Over the past few weeks Ive been going into Dealership after Dealership. Being fed the same script by Salesmen that have been trained to stick to the talking points & negotiation tactics. Last Saturday we went into the Ogden location with cash in hand and the management wouldnt give us the time of day. The nice kid that helped us did his best, but we sat waiting for 45 minutes and they kept putting us off. The man that was applying for credit got more attention than a cash paying customer. It was ridiculous! We ended up walking out.

Worked with Elliot and Mike at the Logan location. This was the better location for me. They where up front with me. The called a spade a spade. Nothing was hidden from me at any time. I explained what I wanted and I was told exactly what I would get. No bait and switch, no run around and both Mike and Elliot where professional the entire time. My wife and I originally saw an online posting for the suburban we ended up buying. Went to look at it and Elliot was the sales person that greeted us. He was super friendly and accommodating, was able to answer the questions we had, and was not at all overbearing or pushy. We test drove the vehicle and then left the lot to talk about the purchase with zero sales pressure. We decided to buy it and when we returned to purchase it Elliot was again super friendly, professional, and efficient. He was able to handle our application and approval while juggling two or three other customers that walked in after us (he was the only sales person on the clock at that time). Mikel Smith the manager, did literally everything he could to make sure I took home the car I wanted and as I had to work a few things out. Stayed 2+ hours after closing (please dont do that to him though lol) to help me take home the car I wanted that night, instead of making me wait until the next day when he easily could have. He didnt make me feel rushed in the least, every time I offered to leave he told me that I was just fine as far as he went and made me feel really comfortable waiting on my resources and they finally came through and I was able to take my car home and Mike helped with some gas to make sure we made it home safely.
