in to get the interior detailed, its an old car that definitely needed a clean. And I was astonished with how good it looked afterwards! That car was a disaster on the interior, but once they were finished it looked like I just bought it brand new! And the customer service was top notch as well. Aatopia did a FANTASTIC job on my car! I was hesitant to pick them in the beginning because I prefer word of mouth reviews but I couldnt be happier with my choice. I had Aatopia replace and paint the hood and bumper cover of my 2007 Mustang. I like to do a lot of work on the car on my own, but I dont have any car painting experience, tools or facilities. They let me pick out the parts I wanted. They were very patient, allowing me to order specific parts which took quite a long time on my part, but that didnt bother them at all. They perfectly matched the color, there were no brush strokes unlike previous repairs done by the previous owner of the vehicle. The paint job looked as good as new if not better!

A great place, Mike took my Jeep in and fixed my jockey box for an excellent price. he took the time to do the job right and ensure that i was completely satisfied. Well, first off, if you get into a minor accident with someone, and they seem honest, and they say We would like to take care of this outside of our insurance. We promise we will pay whatever it costs to get this fixed..... What they mean is I was raised by satan. Of course Im not going to pay for that! RUN AWAY!!!We had no idea what to do after two weeks of chasing the people around the people who hit our car in a parking lot while we werent there. The University police said that it was a civil matter now and that we had no option but to sue them, and hope they will pay (they refused to even attempt to help us find the insurance info on this). Shari took care of all of that. ALL OF IT! She took the time to help us find out who the people that hit us were, and who they were insured by. After these peoples insurance company said they werent insured, Shari pressed them to admit they were. After the insurance company said we had to use their cut rate mechanic and that we didnt get a rental car for the days we wouldnt have our car...... You guessed it! Shari fixed that. She is a pitbull. And after ALLLL of that, they did a great job fixing the car, and detailed it at the end. Phenomenal job.SO! My advice would be to just call the police at the scene of the accident, exchange insurance info, and go to Shari immediately...... BUT IF YOU HAVENT (or cant), go see these guys. It will give you a feeling approaching..... REVENGE!

My car was totaled after I ran into a deer, and they put it all back together and it looks even better than it did when I first got it! They got my car back to me earlier than they originally said they would, and even came and picked me up since I didnt have any way to get to the shop myself. We took our 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in for a wash, wax, leather clean and treatment, carpet shampoo, and engine degrease and shine. When we picked it up it was amazing. Sadly they have changed owners since I last got my van detailed by them. I just got it done. I am very unhappy. Im missing a floor mat, they didnt even clean the headliner or anything above, they broke my stow and go cover. Plus they had my van for 2 full days when it should of only taken 1. Dont waste your money on a detail though them. I miss the way it use to be done.Update: took my van back they recleaned the headliner and tired to fix the stow and go.They did a good job, not the same customer service as they had with that past owners but I would take my van back and get it detailed in the future.

Wow, I have got to tell you readers that it takes something really special for me to write a review about a place. My windshield on my Oldsmobile had been in pretty bad shape for a while so I finally decided I would do something about it. I got online and looked at 6 different Logan glass businesss.A couple of them had some really nice websites with auto-quote generators and others had some form you could fill out and they would get back to you. Well for some reason or another I decided to call AAA glass even though there website was less than impressive (Im a web designer, so I am pretty picky).Boy am I glad I did, the guy I talked to on the phone was friendly as hell and really straight with me about the service and cost. He quoted me over $50 less than the competitors, offered FREE pickup and delivery and assured me that the molding was included in the cost and there was no hidden disposal fees.I decided to go with them and they were able to get me in the next day at 9:00AM and had my car done 2,5 hours later at 11:30AM. I went there they quickly got me on my way and the windshield looks amazing. There is no air leaks it is installed professionally and they cleaned and polished my dash.I will be going here for everything I need in future in regards to glasswork.A !#$@ing ++++++++

I previously loved this place, but the last time my car got cleaned there, compressed air was used around my electronics and blew either oil or cleaner under the plastic on the stereo. The only way to fix it is to replace the stereo. When I went back and talked to the Zac at the desk he said that he tells his guys all the time to not use the compressed air around electronics. Then he said that he didnt know what to tell me but sorry. He also stated that my stock stereo would be $600 to $800 to replace and that most likely would be the only way to repair it. I asked him to have the owner call me and I havent heard a word and its been 3 wks. It cost almost $200 to have the car detailed but now Im stuck with a much larger expense if I want it fixed.

I have had aatopia do work for me over the years, theyre always very thorough and transparent in explaining the work they do, so I always know exactly what they are doing to repair my vehicle. And the vehicle always looked perfect, cleaned up and all!

My car litteraly looked the exact same when I brought it in to have the carpets cleaned and vacuumed. Didnt even looked like they did anything to it! And when i got it back there was a stain on the seat that was never there before. I could have done a better job then that. And then they told me to come back another day to get my money back. So disappointed. 😡
