Id like to give more than five stars. I was grateful not only for doing a good job with Performance Garage Door, but also for doing his best to keep the promised date. To meet the promised date, instead of waiting for delivery from the Salt Lake City Supplier, he picked up the garage door supplies himself. I am very grateful for this. This was different from a few other companies in Logan. Performance Garage Door made it easy for my family to go out of town. I am very appreciative of Austin and his wife who worked to install our new door on that day. I hope best luck for their business.

Wanted him to come and just give a quote, expecting to have to pay a lot after our truck rolled into our garage door. He said it was still usable and it would be just a service call and charge and he could fix it right then. I felt like it was more than fair and on the spot repair, couldnt pass it up. He did a great job and the door works better than before. You will not find a better price or service!! I will definitely refer him to friends and family and use him again.

We had a weird issue with our garage door not closing for a few months. Finally I decided to call someone and get it taken care of. The owner came out personally fixed 2 or 3 things that were all contributing to the door not closing correctly - with great communication before, during, and after the appointment. I didnt realize how quickly and painlessly I could have gotten this resolved the entire time.

We just moved up to our cabin in Garden City. On Saturday afternoon our two year old garage door broke while closing. We called Performance Garage Door and they came up on a Sunday to fix it. We didn’t think we’d be able to find anyone to come on a weekend. We are so glad we found this great company and will be using them for all our garage needs in the future!

These guys are absolutely fantastic! I initially called 5 places in the valley for a bid on replacing my garage door. Either no one answered and didn’t call back for 4 days, or promised to have someone out to look in 2 days time only to find them finally calling me to come out over a week later 😝. One of the places that actually answered also informed me that an install would take 8-12 weeks due to shortage from COVID.Not only did Austin answer immediately when I called, he came out that very same night to bid on my door. The next morning, he called with the bid and informed me that they could have me installed in just over a week. Just over a week! Throughout the process he was nothing professional and courteous while being friendly and honest. Couldn’t ask for better service than that and I would refer anyone to call these guys for any of your garage related needs 😀

My garage door hadnt been working for a week. It wouldnt open when I tried using my remote control or my wall control. I finally put in a claim with my home warranty. Austin was able to come out the same day and arrived promptly. As soon as he got there, the garage door started working perfectly. Of course! To ensure that my $75 home warranty fee wasnt wasted, Austin oiled all of the hinges on my garage door, carefully checked all of the connections, looked over the mechanics, and corrected a part that had been installed upside down. Just as he was preparing to leave, the door malfunctioned. He checked the code, identified the error, made a few adjustments, and now the door is working great. The whole time (approximately 40 minutes), Austin was very friendly and easygoing. He never tried to sell me anything or pressure me into any unnecessary decisions. I definitely felt I could trust him. Ill be recommending Performance Garage Door to my friends.

They came out promptly and did great service. My garage door had original rollers on it and was very janky when opening and closing. Once those were changed, things tightened up, it works great. I am very pleased with them and will use them in the future.
