Does this store have a new general manager or something? Theyve completely changed the layout in such a ridiculous way that some of the shelves have been placed right in the middle of some of the isles. Some isles literally have 2ft of clearance for shoppers to get around. Also, I never used to have a problem with my grocery pickup, but now at least half my order says out of stock when Ive seen and bought those exact items dozens of times with never an issue. I have to get the grocery pickup and then go shop for the remaining items that were out of stock. the south Walmart always blew the north one out of the park with the layout and the efficiency, but now, Im not so sure.

I was looking for 5 gallon buckets and Gamma food safe lids. 3 different employees sent me all over but did not find them. I eventually came across 3 employees ( I named 4, 5 & 6) that knew what I was looking for & confirmed they no longer carried them in the store

Only a dozen carts inside the door, noone is tending the door so you can safely assume noone is sanitizing them. Stockers and empty boxes blocking many aisles, even the aisles that are supposed to be wider are barely open enough to pass a cart through in many places. Stockers often looking at customers like we are inconveniencing them or just outright making us wait until theyve finished the section theyre working on to let us pass, some acting oblivious to lines of people waiting to move through the aisle way.. and as is usually is the case, 2 of my 9 items rang up several cents higher than marked... but by the time you get to a check out, you def dont want to stand there and wait to have person come, go call someone else, have that someone else go verify the item was marked .17 cents less than its ringing up, wait for the person to remove and rering the item, get nasty looks from the people behind you, etc.. so you just donate extra to the trillionaire fund, pay taxes on the items and on the extra charges and escape as quickly as possible. The parking lot was completely jammed with carts no wonder there are only a dozen at the door...

I have shopped the south since they built it. I really liked the lay out before they changed it, when they had tooth paste, hair care product by the groceries. Now they have moved everything around to look like the north logan store.It was just convenient if all you were in the store for was groceries and maybe needed personal hygiene products, you didnt have to go clear across the store for different products.

Much nicer than Flagstaffs and has way more to choose from, larger depts but a little pricey.

Its a Walmart. What more can I say. It has what you need at good prices. The staff was friendly and the store was pretty clean. They are renovation and adding a lot more self checkouts which I like.

The new layout and self check out stations are the worst. I think its now worth paying more to go to Maceys. Whoevers idea it was to make those changes should be fired.

Organized and not too packed. The layout was the same as other Wal-Marts so it was very easy for me to get in, get what I needed and get out again. I love that Wal-Mart layout is the same all over (most of the time).We had to make a pit stop and the restrooms, although clean, could have been taken care of a little better. Otherwise, friendly and welcoming workers! 👍

I loved the old set up. Why did they change it all? Everything is a mess and seems like they created a whole lot of unnecessary work for employees when they’re probably just as short staffed as any other workplace in the country. I actually preferred shopping at the south store over the north store because of how convenient it was set up before and just get mad now every time I walk in and see the disaster the store is now.

Isles crammed with boxes, full and empty. Moving palates blocking the aisles or being pushed too fast for comfort to the shoppers. Wont go back there for a while.

One stop shopping needs but I do have to shop at 3 different stores to find the cheapest prices they dont price match anymore!

Nice employees and clean store only issue is the new self checkout system Ive gotten into liking the online order pickup to be the way to go its faster and more convenient now, and Im not big fan of taking human jobs away for a machine but thats my opinion

I called in about an item to see if they had it in stalk. They did but it was in the back. I asked if I could get some, but they wouldnt get it for me. I asked if I could get the ONLY other option for the same price and they wouldnt. Theyve also added tons of self checkout lanes because they treat their employees poorly so its hard to have enough cashier lanes open. Walmart is a bad company. They have lots of money they need to treat their employees and customers better.

Hate all the changes where everything was placed. Brands that youve carried forever now isnt there. Very disappointing

Its always really crowded with employees stocking which makes no sense since there is a shift dedicated to stocking overnight? Seems like this became more of an issue when they went from 24hrs back to 6am-11pm. A downgrade

Merchandise is all being moved around and its hard to find anything at the moment. Most of the registers out front are self check out.

Its Walmart what more is there to say. They have car supplies. Oil and filters and tools to get the job done

Prices are my largest attraction to Walmart. Service here is okay. I did have problems with the self check out machine. The card reader wouldnt work right but one of the checker people came and got it working great.

Fresh produce, I always find what I need. It is annoying that they changed the layout but the employees always seem happy to help you find what your looking for.

Working here sucked, but shopping here is way better than at the North Logan Walmart.

Stopped here to get a new Hunter sprinkler valve for a home DIY repair. Helpful and friendly service, they showed me options and had just what I needed.

We just had a huge cockroach come out of our groceries. We love this walmart, but yuck..

They have the place so jumbled now, that its confusing, way harder to find things and just an all around mess. I dread having to go shopping because it has taken me twice as long the last 4 times Ive gone. I dont have time to waste.

I really love the grocery pickup here. Dallin is our favorite grocery pickup guy. Once he sang Christmas songs loudly with my son while he was loading the groceries. (And it was a couple months past Christmas)We are loyal customers. Always great prices for what we can afford and need. Definitely recommend.

So far this is the cleanest Walmart in Logan and one I frequent most

I am so pleased with the Walmart pick up. Ordering from home is so convenient. It make making good choices so much easier. Ability to look and see what you need to make a full healthy meal without having to bump into other shoppers or feel like you are hovering behind someone in the frozen section..priceless. However not being able to tip your person who puts it all together for you and neatly stacks it in your trunk is absurd. Anyone who does a real task for you and does it politely and effective without error deserves personal recognition in my opinion. Thank you Walmart sub shopper for making my life my mommas Sandi Wardell Christiansen and my niece Marissa Nickole life easier and stress and pain free we appreciate you more then words can say.

I found this mall larger than North Logan one.If you look for Tahini (sesame paste) I found it in this Walmart. You can find it where peanut butter placed and the price was $3.50 to 4.00 (cant remember the exact price).

I was not at all impressed with Wal-Mart getting rid of cashiers and replacing them with self-checkout machines instead. BIG mistake on their end. I wont be coming back as Ill be shopping anywhere else instead.

I love the online, curb pick-up option. Great store. They have it all. If you need help, just ask. They drop everything and take you to your needed item. (A big inconvenience to them, I am sure, but great customer service for us)

Sat in the self checkout for damn near 30 min waiting for assistance because we scanned something twice. The older gentleman thats supposed to be helping was too busy putting coupons in and helping some lady checking out and ignoring us. Overall worst experience and never plan on going back. 😡😡

This store was stocked, drove here after going to the one in north Logan (bare shelves). Found the items that we needed. Limited in furniture stocked but expected that sincere a problem at most Walmart stores

This is a very nice place to shop. Very friendly staff and always neat. The shelves are always well stocked and I mostly find whatever I am looking for.The prices are fair and there are so many great choices to pick from.

I have Walmart plus. If you put in an order and they don’t have what you want they send the rest anyway. Let’s say you are putting together a meal and one of the ingredients is missing. I would understand if it was marked unavailable when you tried to add it to your order. Instead of having an accurate inventory or limiting your selection based on low inventory you go ahead and order it. Then you find out later they didn’t have it. Then you call the store to make a change and find out you can’t change it. If this was the only time I think I would not care but it is every single time. I just hope someone will figure this delivery thing out and make Walmart get better or go away.

Its 10 am and the auto department is closed while 3 guys stand by the auto dept registers talking and having fun while telling customers they are short staffed and they need to take their business elsewhere. Wow no wonder walmart is replacing people with machines. The ones who are there, dont want to work.

They have the store up-side down cant find things and the associate there are rude. Not happy sorry wal-mart disappointed😔

Not a fan of the new layout and pallets all over. As a wheelchair user, it was a nightmare to navigate. Not that corporate Walmart would care unless I tried to sue the main company for not being ADA friendly. Y’all need a map of the messy re-arrangement

This wal mart is my least favorite wal mart. There’s this looney chick that works here, she’s the one who always seems to be pregnant, I dunno her name tho. But yea, she always like stalks me whenever she sees me there like I’m going to steal something or something even tho I’m technically a millionaire and I make way more money than she does. I’d understand if they actually caught me stealing something before but i don’t steal things. It’s just annoying tbh. Put up or shut up and stop stalking me whenever I’m there. I don’t know if she’s just stalking me based on looks or what. If so that’s a serious offense. But I’m getting to the point where I’m going to start going to maceys or smiths or else just drive a little further to the other wal mart instead. I’ll post a picture of her next time I’m there. It would be comical if it weren’t so annoying.

One of their workers took 15 minutes to check us out. Would not recommend ever letting a real person check you out. Do the self scan it’ll be faster.

Very peaceful. Workers were very kind and were diligently working. The self checkout is also very fast and reads barcodes easily.

Terrible experience tonight. I felt like I was harassed by the staff to get out of the store immediately after it closed. Two separate employees came after me and told me I had to get out of the store because it was closed. The last guy stood there watching me from about two feet away until I finished grabbing a Mother’s Day card. I’ve been going to Walmart for 30 years and NEVER had an experience like this! I was frankly appalled by their behavior and treatment.

Went to purchase new earbuds since my dog destroyed my last pair. Wasnt offered a warranty, asked if there was a warranty in case my dog destroyed the next pair, was told samsung offered a warranty. 1 month later dog destroyed earbuds, samsung warranty wont cover physical damage. Not happy with the electronics department.

This place is a disaster. Stuff moved everywhere. No order. No sense.

As far as Walmarts go, this is a clean, well-stocked, but very busy location. Theyre in a great location for people on the south end of the valley or coming in to Logan. The groceries and produce are comparable (sometimes better) than other grocery stores in the area. Its not perfect, but its very convenient and has a wide selection of products (although not a lot of variety within those products).

Great prices and easy to navigate. When I had an issue with my payment at the self checkout, someone immediately jumped in to help me.

Its Walmart what can you say it gets the job done at the right price.

I love Walmart but this is the best Walmart ever. Customer service folks in the electronics area were extremely helpful with the phone stuff we needed. I havent been to Logan Utah for many years.At first I was disappointed in all the big box stores and chain fast food restaurants. But we had a bunch of things we needed and it was quick and easy to find everything in Walmart; windshield phone mount, charging cord, distilled water, birthday card, gift bag, cream cheese and gum. Walmart we love you!!!

Due to Walmart cutting their hours it is extremely difficult to get in to do my shopping. If you follow the normal 9-5 the hours are fine but for the thousands of us working nights, it is nigh on impossible to do my shopping.Also, I have never seen cars in the parking lot past 10:30, and cars dont show up till 5:45, all the stocking and cleaning is done while customers are in the store. I am constantly dodging floor cleaners, pallet jacks, employees stocking and stationary pallets.

It always has what I need at a great price.
