Absolutely horrible experience. The lady I met was apparently even the owner, Alison. Way too pushy, extremely rude, and seemed like all that matters to them is making a buck. Clothes were pushed onto me left and right. It was not a comfortable or pleasant shopping experience and I would not go in there if you are someone who likes to have their space to think and look around.

These guys just complain about life and have terrible selection. I shouldnt feel like I am walking into a barn when I am forced to go here with my Nanny. They need to grow up and start attracting customers rather than place blame on surrounding businesses that are out-competing them. Get some good product and then maybe people will come.

They have lots of cute clothes and styles. Some random home decor stuff that Im never a fan of. The clothes are really pricey but they have a really great selection of things on sale.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you like a business that doesnt respond to customer questions & inquiries, who over sells items they already confirmed you got, who gets orders mixed up & wrong, & who generally doesnt even know how to run a business with customers first in mind...then this place is the place for you! Its a shame its run by a bunch of incompetent fools.

Love this store. They have the cutest new boutique clothes. Last fall we had family pictures taken, we went there to get my daughter a shirt. I told the sales associate what color and size we needed, she brought us 4 adorable shirts to try on. It was hard to choose. Very helpful with lots of choices.

I have made multiple order to Adornit over the last 6 months with several issues. It started with them over selling their products. I can understand that happening once in a while. And then 2 times they sent me the wrong product, when I contacted them they said it was an error on their warehouse team who pulls the packages, but then they were sold out of what I initially purchased. They offered alternatives and instore credit. My final straw was when I went to their website and ordered 2 hoodies. They sent me and email a few days later stating that their shipment came in and one of the colors I ordered was on backorder so they offered an alternative which I agreed to and then said they would ship it out. It had been a week and so I contacted them again for an ETA and they informed me that the other color that I initially ordered had not arrived as well and offered me another style and color!!! WTH!!! Why didnt they say that when the one was on color was on backorder. They gave terrible excuses pretty much stating they dont have the staff to support their needs. And they sell stuff they dont actually have as theyre vendors only send one of each item. I requested a refund and after a few days I got a response that they refunded me. The thing that blows my mind away is they are STILL advertising these same hoodies at a sale price right now! They dont even have them in stock!!!

This is my new favorite place! I love the deals and the friendliness of the owners and staff. I will be back for sure!

Friendly staff, cute stuff! Every time I go in there is always a friendly face greeting me and helping me find what I need. They arent pushy and let me just browse when I want to, which I love. The times I come in looking for something specific (like a maroon shirt for family pictures) they are more than happy to help me search.

I have spent a lot of money at this store. I loved their clothes, but the last time I went in there they wouldnt even acknowledge me. It was the Black Friday sale and the one employee wouldnt even give me a coupon because they dont like my family. I went in there to simply buy a hoodie, which I still did, but Im not impressed at all.

The staff is always do helpful. Last time I was in I asked about a certaint necklace. The worker capped around and was able to order one in for me. Love this store!

This place is so great! Staff is always so helpful! Found the perfect dress along with a beautiful necklace to go with it that was suggested by the sales staff!

The store is cluttered and overwhelming. It seems like it is packed full of items that havent been able to sell for months or years. The sales are confusing and not even the employees seemed to know what was going on. Also the sizing seems to be all over the place. I generally wear a medium and their clothes are marked S/M and M/L... I have seen that on sweaters and jackets but not shirts. It made it hard to try things on and find something that actually fit. I havent ordered online, but I dont think I will bother mostly because the sizing seems impossible to nail down and the website is not easy to navigate.

The store is ok. Some cute things. My biggest complaint: the return policy is just 14 days. They highlight large Black Friday sales targeting Christmas gifting. The difference between Thanksgiving and Christmas exceeds the 14 day return policy by double. So, if shopping for yourself, it’s an ok place (beware of excessive markups), but if you’re gift shopping—stay clear.

I love ordering from AdornIt. Im not local so I follow their instagram accounts so I can keep filling my wardrobe with adorable things. I managed to get out to the Logan shop last summer and it was so much fun to shop there.

Wouldn’t return a pair of shoes that they sold to my wife that were ripped, and wouldn’t return a pair of jeans my wife bought that ripped the first time she wore them. Would not recommend at all.

I just had my 4th baby and feeling blah! I follow Adornit shoppe on Facebook and am part of their VIP group (you should be, too!). They posted lots of cute stuff and let me claim it but go try it on! That’s a huge deal for me! Basically they let me hold killer sale items until I could go to the store. When I got there the lady grabbed my things and set me up in a room. She brand me a few other items that she thought i might like. I bought 90% of what she brought me! 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 they are so friendly, competitively priced AND offer a huge range of sizes and styles. Adornit shoppe is my new go to clothing store!!

I purchased a pair of their (L/XL) black joggers pants online from their VIP Facebook page. they say the (L/XL) can fit up to a size 16.. that is simply not true because I am a size 16 and they did not fit me at all I couldnt even get both my legs in to try them on. They are more of a size medium.. I even messaged a gal (possibly the owner Im not sure) who works for adornit to make sure they would fit my size 16 before I purchased and she said yes they would.. and insured I wouldnt have any issues.. I also asked if They did not fit me if I could get a refund for them before I purchased said item and I was again assured that I would be able to return them for a refund.. It was not until after I had made my purchase, received them, and attempted to try them on, saw that they did not fit and requested to return them that I was informed about their return policy stating you can only get an exchange or store credit when I was told that if they did not fit me I could get a refund. I feel lied to and taken advantage of.. I am extremely disappointed because they do have cute items, however, they are dishonest with the sizes and return policy... because of this, I will not be returning as a customer and I would highly advise anyone considering making a purchase with them to be VERY careful and to not purchase anything from them online. I have learned my lesson. Never again.EDIT*** when I wrote my review it was before I had heard from a manager and in my situation they did make an exception and gave me my money back and I returned said item to their store via postal service. So everything was handled in that aspect however it doesn’t take away from how I was first initially treated with the explaining of the “exchange policy” as when I wrote my review I was under the impression that I would not be getting a refund due to said exchange policy. So that is why I wrote the review I did.. I received an email a month or so later from the adorn it team asking me to change my review.... but I will not be changing it based off of them requesting a change because I still had the experience with customer service that I did previously. Yes everything was taken care of after I had written my review, however that still shouldn’t take away from treatment of customers and I don’t think it’s right to be emailing customers asking them to change their customers reviews based on them not liking said review due to it not being a review of their liking...

Very cute store & staff-- however, I preordered some free people imitation flats, prepaid, got the shoes, wore them FIVE TIMES & the inside was completely coming apart & kept getting under my foot- making them annoying to wear, the toe got popped in while they were in my closet (ive never had a pair of pointy toe boots do this in my closet!) & after that they just seemed to go downhill more quickly. They look like Ive owned them for 5 years & worn them everyday- Ive had them since April, wore them a handfull of times & quit wearing them when they came apart & it got hot in June.I messaged someone over 2 months ago about my barely week old shoes that were already falling completely apart. I was told they sent a message to the manufacturer to see what they can do for me because they made the shoes 🙄I thought that was annoying.. but I still have not heard anything back. I was dying over these shoes foreverrr & I was so stoked to finally get them. They are Free People knock offs but still cost between $50 & $60. Im especially disappointed because I found them on a couple other deal websites for cheaper but chose Adornit because theyre local & I figured they would have good customer service.Anyway, the shoes seem like a cheap, Chinese knock off that boutiques are overcharging for because theyre Free People look alikes. I dont recommend them.
