Who doesnt love bath and body works? Their mahogany teakwood and gingham scents are by far my favorite things on this planet. Please never ever get rid of them. Im begging you. And if you are going to, let me know and I will personally but the rest of all stock.

The manager was a mean lady! I tried to return something and she wouldn’t accept it and when i told her her employees told me i could she got even more mean like a witch! She wouldn’t hear anything i had to say and should lose her job with how unprofessional she was! She should get mad at her employees for telling me the wrong thing not me!!! And when i walked by the shop again their employees were talking about it! Very unprofessional!

Long lines due to covid but did a great job at keeping it organized and efficient.

They have so much product! If you go on busier days expect to wait in line first. The line wait is never long and they always have what im looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful.

If you purchase online make sure you don’t have it shipped! Checked shipping updates daily to find out it had been damaged and sent back (no big deal) I didn’t receive an email or phone call for weeks. I called and they said everything was now out of stock and they would refund my money. NOBODY was going to email me to tell me that I wasn’t going to get what I had just spent $162 on, instead I get attitude on the phone that i should have called sooner and I wouldn’t be in this boat. I was trying to be patient like it says to be on their customer service line because they are so overwhelmed by covid. AND I was only refunded $149.

I always enjoy their variety of lotions and potions especially when they have good sells and I receive fun coupons in the mail:)

I just went there to redeem a coupon for a free item. The employee showed me exactly which items the coupon was valid for, and asked if I needed any help. I didnt, so she went to assist other customers. It took me a while to decide on which type I wanted because there are so many great-smelling products there. As soon as I was ready to check out, she noticed, and was right there. I was impressed with her awareness of not just me, but the other customers as well.

Best place to get nice gifts for the women in your life. Im going to try the body wash for men. See if its good

I can never get more than 2 feet in the door before someone is handing me a bag and trying to sell me on things. I dont mind it sometimes but I cant walk around for 5 minutes without at least 3 employees asking me if I need help...its a lotion and soap store. How much help can one need? Sometimes I just want to come in, smell new products and leave.

The two door greeters today were very disrespectful to us college students. They told us that we should not be out shopping and that we should wash our hands because they didn’t want us to get them sick. They didn’t understand that we have washed our hands prior and have been very cautious about the virus going around. Very rude and will never go back to that establishment. I will make all my future purchases online.

Everything smells good in here. The staff is helpful and usually pretty quick at the register. Im not sure what else you would need out of a place like this. Keep an eye out for good sales, as it can be quite expensive otherwise.
