I go here because I can always find the shoes I want even in a shortage. I went to Ogden and layton looking for shoes specifically Nike Jordans and they were supply out everywhere except here in little logan mall at Hibbett sports

I ordered a pair of shoes on Friday the 6th of August and one week later they have yet to send me a tracking number or any information. So I contacted customer service today and they told me that this can be typical for Hibbett Sports. If you think you are going to get your shoes in a timely manner please know that they are using something similar to the pony express to ship your shoes! Not to mention customer service was unable to give me an idea when my shoes would be coming.

Good experience, friendly and helpful staff. I do still think old school that they should be helping customers with putting them on, leaving them up and making sure they fit well. Asking more questions of what type of support they need instead of letting the customer try on multiple shoes.

This is how they treat their VIPs. I will definitely be uninstalling this app. I would suggest spending your money with Footlocker or foot action. Twice a month I win a raffle with them. Here are six pages of losses with Hibbett and they call me a VIP. Lol

Great! I wished we had better help. In the past the workers would help in fitting the shoe and making sure it fit. We did it all on our own.

The guy that helped me was fine. The 3 stars is because they did not have my size in four different shoes I tried on. Four shoes! I would have bought any one of the four, maybe even two. Please contact me if you get some size 9s

Did not have a good experience they didn’t offer to help and when I asked a lady for help she was rude about it would like better customer service next time

Would give less if possible. Sold my wife used shoes for my Christmas present that were a half size too small, then wouldn’t exchange them because they were used.... Employees were disrespectful about it, instead of explaining situation. Corporate gave me an e-mail, then didn’t respond. Scandalous company and scandalous business. Don’t go here!!

Wish they had a little better selection, but for Logan they have better than most other stores.

Ordered shoes two weeks ago. They told me the longest it would take to get them in was seven days and I still dont have them. Every time I call them they tell me they will call me back and let me know when I should be receiving them and Ive never gotten a call back.

A little overpriced but definitely worth the money.
