I work in retail and when a customer does not have a receipt we can always issue a merch card with the funds on it with or without a phone number or account tied to the store to look up past purchases. We take the customer on their word and provide excellent customer service in that regard. But this Walgreens will not issue any refund of any kind without a receipt not even on a merch card. You’re pretty much stuck with whatever product you bought and wish to return. All I got was “sorry” and “it’s due to Covid” as though they are going to put a used product back on the shelf. It is truly an inconvenience and to put it bluntly it is also very annoying.
They don’t have same day pick up for photos like they advertise. I sent my order of 4x6 prints over and went to pick them up the next morning and they told me it would be 3 days before they would be ready. Don’t recommend doing business with this location.
Very happy with my experiences here. Ive been using this pharmacy for several years and have only had one issue where they gave me too much of my medication... Not a higher dose but 3 months instead of 1. Once or twice they have have a new employee that got my insurance wrong and charged me more than I was expecting, but on subsequent visits they have credited my account accordingly. The pharmacist is always kind and answers my questions.
They do not do walk-in vaccines. Went to get my second shot that is required for my work and they turned me away. Even tho they were people there getting vaccinated.
They were very slow. Probably need to train help better and pay them more
Hate to confirm the 2 star rating, but the pharmacy was a painful experiece every month: reentering insurance, wrong quantities, could not get them to ship it to me. I actually became concerned for my health with my medication accuracy. No mistakes happened there, but just sayin. Maybe I should recieve 2 stars for sticking with them so long.
They have given me the wrong prescription multiple times. One time they “didn’t have the prescription” for me even though I’m on auto refills, and the lady told me she will order it for Thursday delivery. I checked on Friday and they didn’t have it still and the lady never ordered it for me. Stay away if you actually want the right prescription on time.
The cashier who works around 7pm told me to stand on my circle when I was barely more than an inch off (this circle is a good 10 feet away from the register). I found her to be very stand-offish and demanding. I dont want to be nagged at when buying groceries. Get some employees that know a thing or two about customer service please.
I cannot post zero stars, but if I could I would. Driving 30+ minutes to pickup up my prescription and nobody is here to fill it. This is not my first time I have had issues at this store. Time to start looking for a pharmacy that actually is open when they say they are.
I’m disappointed. I went to this store because it wasn’t Walmart. Walmart is busy and crowded etc. when I went to buy store brand Claritin it was something like 18.99 for a 45 count box. The same item at Walmart is 5.98. That doesn’t “equate.” I expected to pay a “we’re not Walmart” premium but not at a factor of three times the price. Their buy one get one half off is a scam seeing that, comparatively speaking, I’m only paying around $28 for a $12 product. Walgreens, I understand that you are not the low price leader, but you are charging too much.
It has been 3 tries and they have still not gotten my perscription right. My doctor has given them detailed notes several times. Now I am suffering and waiting for it to go through after days of not having my medication. Will not come here again.
The irresponsibility in this pharmacy is borderline dangerous.
DO NOT come here if you can help it. They never have my prescriptions filled on time. I even Refilled my prescription online and selected a time that I was going to come pick it up so that they would know that they needed to have it ready. I showed up an hour after that time and they still didn’t have it filled. Do not come here!!
I really like this store. They have a very nice selection for a small, not big box, store. You can get what you need from a drug store, and dont have to spend a lot of time doing it. The staff in the pharmacy are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I didnt shop but my car broke down and I needed a place to wait out the rain so I asked if I could wait inside the store and to see if I could wait on a bench. A store employee dismissed me from the store because I wasnt buying anything. The weather wasnt ideal and it was going to be for only a couple minutes and there are probably COVID parameters they need to follow BUT she was a severely insincere about my situation. I had a job too. In service as well. But you know what? She was absolute garbage about her work ethic. I hope she gets written up not fired because people can change and it is unlikely that this review will truly change anything but for future shoppers be warned there is a nasty woman behind the counter working there.
Every time I go to pick up my medication they always have some sort of issue. They tell me they try to contact the doctor but when I call my doctor they have never heard from them. I would highly recommend not going there for medication
Showed up on a Sunday after getting a prescription for my 2 year old from on online visit with my primary care provider. Rolled into the store at 5:05pm after battling traffic. Gate was down at the pharmacy. Pharmacist behind the window wouldn’t service me because they closed at 5pm. Fine, I get it, but for the sake of customer service, I believe they should have helped me because they were still in store. They had an opportunity to go above and beyond for a customer and they failed.Instead, they suggested I call our doctor (not possible at this time) to get our prescription transferred to Walmart. Or, I could drive to an Ogden Walgreens.I will be back to pick up my script tomorrow morning, but that will be the last time I ever spend money at this location.
Needed help at the phone center the guy in the photo department claimed that he knew nothing and did not help at all.what a useless tool. Later we asked the manager and she helped us what a nice lady she just has useless help poor girl
This is a Drug store? This store is no better than any of the box stores in town. The selection on things I go to a Drug Store for have poor selections. Ive been three times and still cant find items. Last time, went to get some talcum powder (for keeping dry), a knee support sort of pad, and large bandages (a particular type that I prefer). They had none of these that suited me. I found the powder and knee support at a local sports store - sort of on a whim. No luck for the bandages but I have found them at a large box store before. This store is more of a glorified convenience store, which if thats what you want, its find. If, on the other hand you want some things that are not available at the small pharmacies or grocery store pharmacies in town, skip it.
best favorite food place👌🦅
The robot I called to refill my prescription was actually very impressively smart! Made me laugh, so I had to give a five star review.
If youre looking for pharmaceutical or quick photo services (passport, visa, ID), Walgreens does a pretty good job. For anything else I go other places. The staff at this location has always been friendly, but if the selection isnt very good, and the prices are more expensive than other places there just isnt a good reason for me to go back.
Its a Walgreens, what more do you need?Look its a very nice place and has the most normal things you could ever want. The place is very clean and it seems like its not always too busy in a good way. If you are looking at the reviews for walgreens on google maps, I must ask you why? But yeah everything is good here. Come over and get some walgreens stuff done. apperntly they have 1 hour photos, whatever that is.
Pricier than the box stores but its nice to be able to get in and out quick. I use the red box here a lot and its always clean and the staff are friendly.
Always friendly and quick at the pharmacy drive thru
Picking up meds here is terrible. No one knows what is going on and I end up waiting forever. I keep trying and giving them a chance and it just keeps getting worse. Time for a new pharmacy.....long overdue actually.
Refilled my prescription to the wrong location but they were able to quickly refill it at this location in just minutes with no hassle
Absolutely terrible customer service! Terrible at getting your meds quickly. Husband was in the emergency room, I got there before closing time and they still refused to fill the medication so he had to be in pain all night long. Very infuriating
My husband & I drove 28 miles to fill my prescription that I badly needed on a Sunday at this pharmacy because it says its opened til 10:00, but its not!!! It closes at 5:00. Very disappointed :(
Has become a total waste of my time, here’s why;1) I chose this pharmacy because it’s relatively close and is one of the three least expensive for a very expensive script. Dr. authorizes four refills after initial script, but when the time for the next refill comes around (1st of 4) their system tells me it isn’t authorized. Thinking it may be on doc’s end I call him, he sends in authorization, it takes three additional days to get my med.2) 2nd refill comes around (2 of 4). I call in to refill, system says it’s not authorized (I notice a trend starting). I call my doc, he’s out of town on a family vacation but gets it authorized three days (and a weekend) later, my refill is ready the next morning. Thank God it’s not a super vital medication...3) 3rd refill... all the same runaround... Doc’s people are exasperated that they have to qualify the med with the pharm on every single refill. I’m frustrated because Walgreens is proving that they aren’t up to the task or worthy of my patronage. However, it has only started. Three days after the doc authorized my med (yet again) I am still without the script. Walgreens had been given my new insurance card in advance, however, every day that I call in the automated system tells me they are waiting on insurance authorization. I call insurance and they say B.S., it’s been authorized. Day 4 and still no meds. System tells me “it should be ready in about an hour, we’ll call you”... I have to leave town for work the next morning so I ‘patiently’ wait. No call, no meds, I go on my trip. When I get back, still no call, still no meds, I show up and low and behold — ITS READY!! At nearly twice the out of pocket. Despite all the time that they had my new insurance, it never occurred to them to get a preauthorization from the doc, and the pharm tech looks at me like I should have known to do it (I guess I’m supposed to be a medical insurance billing expert). So now, nearly two weeks later, I’m paying out the nose for my med. THEN, they refuse my HSA because they “don’t keep that on file” and my physical card is at my house 30+ minutes north and I’m late for work, so I offer a picture of the card. I’m done with these people! They won’t get my business for as much as a Snickers!
All my life, I have been more of a Walmart or Maceys type of a girl. I have never even thought of going into Walgreens or buying anything there. So for this assignment, I decided to test it out. I took my friend with me so I wasn’t alone and we walked up and down most of the aisles. When I first walked in the heavy, glass doors, I had some hope for the place. It looked like it had a good layout and plenty of space for anything you might need. There was even a photo developing section. As I walked more into the store, I did not enjoy the feel of the place. To me, it felt like an oversized gas station where I might possibly get mugged if I stayed in there any longer. There was even two blonde girls that were about my friend and I’s age glaring at us. Just to make Stockett happy, I stayed anyway. When I got to the back of Walgreens, there was a corner of old men sitting in chairs. To the right of them, was the stuffed animal section. The store was also dirty and dark. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept for weeks. I don’t think that everything was put in an order that makes sense either. The makeup section was next to the food, and the stuffed animals were next to the medicine. To me that order is confusing. After trying out a new store, Walgreens, I have definitely decided to stick to Walmart. It has a better environment, and doesn’t make me feel like I am in a gas station going to get beat up.
This store has been a pretty nice addition to Logan
They offer almost everything with convenient hours.
Took them 3 trys to get 1 prescription right!
Awesome friendly staff! Very helpful!
Its open during the odd hours too. Very helpful during emergency
Google doesnt include hours for the pharmacy, which are different from the store. As of 2016 the pharmacy hours are 9am to 9pm M-F, 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 5pm on Sundays.
Overpriced and slow. But nice staff.
Your review has been received but will be ready in about 30 minutes.
Terribly rude, turns out it was the manager.
I waited in line at the drive through pharmacy window for over 20 minutes with a sick kid in the back who was waiting for the meds to help them breath and as soon as I got to the window they had us come back later because they were still working on it.
Great for random stuff
They messes up with my photo order. And they are slow. I ordered 40 Christmas cards and they only gave me 20 cards.
I like them because of their AGGIES gear.
Pharmacy went way downhill shortly after Tom left. SLOW service and the lady pharmacist was not knowledgeable in answering questions. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere.
I love this store
Pretty expensive.
