Called to ask a question, the gentleman who answered was knowledgeable and kind. The cashier checking us out kindly checked my military ID for the awesome military discount. He was kind and even thanked me for my service. I will continue to be a customer at this great store. Awhile back we bought furniture and also the woman was super kind! Thank you

Ive always appreciated the lower prices, but theyre getting a bit pricey.

Came in and purchased some stuff tonight. My truck wasn’t starting so I called my husband who’s a mechanic to come help. He came to help me and decided what tools he needed. We went inside to let the manager working tonight know what was going on and that we needed to go get some tools and would be back. The manager was extremely rude and threatened to have it towed if it wasn’t off “her property” by the end of the night. Mind you it was getting dark and in the middle of a rainstorm we told her we would try our best. Terrible costumer service, terrible manager. As a manager of a business myself I would have never acted like that.

One of the employees, I believe his name was Brian, went out of his way to help us find the perfect desk. He was so polite and considerate. You dont find that every day.

I have never been to this location is was so small compared to what I was used to I could not even see a gluten free section which is what I was looking for and their was nobody around to ask so I got frustrated and left

Great place to shop, store could be a bit cleaner, and the female bathrooms was dirty. But the staff there was awesome.

Store and employees are good, the lack of delivery options for furniture is a deal breaker.

Great selections nice friendly staff some of the process are great and others are nothing special is kind of a hot or miss depending on what you buy. and then sometimes the prices are even higher than your general department store so it just depends on what youre picking up from there sometimes they have great sale prices sometimes they have great markdown prices so it just depends on what youre going after in order to get a great deal

Big lots put all the closeout items in one place and I have found some good savings there

We love Big Lots. They came through for school supplies this year! Couldnt find a pencil sharpener anywhere else in town but they had several. We always love their clearance racks and they have super friendly and helpful employees!

I just went there to pick up a recliner, and it was good.

I love getting certain items from big lots, but the customer service is worse than i have ever seen. A manager (female with black hair) was very rude to me, and I’ve worked customer service for years.

The lady there named Camille was so incedibly rude. I went to take a dresser back and she refused. I had just bought it that day. She basically called me a liar when I told her I was gonna call corporation she said good in the most rudest condescending way possible. I am a disabled veteran of 13 years and my husband 20 years retired. We take pride in being honest and having integrity this lady was so mean and cold and rude. I was almost in tears and I am not easily upset. We had bought many things from there for my sons room and now my stepdaughters room who was just moving in with us after dealing with mental and emotional abuse from her mom. We just bought that stuff there that day and she refused to return it or come out to look at the damage that was clearly caused from shipping. Why would we damage it we needed it and wanted another dresser there the same one just not damaged. I was appalled by her rudeness and behavior I cant even explain to you how this person made me feel as a customer and more importantly a human being. It was 100% unacceptable. I will never shop there again aslong as she is employed there. Walmart is across the street.

We use to love shopping at Big Lots. Over the years they have seen to have become a mainstream store. Their prices are a bit high for things. The good & drink items are at times higher than the grocery store. This is a huge store.

Its a discount store. Things are relatively well organized, the deals cant be beat, but the quality is what you pay for. If you want decent furniture at an amazing price, I would look here first. Definitely would recommend for the bargain shopper.

Bought a square outdoor patio table. Terrible quality. The top of the table bowed really bad after putting it on my patio. Because of th Covid 19, I have received no support from the Logan store.

I bought 2 liters of coke and they charged me for 3. When I asked the man why my receipt said I bought 3, he said the machine just scanned the barcode. So I thought okay maybe it was fixed. When I got home, I checked the receipt and of course I was actually charged for 3 so I sent my husband to get me the refund and they told him and I quote they saw with their own eyes that I bought 3. They lied not once but twice!! I dont care about the small amount of money they stole from me. I care about the fact that they felt the need to lie instead of just being honest or checking cameras to see their mistake. This store is ridiculous and lost me as a customer.

This was the first time I had ever been into Big Lots and I was very impressed it was clean organized and lots of good prices.
