My garage door spring broke and the door was stuck, Roger came out and gave it a quick check about 1/2 hour after I called. Great service, always reliable and knowledgable! Im sure this time of year is not their busy season but they made it out the same day I called. Never been disappointed, I have used their services many times!

I called to get a quote. After talking to Gina for a few minutes I asked when I could schedule someone to come look at my patio door. She told me, Were just swamped. I cant even get a guy out there.

Called to get a quote from DoorMaster of Logan and some one came out to my house. He called me the next day with a quote for parts and labor. I said lets do it friday and he said he would check his schedule and get back to me. Its 2 months later and he never got back to me. Im not sure if this is typical in their business but for me, at least, I would not do business with them. Terrible service before the sale almost always means even worse service after.... Be warned

I had the main spring on two 10 foot garage doors go out had door master come to fix them. The springs he put on where much smaller than the old ones and when I questioned him he said its becouse they are a new type but they work great. I also needed a new seal at the bottom of the door and he offered one for a good price so I told him I wanted one for each. He said he would have to order them so I paid for the springs and the seals and he never came back. I tried calling, and texting him, left messages and no response. The springs worked for about two weeks and now let the door hit the ground so hard they bounce back up 4-5 inches. And still no seals that I paid for or any response. Dont ever call these guys.
