Good people! Good prices! Great products! For the most part the boys here are knowledgeable and very kind and pleasant to work with there is a couple employees that must fill in at times for the cover of shift or two that I wish would get their act together that dont really know anything about the upcoming Law changes or any information that would be beneficial. However, this is my go-to vape shop with quality products and I would highly recommend it to my family and friends! Vape on!

I use to come here for all my vaping needs, until today. I bought an Aspire Nautilus tank from here. The top was very hard to unscrew, so I called and the sales person said to use pliers to unscrew the top because that is how the tanks come in and that after some time the juice will loosen the top ( which Ive never had to do). After calling I tried using pliers and ended up cracking the tank. I called again, but they said they do not give refunds, and the best they could do was SELL ME ANOTHER tank at half the price.UPDATE:Went to to talk to the manager, but he was not there. Instead I got the same we can sell you another tank at half the price. So I went to Timberline Smoke Shop where the sales person showed me their product was not defective in addition to guaranteeing their product for one month.

A couple weeks ago, I left a not so great review on here about The Blue Sphynx. I was frustrated and felt like they didnt care about me or my issue that I was having. One of the owners responded promptly and help me resolve the issues. I went back in the store and Fred helped me and he was very nice and understood why I was so frustrated. I must say they Do care about their customers and are willing do what it takes to make sure they are taken care of. I would/will be recommending The Blue Sphynx to everyone I know. Thanks again to Fred and the Co-owner for all the help! I really appreciated it!

Amazing, intelligent, and very helpful knowledgeable staff. Best local place. (edit) after reading other reviews I would like to add, this shop is probably the furthest shop from where I live, and I pass them all to go to the blue sphynx. They go out of their way to answer questions, and give informed advice! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This is the only shop i go to, i just moved to logan and went to each shop to see what had a good selection, good prices, and amazing staff. And in my opinion this is the best shop.

Customer service exceeds all but the vape shop, prices were the best when I went shopping for a new mod. Selection of hardware could use some work, juice selection, however, is solid. Been everywhere in Cache Valley and my business goes either here, or to the vape shop.

They have a good selection of merchandise, but theyre severely lacking in customer service skills. The last time I visited there were two workers and one other customer besides me in the store. As the customer was being rung up I looked around in their display cases, patiently waiting assistance. The worker NOT running the register merely stood around smoking a vape, he had to be told after the other customer left to go help me.

I use to love this shop, however I feel they went downhill REAL QUICK... I would only recommend this shop for juice. I have bought defective tanks sold to me full price that wasted 2 new bottles of juice. I bought a couple of mods that broke, one on one of them they gave me a cheaper one to replace it because they did not have anymore of the same. So I went to Riverwalk Vapors told them my problems & twice they have fixed my mods for me & switched out parts to my mods at no charge 👏👌👌👏

The blue sphynx is amazing I always find what I need and their customer service is top notch. They are always able to answer my questions and they provide the best care possible.

Was a great store when Fred was there. My husband and family have only used mystic/blue sphynx for their vape necessities for years. Mainly because fred was what kept the place going. Always so nice and helpful. I would rate this a 5 but I now rate it 0. Will buy elsewhere.

They sold me a box and it stopped working the next day after. I went back in to see what they could do to either fix it or trade it out or anything, but the guy just sent me back out without doing anything other than saying its broken. Wont be going back, Id rather drive longer to somewhere that will help customers after selling them something that was broken.

I love the juice!! Really miss the one in Franklin though because i live in Preston but i will still make the drive for more juice or have a friend pick me up some 👍

They were not open during store hours. I find this very unprofessional. If you cant be reliable you cant have my buisness.

Not once have I ever had a problem I go in every time I get paid. I love the juice selection and people are always there to help!

Really love this place for my vaping needs. Great selection of e juices. Very very pleased with them. Only complaint I have is the service sucks. The employees ignore you like youre invisible unless you ask them for help. And then, they dont answer questions very well when asked about tanks and compatibility to my mod. Im very new to vaping and had many questions. Trying to learn what I can to fully enjoy my vaping experience, yet the employees acted very annoyed by my questions. Please! Please!! Find better employees with good customer service skills and knowledge necessary to help customers! That will make youre store a much bigger success. Other than that..I really enjoy shopping at your store. Great setup and love the products you carry!

Really spacious shop with Alot of appearal, vapor juices, mods, atomizers etc etc. Didnt have the piece stocked I was looking for the day I passed through Logan (SourinAir ®) cartridge but this shop is definitely one to peep if youre in the Cache Valley area!
